Good grass, a bit muddy, nice long running area

I mean it's a dog park, how much can I really say? Having a smaller dog (15lbs), I was a bit nervous it would be an open weight limit park. I was happy to see that it is really for dogs under 20lbs. Don't get me wrong, some of those little jerks can be the most aggressive. Luckily, the day I went there were plenty of chill friendly dogs to play with. Love the grass, trees, and background. I also love that it's nice and long for some dogs (like mine) with a bit of extra energy. He loved running back and forth chasing another local little guy. I went unfortunately after a week of rain so it was a bit muddy, but assume normally it's nice and dry. The people at the park were great. One guy even checked in with me saying "hey my dog plays a bit aggressive, let me know if it's too much" which was really nice. It seems like it's kept up well, likely a mix of city support and local regulars. We'll be back!

The City of Dublin has done right for the residents. This park isn't just for kids. It also includes a dog park that we love to visit weekly. The enclosed quarter-acre area are meant for small dogs weighing less than 20 pounds. Inside, the dog park there is a well maintain grass area, trees, benches, doggy bag station, and water fountains. It is very clean for a dog park with no noticeable grass patches. Besides, the dog park, there are pergola, picnic area, playground, and walkway. My only complaint is there is only street parking. I wish there were at least a small parking lot, but since it is meant for the local residents in the neighborhood I can't be mad about it.

Cool little dog park but legitimately a "little dog park". As in only for what we refer to around our house as puppies. So to that point, when our dog was a puppy we took him there. He's now way to large to go which is a bummer. I'm assuming owners of little dogs may have a different point of view on this being a little dog only park which I'd completely understand.

Nice little dog park! Especially the grass. Not too many dogs around in the middle of the day. A few benches, some tennis balls, a water fountain, and poop bags. One thing I noticed is it is very noisy here. Lotsa people in the apartments/town homes and some construction going on. Parking along the street seems pretty plentiful. There's a nice little path that goes around the park. It makes sense that there's a weight limit at this park. I'm assuming it is due to the apartments/town homes in the neighborhood.

Pretty simple dog park. Small but cute. I wish there were more benches, but pretty quiet. I liked that there was plenty of street parking. Is definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Jack loves this park and all the dogs that come here. Very clean has doggy bags and is pretty large so he can run off all the energy.

SUMMER CONCERT REVIEW: The city of Dublin hosts free weekly summer concerts from June through…read moreAugust at Emerald Glen Park on Thursday evenings. This also coincides with their farmer's market. I came here last Thursday to catch "Pop Fiction", a cover band. I arrived at 5:40 PM, 20 minutes before the concert, so I walked around to check out the farmer's market. There are food trucks, fruits, veggies, seafood, pastries, and lots more. The concert is at the Amphitheater, which has a couple tiers of lawn area. Early birds take up the back section and set up their tents and tables. We had a few folder chairs, and brought our own food for a little picnic. "Pop Fiction" was high energy and did a good job with songs from the '70's to today. They were a little pitchy at times, but everyone was just having a good time. As the evening progressed, more people came up front to dance or sway. There's no shade on the lawn, so definitely bring sunscreen and hats. The park itself is huge, but I didn't have time to check it all out. We enjoyed the concert and picnic. We'll probably be back for another one before the summer is done.

The atmosphere was so amazing. There was excitement coming from the park and waterpark. There were tons of local vendors. I truly enjoyed all the sampling at the farmers market. There's tons of green space with courts available - like basketball and tennis. Corn hole was being played as well. It was so much fun!

Perfect spot for play dates, birthday parties or just to exist. That's what our daughter loves to…read moredo every time she visits. Since there are SO MANY play areas and structures to explore and enjoy, I have never heard her say she is bored. Our daughter can exist here for hours with snacks and water at hand. Kids are ALWAYS here so it is easy to find a playmate, if needed, for the day. There are restrooms directly behind the big play area with multiple stalls. It is well maintained and usually stocked. There are lots of benches, both with and without backs, surrounding the various play areas. There are numerous hammocks surrounding the park (closest to the swing area).. Be careful not to get too relaxed and misplace your lil one(s). It gets pretty hot out here and with the absence of shaded benches, bring a blanket to sit beneath a tree or an awning and chairs if you're fancy. Parking is directly outside the park. With ample parking it is difficult to not find a spot. During summer months it gets a little harder do arrive early. A grass area separates play from parking. There are plenty of bike racks as well. If you do not feel like driving the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station is a 12 minute walk away. If we ever explored this option I would have to bring a wagon. After play I doubt our little one would want to trek the journey. There are very few food options nearby so definitely come with snacks and drinks. There are working water fountains throughout the park (not refill stations). Come, enjoy! You can make a day of play here without spending a dime.

There are large grassy areas for water gun fights and ample trash, recycling, compost bins. Parking lot and restrooms are also nearby.
