Got into an accident and had my car towed here. Was a nightmare. First they only accepted cash and…read morecharged me $400 for a tow that was less than 5 miles. Apparently there's no way to pay with card, venmo, cashapp, or anything other than cash. My guess is they didn't want it on the books cause again, $400 for a tow is ridiculous. Also consider that I just got into an accident and they are pulling this. Then after a couple of hours I ended up calling the owner a dick cause he just wouldn't compromise with me and accept any form of payment other than cash. His employe ended up cursing me out and I ended up leaving the shop shortly after. Also got his with an overnight fee because I had to leave my car. Personally I wouldn't work with these people if I had any choice, but unfortunately I was forced to. Do yourself a favor and don't work with these sketchy people and try to find an auto body shop that isn't looking to screw over their customers.
