As someone who formerly lived in a town with a million italian restaurants, this place is just ok. We came on a saturday night. The host was welcoming and sat us immediately. Our server was kind, attentive, and offered recommendations for my husband who couldn't decide. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. So it was pleasant being there. The table bread and oil were tasty and fresh. The caesar was delicious and not over-dressed. My husband liked the Pasta Bravo (the dish our server recommended for him). I had their Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and it was just fine. I could've made a better one at home but it wasn't bad. The servings sizes are pretty typical of an italian place (about 2 adult servings per dish) so we both got to take our leftovers home. The place is fairly well priced. 12/25/2026 I can't tell you how excited we were when we found out that Bravos, the Italian Restaurant that we love to go to for date nights, was going to be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. So we went to Bravos for dinner and it was lovely! My Chicken Parmesan was prepared exactly as I wanted it, with Alfredo sauce on the pasta. Phil chose the Pasta Woozy. Savannah was our server and she was outstanding. We had met her before and she even remembered the table we had set at. The food was even better than it had ever been. About 4 times that night their Gen. Mgr. Dino and the Chef/Manager Stephen stopped by our booth to check on us and to thank us for coming. They then brought us our desserts. Philip had a Butterscotch Bread Pudding topped with vanilla gelato. Chef Michael searched back through some of Bravo's seasonal desserts and made a mixed Berry Cake for the holidays. The service was a bit slow but it was also super busy so it wasn't a big deal. The server was super nice and the inside was pretty. I'm not a fan of Italian so I can't speak much on the food but the pizza was definitely a pizza. The cheese wasnt cut very well so I'd recommend cutting it yourself with a knife or something. Instead, we were escorted through the kitchen traffic lane to our table--sidestepping servers like we were in a culinary version of Frogger. For an Italian restaurant, the wine list was... not a list. Just a few options printed on the menu, served in glasses that looked borrowed from Dollar Tree's "wedding reception starter pack." Once seated, we spent the meal swatting flies like we were defending our homeland. Not exactly the ambiance we hoped for. Food was a solid "meh." Seven entrées arrived together; the eighth showed up five minutes later after a hopeful "90 seconds!" from our server. They offered us a free dessert--which was kind--but removing the late meal would've hit closer to the mark. Restrooms? Men's was rough. Women's was so dark it felt like a moody art installation. Savannah is new and did an amazing job on the 20th. She was great to talk to and super attentive and friendly. I ordered Spaghetti Pomodoro with the house-made tomato compote, basil, parmesan and added Chicken. On the 16th, I ate at the bar since it was so crowded and enjoyed the Insalata Della Casa with Chicken. Tonight was the first time I have been to bravo in 8 years. We got the calamari but it wasn't worth what they charged. We didn't receive that much for the money. The fried raviolis were good. Good portion. My wife ordered the chicken salad. She liked it. My house salad was good. I ordered the shrimp diavli. It wasn't worth the money so I sent it back to get the eggplant parmesean. That was really good. It came with linguine. Their bread was good but I like chibatta better. My son ordered the eggplant as well and he enjoyed it as well. They gave us a nice 15% military discount. Let's just start off with the gnats. The gnats here have no fear, they hover over your table like little vultures and dive-bomb into your wine mid sip. I've seen cleaner bathrooms. The service was slower I'm not sure what kind of corporate standard they hold but I think his name was John he didn't refill our drinks once and never took one plate off the table. I recommended Bravo when a friend suggested Italian for dinner. We made a reservation via Open Table and were glad we did based on the crowd. The lobby was chaotic but we got a table fairly quick. We did not see a server for another 15-20 minutes. Dinner was disappointing. The oil for the bread, the salad (for $7 extra! Never again) and the pasta woozie (somewhat overcooked, both the noodles and grilled chicken). Service was even more disappointing. We had to flag our person down for silverware, refills, etc. Everything was slow - just a glass of wine was a 30 minute wait. Our dinner took us 2.5 hours. While my friend and I happily gabbed, other parties were quiet and irritated, grabbing other servers to get boxes and their checks. It'll be a long while before heading back. read more

My mom came into town and was craving this place, which I had apparently been to as a kid but didn't recall. We started with the free bread and vinaigrette which is tasty, but tasted like it was frozen - still tasty, nevertheless. My mom got the pasta bravo with linguini instead of the original noodle. I wasn't in the mood for pasta so I got the grilled salmon. The salmon was good, not great, but my mom was very fond of the pasta bravo. Then we got a glass of franciscan red wine - very dry, but I was a fan. We finished off with crème brûlée and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake photograph looked to be like a lava cake but it was definitely not, it was very dry, spongy, and resembling a brownie. The crème brûlée was amazing though! The service was great, and the place itself is beautiful with gorgeous architecture. I wish the food was better, but everything else was great, and certain things on the menu were good! I don't write reviews often mainly because I'm usually patient and understanding. However, my experience was quite unique as 1 might put it. The food was great as it almost always usually is we were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service on the other hand was not so great and less to be desired. Our waitress walked past us numerous times not even acknowledging we had empty cups, we didn't get our bread for almost as long as it took to get our salads, server was not friendly at all. Visited 11/19/24 around 6pm. My husband comes here frequently and generally eats at the bar. We came together and were seated near the apt where the food comes out. Very few people in the restaurant. We ordered an entree to split and he had soup and I had a salad. We told waitress no to bread but someone brought some anyway. We each had a Chianti. My salad came out right away and I waited a bit thinking his soup would be right out. Wedding soup. He told me to go ahead and eat. There were plates and 6 bowls of soup that had been seated under the light for pickup for a LONG time. Our waitress didn't come back for a very long time. About 20 minutes or longer, long after I was done with my salad she finally brought his soup. And along with it our entree. No extra plate was brought. The food was cold. I figured it must have sat for some time along with the multiple bowls of soup that were sitting. I was watching someone else collect tickets and get to go orders ready and out the door but the service for those in the restaurant was painfully slow. I asked if his soup was cold because it had sat for so long. He said not too bad. (Temperature doesn't bother him). I split up the entree and gave him a plate but it had to sit even longer while he ate his soup. She never did collect the salad plate which was sitting in the middle of the table for about 45 minutes. For as few people as there were dining in, service should have been much swifter. Definitely not worth the $75 price tag to eat here. Service was awful. It seems like there is a big focus on to go orders with very little regard for dine in customers. The food was ok. I ordered the chicken Marsala and subbed the fettuccine for the mashed potatoes. It was ok. But overall, service and price and food was comparable to Olive Garden. Food was delicious. I had the veal parmesan. This was my first time at this resturant. For me if this is on the menu, this is my test to item to see if they know how to cook correctly. I visited this restaurant with a dining group of 30 people and we were promptly seated at 4 long tables in a separate dining room from the main restaurant. This was on a Saturday around 5 PM. First, we were all very impressed with the service. We had 2 servers throughout the evening and one server informed us she had only been on the job for a little over a week! I ordered a glass of Lambrusco with a chopped salad consisting of greens, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, olives, feta, and a tangy red wine vinaigrette to start. Several of my table mates ordered Caesar salads or the house salad, which all looked equally delicious and fresh. I decided to order the calamari appetizer with lemon aioli and marinara sauce on the side, accompanied by a slice of warm, fresh arrabbiatta to also dip. Several others ordered the Pasta Woozie and raved about it so much that now I want to go back and also try it. It was made with chicken, fettuccine, alfredo, and spinach. We all lamented the fact that we did not have room for dessert, which had the expected tiramisu and cheesecake options. My only negative would be to say that the parking lot needs some upkeep as there were potholes we had to dodge when parking and the first impression belies the fact that the interior of the restaurant was quite nice! This was my second time at Bravo, but it had been years! After an attempt to get in at Cheesecake Factory, an almost two-hour long wait over there dissuaded us. We called here and they told us there would only be a 40 minute wait. It didn't feel long waiting as we had to drive and park. Lots of spots open! We got seated and our waitress quickly took our drink orders with a smile. I had to get the sweet tea. Yay!! So good! It was a busy evening with tons of families and big groups. It was a Saturday evening and I'm sure people wanted to eat before watching the basketball games. The waiters were all so busy running around the room and cleaning tables. They did a great job though! My sister ordered bolognese, I got chicken parmigiana with angel hair, my mom got chicken caprese, and my dad got grilled salmon. I've never had a bad meal here! The entrees are pricey but they are fresher and of better quality than Olive Garden. So you get your moneys worth and the portion size is a lot! I couldn't finish my meal! You don't get the free bottomless salad like at Olive Garden, but their bread is already seasoned and they give you sundried tomato olive oil. The bread here is probably much healthier than Olive Garden anyway. My sister and I both got Caesar salads before our meals. It was fabulous! Our waitress was amazing!
