I've received better coffee from Dutchbros or Dunkin, and thankfully this coffee was a free one for my first visit. The coffee is awesome at Brevity! The people are very kind at Brevity. They were patient with me and fun! They made recommendations for what I was looking for. Most of the Brevity Coffee's are drive thru stands but there was a sit-in coffee shop in north east. It was comfortable to sit on the couches. It's a bit of a weird set up, being an old bank and a sort of storage space for the stand alone drive-thru's. So not the coziest place, but the people are super awesome and the drinks are diverse and delicious!! read more

It was my first time here today. I told the girl who helped me pick out my coffee my preferences and she recommended either an iced Americano or cold brew. From there, I chose the cold brew and she recommended to get the white chocolate and hazelnut flavors. When I went up to the window I told the friendly staff that it was my first time and I was excited to try the coffee. And the girl asked me to try my coffee to make sure I liked it before I pulled away. I thought that was a really classy move. I ended up getting a call Drew with oat milk and white chocolate and hazelnut flavoring. The only con is that I wish I would've gotten bigger than a medium! Not sure how I feel about my recent visit to this location; lately the friendliness level hasn't been there. Earlier today I went to the Fred road location everything was amazing! They even have baked goods here! However the dezevala location seems to be out of all food items and doesn't receive any baked goods :( My recent visit was today 8/3 at around 4:50pm, I wanted to try something different to keep me energized. The woman who came out seemed to be having a bad day. I started off by saying if they have any drinks with Red Bull and tea. Her response was "yeah we have so many different kinds, and just starred at me. I had this dumb feeling after that; hence I had no idea what flavors. So then she named this drink in the pic. At that point I can tell she was not being patient or friendly so I just said "sure". This drink has to be the worst drink ever!! Island something ? After my visit I called my sister who recently visited this location who also agreed the young girl seemed off with a very Whstever attitude. I miss the friendly crew that used to be here at this brevity location :( I didn't get a chance to see the young woman's name but she had tight curls and a hat. I'll still continue to support brevity but probably from the other locations. I suggest if you come to the dezevala location to know what you want and to not ask for recommendations. read more

I'm happy Brevity is closer to home now. I love the coffee at their other location, and when they said they were opening a new location nearby, I wondered, "But, where's the drive-thru?" Within a few short weeks, they constructed a small freestanding building and today, we were able to taste deliciousness a little closer to home. I was expecting a classic cup (drip, pour over) of coffee but they only have espresso/milk based drinks. I ordered a vanilla latte and felt like I was drinking sweetened milk with a splash of espresso. I needed a good pick me up kick for the morning but was disappointed. I'm here at least twice a week. They have great coffee and drinks. Depending on the day and time I'll have the Irish cream cold brew or I've been really addicted to the passion fruit coconut green tea. It's so refreshing in this Texas heat! I have always sworn by Starbucks as local shops are typically far and also overpriced. I finally decided to give this shop a try after being recommended this alternative by some peers. First, the employees are cheerful and extremely helpful no matter what time of day I dropped by. The menu is extremely easy to read, even enlarging the top choices! I've tried the mudslide, avalanche, Irish cream, and the tuxedo. So far, I have loved all of these (all recommended by employees or other customers)! Lastly, the pricing is amazing! I love that this coffee shop pricing is based on SIZE rather than up charging for the amount of flavor syrups added (like Starbucks). I end up paying more for a grande coffee at Starbucks than I pay here for a Large coffee! I think I have found my new spot! read more

This is the best place for the morning go-go juice in San Antonio. Screw Starbucks, or any of those chain coffee spots, these guys are fast, their coffee is incredible, and they're super friendly. Every time you pull up you will be asked what you got planned for the day, how your day is going, etc. It is kinda funny how fast they are. This morning when I pulled in there were about 5-6 cars in front of me, and I had my coffee in under 2-3 minutes. I personally love black coffee and cold brews, HOWEVER, I have tried they're two very popular specialty drinks, "The Tuxedo" and the "Golden Macchiato" both are pretty good, but I do prefer the golden. The young lady recommended the Mud Slide said it was one of their most popular and you get the choose if you want it iced, frozen or hot.
