In the rush to get the person medical attention and then leave, i left a pair of rental skis on the mountain ... My husband and I have been coming here for years, at first because they were always friendly and efficient, but now because they know us by name and chat with us like we're old friends. It's been some time since I've actually had to rent skis. However, anytime that I have friends in from out of town for a ski trip I recommend that they rent skis through Breeze. I used to think that it was best to rent skis in Denver the day before so as to avoid what I assumed would be swarming crowds once one gets closer to the mountains. Yet, what I've found is that Breeze is rarely crowded, and they tend to move people through very quickly and efficiently. If you're looking to rent skis, this is a great way to go. read more

For some reason I always seem to stop at this exit. Maybe it's the Starbucks that started the tradition, maybe it's the options for rentals and ease of exit from the highway. I am in the market to buy a new pair of skis and have been coming to this location to rent demo skis for the past couple months. They are always very helpful and have a great selection of rentals, gear and clothing. The last time I was there I received excellent customer service from both Matt and Ian. Matt gave excellent tips to my good friend's son, Maddux, on how to snowboard. Maddux used these tips and had his best day yet up at Loveland. This was the first time we've ever stopped at Breeze. We have been through the area more times than I can count, but finally felt like giving it a look. We were quite impressed with the selection of gear at Breeze. Small shop, but very high quality stuff all around. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help when my size was not on the rack. Very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the gear. Matt was our primary guy and he was very well informed on the products. We were discussing pants (Kuhl) and he was telling me how they had changed their cut recently. Everyone that works here was really helpful and friendly even when under the pressure of being understaffed with a huge crowd waiting to rent equipment. You'll get the right stuff. Prices on clothing, goggles, etc. are about the same as most places in Denver. We returned a couple of times for various reasons and always had a pleasant experience so I think the understaffing the first morning was probably unusual. read more
