I rarely order this type of meal but man do I not regret it at all. I'm not even sure what kind of fish I consumed but it was so perfectly fried with the gentlest breading that complemented the perfectly cooked fish. Again the seasonings are subtle, it's not really the boldest of flavors, it just tasted good. The grits were savory while not being overwhelming when combining the fish which ended up being very satisfying bite. The Fish And Grits gets an amazing 9.5/10 I will be coming back, I'd like to try more of what they offer. These people are masters of frying things to perfection while retaining the core flavors of the protein. The staff was friendly and you can feel the soul they breathe into the place. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
