The inside is clean and well maintained with a few TVs to catch games. We sat outside since we had our dog with us and our server was fantastic. He had a lot of jokes, knew when to give us space, and was just incredibly attentive all around. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ran out. The food was very mediocre, granted they just started serving breakfast recently so they're probably trying to work the kinks out. We ordered the pancake breakfast with breakfast potatoes, bacon, and Texas toast as well as the chillaquiles with beef fajita. The pancakes were very thin and chewy, definitely not a high quality batter and not moist. The bacon likewise was chewy and the toast was, well, toast. The best part of the dish were the breakfast potatoes which had a good texture and flavor to them. As for the chillaquiles, it was decent. A bit of a messy plate but nothing that took away from the meal. The beans, tortilla chips, etc were good but the best part was the beef fajita, seasoned well and pretty juicy. Again, it's hard to write this place off as a 3 star because we think they're a work in progress on the breakfast side and likely have better food on other parts of the menu, we can just only write about our experience.
