I didn't have a reservation, but there were only a handful of people ahead of me, making the wait completely unreasonable. Once seated at the bar, things only got worse. The bartender and several employees came across as if they didn't want to be there. Customer service was practically nonexistent. I ordered chicken wings and they were so disappointing that I didn't even eat a single wing. What made it even more frustrating was that the bartender never once asked how my food was or whether everything was satisfactory. Instead, he repeatedly tried to upsell me on other items and drinks. A restaurant can survive mediocre food if the service is exceptional, but when both are poor, there's no reason to come back. Empty tables, long waits, indifferent staff, and terrible food made this one of the worst dining experiences I've had!

The fried shrimp had a noticeable old oil taste, which made them hard to enjoy. The waffles were also overcooked, and you could definitely taste the burnt flavor. It seems like quality control has been slipping, and it's honestly become a hit-or-miss experience every time I order. I hope the restaurant can get back to the quality that made me order from them in the first place, because right now the inconsistency makes it difficult to recommend.

When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive.
