Let me warn you... Maybe I'm the only person that's had a bad experience here but I waited for 45 minutes for my food and they totally forgot to make it and all the people that ordered after me were all eating. I'd stay away from this place.

Admit it, we all read Yelp reviews, hoping to discover a place that elevates food to a memorable experience. Especially when we are traveling, and seeking something beyond chain store, franchised confirmity. Traveling from LA to Fresno or San Francisco or Sacramento? Goshem hides a secret worth discovering. It is just a little tricky to find, but worth the effort. Apana Punjab Indian Cuisine is a restaurant you will be delighted to discover. It is the Indian food of my dreams. The palak paneer was so good. The Indian noodle burger was unique, fun and tasty. The golden chicken was worth the many hours drive, oh so worth it. What are you waiting for? Get out the keys and drive there! Open 24 hours a day. They are waiting for you. Family run, and they treat you like family. The owner was a former truck driver, who was frustrated by the usual offering at truck stops. This restaurant is his dream. It shows in his food, enthusiam and friendliness. He has taken his grandmothers special secret spices and recipes to share with the world. Tasting this food, l know grandma was a cooking genius. So many options. Lots of chicken, goat and egg dishes. Many veggie options. The dessert include malai and gulab jamon. Not to be missed. The rice and naan are fresh and yummy. But here, spicey means spicey! They are happy to adjust the spice level. Just ask. Don't want to wait? Call ahead and get take out 1-539-299-1359. Don't forget to order samosas, as they have simply marvelous samosas. There are veggie and meat eater specials. Great baryami, butter chicken and kadhi pakora. It's all good. On a long drive, it's a wonderful option over boring franchised blah. Go, you'll thank me.

I cannot wait to go back here and support such an amazing hidden gem. I feel like I hit the jackpot eating here. Every bite was a taste of heaven I started by just trying out the samosas and left to run errands then I came back after my errands and ordered an early dinner that's how amazing it was!

Stopped here during an 11 hour Greyhound bus ride last weekend! I almost got some mediocre gas station food next door, but thankfully this place caught my eye instead. The owner / manager assured me they could make my food quickly and that I'd be able to catch my bus, so I ordered a few things! The first thing I got was uniquely named, and not a visible item on the menu. I saw another customer eating it and asked for it myself -- personally mistaking it for a smoothie. The guy at the cashier had said it was an ice-cream based beverage, but I was in for a much bigger surprise once I got on the bus baha. What I expected to be a milkshake ended up being a mixture of ice cream, jelly, almonds, noodles (?!), and other ingredients I did not recognize. I was caught hella off guard by this and couldn't finish it personally. In hindsight, I should've gotten their reasonably priced Mango Lassi. Thankfully, I then cracked open the Butter Chicken and rice I was recommended and was blown away! Up until this point I wouldn't have left a good review but DAMN. The food here absolutely hit! Served hot, large portion, reasonably priced, and perhaps the best tasting chicken and rice I've gotten at an Indian restaurant. Genuinely a 10/10 plate, and I would love to go back knowing what I know now.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. For 2 people ee got the 32 oz Medium spice Chicken Curry, Basmati rice and Garlic naan. It was delicious! The chicken was boneless and tender and curry was flavorful. The prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. We most definitely will be coming back! Couldn't find a negative thing about it!

Stopped here on the way and were pleasantly surprised! The food was very fresh and delicious. We ordered Goat Biryani, Butter Chicken, and Shahi Paneer -- everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Definitely worth a visit!

Chicken curry and rice the next day

Saw this on Yelp yesterday and took my daughter. All I can say is wow, food was some of the best I have had. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. Will for sure come again to eat here. I had enough left overs to eat this again today! (Second pic)

    Chili Chilli Chicken

On the way back from Los Angeles we were craving Indian food and one of our friend told us about this place. First of all getting there was tricky bc you have to take a side street and there's a gas station blocking the frontage of the deli-restaurant so we walking in and it looks like the deli was closed and the young girl in the front asked us if we needed help so I asked and she said they would make us anything we want. There was an older gentleman I think he was the cook/ owner welcome us and told us it would take 20mns . I ordered the chili chicken it was excellent but omg the butter chicken was out of this world I felt like I hit the jackpot the spice combination was just perfect but the naan was dry and little hard, rice was to the point I also love their raita this place is such a gem too bad their location is hidden from Betty drive

    Beautiful art inside the restaurant

This gas station has been a part of Goshen since I can remember. My early childhood hood I can remember dropping off family members to catch the greyhound bus to Mexico here . In an attempt to revitalize this location against big brand companies moving in and making this location More difficult to get to , we have APNA PUNJAB. I'll admit I have no idea when it comes to Indian food . But this place is amazing . The owner confident, respectful and humble . The walls covered in art and colors that really make you feel good inside and give you a bigger view of their culture . I loved everything about being inside of this restaurant . We purchased the butter chicken , rice , garlic nan , as well as chicken curry , everything was beautifully cooked and tasted wonderful . I'll admit it was rough for my personal stomach but my kids tore everything apart and absolutely loved it , we also tried the mango and sweet lassi , amazing experience all around . TRY THE ICE CREAM TRY THE ICE CREAM . I'm upset I didn't take pics of the food or ice cream but try the ice cream it's so flavorful it fresh tasty has a mixture of thing in it that I have no idea but it's delicious.

Fresh, hot food on the tables, people laughing, talking, sharing both food and conversation.... it was incredibly inviting! The smells from the kitchen were addicting - whatever that was, I wanted it! As a party of 5, both Steph and Angela worked for us while working another 8 or 9 tables. Still, service was fast, professional and, to top it all off, fun! Everyone at the table ordered something different from all the other orders. We tried each other's eggs, meat, pancakes, shrimp, grits, salmon... all of it! The biscuits and gravy are a meal of their own! My Smoked Salmon Benny was both hearty and delicate. How is that possible, right? They did it!! For the first time in YEARS, I couldn't finish breakfast! At the other tables, I witnessed Beef and ham steaks, with eggs, potatoes and toast nearly hanging over the plates... stacks of pancakes bigger than the plates!! Portions aren't the modest little tid-bits served at other establishments... these were real, old fashioned, traditional meals meant to fill!! Ladies and gentlemen... I have had meals such as these in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, et cetera, at three or four times the price!! These were amazingly affordable prices! My best hopes and wishes to both Stephanie and Angela for a continued success!!! I can think of 6 in the past 14 years since I've lived in the area that have come and gone... from classy Italian to authentic Peruvian, a small bar and an evening patio scene to a breakfast only place, the a couple waffle shops, and now... let's talk about Branch. Immediately I noticed how clean the place was. Simple, smelled nice and spotless! Hey this is a huge improvement already. The crowd was thick, we waited 20-30 minutes on a Saturday at 10:00am. That's a good thing. Once we sat down, we were asked what we wanted for drinks. And a minute later another waiter asked us if we would like to order drinks , then a 3rd... seconds before the drinks were brought out. Lol I ordered the breakfast sandwich, served with potatoes or hash browns and asked the waitress what she recommended... my daughter was getting hashbrowns with her meal already and the young lady suggested the potatoes and so I took her suggestion. Let me tell you this, that sandwich which is probably one of the most common things on a breakfast menu anywhere, came out so unique and interesting to me that I must highly recommend it. The toasted bread was like a spicy garlic sourdough that was strong and powerful. The spice was right for me and I even asked for the sriracha sauce on the side. The bacon was thick and plenty, the eggs perfectly scrambled, and the potatoes were delicious and so were my daughter's hashbrowns by the way. I loved my breakfast sandwich and also ate half my Mom's Reuben sandwich which was just loaded with corned beef!! So I asked the waitress who owned the restaurant wanting to know if local, and she smiles and says, "well, I am!" I complimented her and wished her my best and let her know that we would be back. I hope it catches on.

With our large group of 7, we were seated outdoors, where we enjoyed spectacular views and the calming sounds of the Kaweah River. I had made a reservation earlier in the day, and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Service remained attentive & pleasant thruout the evening. The hubs & I wanted to keep things light & healthy, so we shared serveral dishes, to sample more of the menu. We started with the jumbo shrimp cocktail and crab cakes, both of which were heavenly. The shrimp were fresh & sweet, pairing perfectly with the cocktail sauce. The escargot bourguignon was also enjoyable ~ the snails were fresh and not mushy like those I've had at some other restaurants, although I've tasted better versions elsewhere. The colossal snails were imported from France and prepared in the chef's special butter sauce. Next, we shared the Chinese chicken salad, which came in a generous portion. To finish, we shared a 12-oz New York steak with our daughter, and it was cooked perfectly medium-rare. She also added a cup of clam chowder soup, while my son ordered his own filet mignon steak, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the food was decent for the price, but the real highlight was the relaxing atmosphere & beautiful river view. It was the perfect way to end an already wonderful day exploring the park.
