My favorite meat was the Parmesan pork loin, the beef ribs (which just melted I. Your mouth) and the sirloin. My husband's loved the steaks and love how they were all seasoned. This place isn't for serious conversation because you get constantly interrupted with meat options or management making sure you are enjoying your meal. The interruptions are not a complaint I promise! Our server Renee was knowledgeable and had great recommendations! I definitely would be asking for her when we go back. I also had Orange Dreamcicle cocktail that tasted like a 50/50 bar and no it wasn't too sweet nor too strong it was just right.

I went during peak hours on a busy day, and seeing the place packed actually made me feel a bit more secure. I figured with that many customers, the kitchen and salad bar would naturally stay fresher since the food is constantly being cycled out. While I still think any establishment should keep things up to par regardless of how slow it is, the difference in freshness this time was really noticeable compared to my first visit when it was dead. The service was great, which is a big win for me because even in my last review, I mentioned the service was the one thing they got right. I'm really glad to see that's still super consistent here. As for the food, they had a lot of "trendy" meats that I've been hearing about. I think it's a cut that's been all over TikTok the Picanha cut? I might be wrong on the name, but I'd heard people talking about it and it was super good and very tender. The biggest improvement, though, was the consistency. I prefer my beef medium-rare, and last time I was here, almost everything they brought out was well-done. This time, every piece that made its way to my table was cooked exactly how I like it. I'm glad I was actually able to enjoy the meal this time!

There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag. The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread. =FULL EXPERIENCE= We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly. *Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor. *Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken. *Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning. *Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side. *Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good. *Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste. *Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat. =A LA CARTE= Not included in the all you can eat experience. *Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included. *Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

Discount for cash and 4% charge for credit (there is several signs at the entrance). Does not include alcohol or desert items. For 2 people, each with a soda (free refills), $83 cash or $86 credit (not sure if that included the 4% charge). We arrived little after 5 on a Sat. Was immediately seated with no reservation. There was multiple laminated menus on the table. Looked like each table seated 6, each with a grill and overhead exhaust vent. I could not hear any exhaust vent fans. Noise level was normal for a restaurant this size and a conversation could easily be had with other people at the table. With 2 people, able to order 3 meats at a time. Meats are brought out promptly and soda was refilled frequently. The grill tops were replaced frequently during the meal. The bad. It gets SMOKEY!!!! Not sure what's wrong with their exhaust, but it does not seem to work very well. The floor gets greasy slippery (I was wearing non stick shoes and was able to easily slide on the floor). The overhead exhaust fan... grease constantly dripped from the vent on the grill. They are obviously were not cleaned before that dinner service... we left smelling like we had sat in a bbq smoker. Because of that I would not recommend wearing nice clothes to this place unless you want them to smell like bbq for the next while. The bulguli was amazing!! I would skip on the ny steak. The chicken was surprisingly good. If you have never cooked seafood on a grill like that, you may want to skip the squid and octopus. The pork belly was basically thin sliced bacon. If I returned, I would stick with beef bulguli, spicy pork bulguli, and brisket or spicy bbq chicken. The spicy was not that spicy. Maybe a 2 out of 10. Like jalapeño spicy. The food and service was excellent. The smoke... this makes me rethinking on returning...

I don't know if I've ever used the front door. Sinatra style music, intimate booths and tables, dark wood, beautiful bar, waitresses and staff who are friendly and efficient. Old fashion proprietor hospitality that we don't see enough any more. The original owner, Richard S did this as well and I love that his grandson carries on the tradition. Sit at the bar, either before or afterwards, hopefully Leeann will be bartending and have a well made drink, watch TV (not blaring) and just relax. I understand and respect their history, but that is not an excuse for them to continue to live in the past. It is bad enough their location has turned undesirable over the years, so they need to continue to improve aspects of the business to keep people coming in. There was a security guard at the entrance (FYI the entrance is in the back, so upon entering you are immediately greeted by the restrooms and the doors that show off the kitchen work space. Long story short, it makes for an awkward and uncomfortable start to your experience for a first timer). Anyways, the security guard was in the same place when we arrived (looking at his phone) and in the same place when we left (still looking at his phone). If someone messed with my car, which was out of sight slightly around the corner of the building close to Belmont, would he have noticed or cared? This question is sure to be up there with the ol timeless chicken or the egg quandry and the if a tree fell in a forest paradox) Positives: Their meats were good (we tried the prime rib, of course, and a bacon wrapped filet). No complaints there. I should mention I took my love and my momma for her bday. My mom enjoyed herself well enough. The service was good. The waitress humored my (sometimes annoying) mom (lmao) and the hostess was also nice, checking on us during the meal even. She brought my mom some ice cream at the end and led us in singing happy birthday, which was sweet. The main fault: the sides. They were so mundane it almost made the rest of the meal seem overpriced and lackluster. Sides should be something local or at least prepared. Instead it was some slop from a can or a warmer filled with hot liquid broth. It was like cafeteria food or the heated up veggies one might get during a hospital stay. Completely unacceptable quality if you want to maintain the allure of a fancy restraunt serving 40+ dollar cuts of meat. Rice was mediocre, mashed potatoes were decent but again probably a cost cutting side. So all in all, the food wasn't something to brag about. The interior has some nice paintings of bare chested ladies. As a champion for women, it seemed a little extreme that in my sight i could see 6 titties, but as a man, excluding my champion for women title, I thought it was great. However, being with my mom and my woman made this dichotomy even more perplexing. The strangest part of all of this was when I went in the men's restroom there wasn't another topless woman painting. Instead it was some old dude. Wth? That's when I relaized it was like the rest of the experience here - unique, a bit outdated, and all over the place. Still enjoyable, but also pretty sad and confusing.
