Got the performance package hoping to get top of the line material and unfortunately it was not the case. They did not have the ski length I wanted and thus had to settle for a shorter size, the ski poles were not available in my length so ended up taking a pair that was a bit longer however they were from two different makers. As far as the boots, they felt ok when I tried them on but once on the slopes it was clear that they were totally worn out and did not fit at all. It was so bad actually that after two runs my ankles were hurting so much that I ended up going to a rental shop in Winter Park and rent new equipment for the rest of the day. Interestingly you would also think that being so far away from any ski resort the store would have cheaper pricing but that is not the case and actually paid the same at the resort. I would also not recommend renting off the highway because if there are issues with your equipment, you either have to drive a long distances back or then have a miserable experience. You are better off renting at the resort you are skiing. read more

We rented from this location for the first time this past weekend and we will not rent elsewhere in the future. Helpful, efficient, friendly, and they went the extra mile for us. Stopped by the first time to actually grab some Starbucks. Wandered over to Breeze to check out the ski clothes. Immediately Hunter (sales associate) came over to assist me. Not only did he help me pick out a great vest but he also helped me and my friends with suggestions on places to go in Vail as well as restaurants to hit on the way back to Denver. Second time I stopped at this location Hunter was there, he remembered my name and once again gave us some great recommendations for ski clothes as well as what was around the immediate area. The customer service in this store is absolutely amazing and unlike anything I have ever experienced. Hunter and Matt are the best and I will absolutely be back to this store. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and they are very knowledgeable in what you do need. I won't buy my ski equipment or clothes anywhere else. They ROCK!!!! read more

The manager Matt saved us from a bad snafu (switched snowboards with another renter accidentally at the ski lodge). In addition they found us boards/bindings/helmets on a crazy day where nearly all their inventory had been rented out. These guys are cool, friendly, and deliver incredible customer service. Fantastic experience! I have been coming to Colorado skiing just about every year for the past 20 years. I have never owned my own skis -- always rented. I've rented from many different places and I finally found the best. The online reservation process was great. The staff was super friendly and efficient and got us back on the road and headed to the slopes quickly. The option of returning to any location makes Breeze a great choice if you're hitting multiple mountains on your trip. We ended up just returning at the Dumont store on the way back to the airport in the morning since it was so convenient and they don't charge for keeping them the extra night. Thanks Matt! read more

We got stuck in traffic on our way to return our rentals and Cisco still let us check them in. That's what I consider going above and beyond in customer service. Absolutely a great experience! We were in on 12/27 right when the store opened at 7am to rent skis. Matty G was right on with getting my gear set up quickly, despite not having a reservation, and crowd growing behind. We were in and out in about 15 minutes with the gear I needed! Unfortunately, once we started on the mountain, my son was not able to make more than one run, and needed to call it a day, at 9:30 am! I was worried that I would be stuck with a full day rental for just one day, but Matt the store manager quickly refunded me once I told him what happened. Awesome customer service on a very busy day, and each time I was in and out quickly and satisfied! I will definitely be renting from Breeze in Dumont from now on! read more

We had good experiences with rentskis.com at Arvada Colorado Ski & Golf with exchanges at Silverthorne Mountain Sports Outlet last year (stayed in Silverthorne). Decided to do same trip this year but there was low inventory of demo skis at Silverthorne. The Customer Service agent I spoke with suggested the I70 Breeze location via skirentals.com due to larger inventory (female, level III, 5'10"). When we arrived, they were ready for me - had several skis at different lengths to choose from. The bindings were adjusted to my boots and off we went within 10 minutes. On the first day, my bindings needed adjustment - the guys at Copper Mtn Breeze were excellent to work with: Thank You! The Geisha's were great on the icy crud and fresh snow: bumps, bowls, trees and groomed runs. Upon our return to I70 Breeze, we told Matt K (asst manager) about my first day struggles . He immediately offered a refund and had it processed by the online reservation higher ups. Matt is very professional, understanding, and invested in making the I70 Breeze THE place to rent! We will be back and will not hesitate to recommend this location. Fantastic service at this place. My skis worked great, they greeted me at the door when returning, and insisted on taking everything off my hands immediately. They also carry your rentals out for you as well. I didn't buy any merch, but they are also well stocked in case you forgot to bring anything. Renting off the mountain is definitely the way to go, and booking ahead helps. I'll definitely rent from them in the future. read more
