Incredible Care - Dr. Ho & Her Team Are Simply the Best!…read more I've been seeing Dr. Ho for about a year now, and I truly couldn't be more grateful to have found her. Not only did she remove all four of my wisdom teeth, but she's also completed several dental treatments I had put off for years simply because I hadn't found a dentist I felt comfortable with, until her. Dr. Ho is patient, gentle, and incredibly understanding of my dental anxiety. She takes the time to explain everything and always makes sure I'm calm and comfortable. Her dental assistant, Brianna, is the absolute sweetest, always reassuring, kind, and attentive during every visit. Melissa, who manages the front desk, is just as amazing. She ensures everything runs smoothly, always greets us with a smile, and has such a positive attitude. From start to finish, the entire process at this office is seamless and welcoming. I also love how involved Dr. Ho is in the community, it really shows how much she cares. Communication is easy (even via text!), and scheduling is always flexible. I've now transitioned my entire family to her care, she's officially our family dentist! If you're looking for a dental office that provides compassionate, top-notch care and treats you like family, Dr. Ho and her team are it. Highly, highly recommend!

Understandably I have some anxiety with people poking around in my mouth now, but everyone there put me at ease. They were aware of the redhead gene that makes you resistant to anesthesia, caught some stuff that my previous dentists ignored, and all around it was a wonderful experience. The only thing that was missing was the lollipop you get at the end for being good, but considering this wasn't a pediatric dentist, I can forgive them.

She jammed one in anyhow and I told her, gagging, that it was too big She was about to jam it into my mouth again when I just left. I have a narrow mouth and a huge torus on the bottom right and adult sized bite wing holders will not fit in my mouth. The told me that they were not going to take a full set of X-rays because insurance would not cover it. So insurance is dictating my care? If you want care, this is not the office for you.

While I was waiting for the actual crown to come in, I called and told them I was still in terrible pain on the left upper side. They said to come in. So I dropped everything and came in. Well, coincidentally, the assistant stated that the crown had come in. Thus, I was left in the chair an hour as I waited for it to get put on. Got up, told the manager I was leaving. 5 minutes later, a dentist (didn't introduce himself, don't know his name), came in, put the crown on. I told him it's still killing me. He said the pain would subside, to take ibuprofen or tylenol. Driving home, I felt the crown (with my tongue, lol) and thought "HOLY COW- they capped a tooth nearby that wasn't even the problem!!!" I could NOT believe it. No wonder I was still in so much pain! They didn't address the problem- the very reason I went there in the first place, on an emergency basis. I turned around, went back in, told them the issue and the staff looked at me like I was crazy. The assistant even had the nerve to say: it's impossible to put a crown on the wrong tooth. (Uhhh. No, It's not) I was furious, having spent my entire life savings on a crown I didn't ask for, on a tooth that has never bothered me! Regardless of whether that tooth may have "needed" a crown is certainly NOT the issue! The issue was the excruciating tooth pain I went in for, and not being able to eat on the left side or consume hot or cold beverages without jumping out of my chair kind of pain. Giving them my time and my money and hoping that, as dentists, as "professionals," trusting them to HELP me. Days later, I finally did see the doctor, who seemed miffed that I'd even dare ask WHY they did this, and all he did was write a referral to their endodontist! For a consult fee of ONE HUNDRED dollars, I could see a specialist who could finally address the problem I originally walked in for. What a joke. This place is completely disorganized. They mess up your life and act like it's all part of the process. They do NOT listen, obviously! to why you're there. They sell you their in-house plan, you get a rushed "cleaning," then a dentist breezes in, tells you you need about $10,000 worth of work (saw a dentist 16 months prior to this appointment who told me my teeth looked great), does whatever they want, makes you feel like you're crazy for taking up their time trying to address THEIR mistake, then sends you on your way scratching your head, having just basically stolen over 2GRAND from you. Terrible. Unethical. Steer clear. If they can't even rectify their mistake, they have no place being in the business of helping people. ZERO stars

The treatment included the 3 step retainers K1, K2 and K3 this are not custom retainers they are one fits all. My son was not able to retain them in his mouth during his sleep and lost them or the dog ate them, however I purchased 3 or 4 retainers at an additional $150.00 they will not tell you that you can purchase this on line for $60 and maybe save you some money (like I said they are not custom made) After tired of purchasing I called the office and they suggested maybe cementing this to his mouth. I wanted to wait and give him another chance. In December I called to discuss the procedure and left a voice mail that was never returned. I took my son to an orthodontist for a 2nd opinion and he said it was more than just retainers. When I called again to Kinard to ask them for a print out of the charges and procedures they got apprehensive about me not wanting to proceed with their practice. I paid Kinard for a consultation, 2 appointments and 2 retainers. Its a bit pricey! With the current orthodontist I pay as I go and I see the work. Be careful about paying this practice upfront for work not done yet. I think I am owed a refund.
