We were greeted at the cashier station very quickly. Asked if we would like to look over menus, then after we decided to eat there we were seated with no waiting. Service was fast, prompt and on the ball... our beverages were never empty food was hot and very tasty. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare. My sandwich (philly) was DELICIOUS and my son had the loaded fries and they were very tasty as well... I had a local IPA that was cold and good. Placed a to-go order on our way back to our hotel. Ordered a smash burger with sauce on the side but they still put it on the burger, which i didnt want because I wasn't sure what the sauce actually was, and didnt end up liking it. Gave the saddest tomatoes to add to burger. Paid extra to sub onion rings and they gave me fries. Also ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which lacked on sauce and was soggy. They charge a 15% gratuity for to go orders but cant even get your order right. Guess i should have checked before i left. read more

SO BOMB.com. The staff and liveliness is awesome! Surrounded by tv's so you can't miss a game! Bunch of booths to choose from. FULLLLL bar! Happy hour 2-5 Monday- Thursday! Very lovely staff and super attentive. Also a very diverse menu so you'll always be able to find something you enjoy! It's in place of the old food court, but I'd say this was a great choice! Breakfast is offered as well 7-11am which is awesome. One of the only places between casinos that serves it. Open 7 days a week. Bar is apart of restaurant now as well and serves food. First, the food quality was much better however we ordered beer and wine and they didn't come until after our food? Bre brothers is pretty solid, their burgers are above average and there pizza can be pretty good in a town with no great pizza options, however one time I ordered there pepperoni pizza it tasted like it had a different sauce and I was not a huge fan of the BBQ chicken pizza. read more

Last night at around 12:40am. We were told the wait time was 25 min however other people were sat immediately that came after us. We didn't mind as we used the time to look around the casino, however we were sat in the back were the servers put in the orders & by the doors were it was cold, it seemed very odd being that there was so many other tables open. we didn't get our waters for about 15 min after we sat down. We also asked for a soda that we never got. After such weird treatment we decided to ask another waiter for a box to go after getting our cold fries since we were particularly sitting 1 inches away from the other servers. our waiter was no where to be found, so we went up to the front to pay and the host last night was extremely rude and said for us to go back and wait for our server. I replied and said we can't find her so can you please go find her giving her my card, being that there was 3 host at the host stand. Our friends was also waiting on us and we just wanted to pay but the host made it extremely uncomfortable and complicated for no reason. She could've taken my card and helped me. after I said if she could be the one to look for her as we weren't not going back to our cold abandoned table. The blonde host replied with "why are you being like this" with an attitude. I was confused when I was well composed with my boyfriend, wanting to pay and leave. Convenience being inside Harrahs is great. However, service is lacking. It makes it very discouraging to see the place a quarter full, slow, yet we are told there's a wait of 15 min. We watched multiple people get seated right away but us. This has happened twice, and again, the place is only a quarter full of customers and there are dozens of empty tables. Food sometimes comes out slow. My entire party received their food but myself and ended up leaving without eating my meal due to the long wait. On the brighter side, the taste of the meals itself have been good. Servers are a hit or miss. I've had some that are kind and work hard, others barely want to help and disappear after taking your order, never check in, and you have to ask other waiters or staff to find them to get assistance. I do hope that things improve since it's been open for months and is the only budget friendly restaurant open in harrahs/caesars republic hotel. read more

I dined at Brew Brother's on 1/7/2026. After I finished my meal I informed the waitress Naomi that I would be charging my meal to my room. I provided my Drivers License and room number. She walked away for a few minutes and then came back and asked me what room # I was in again. I politely gave Naomi my room #. She walked away and came back and said that she was unable to charge to my room and I would have to provide different payment. I told Naomi that I just ate there yesterday without any issue. She then stated that she would call the front desk to verify that I was staying at Caesar's. At this point I'm feeling humiliated. She stated that the front desk wasn't answering the phone, I informed her that I would walk to the front desk myself to resolve the issue. Naomi then stated that "she needs to keep my Drivers License in case that I don't come back" she said it was company policy. I have never in my life had my integrity questioned in such a manner. I told her that I was headed to the front desk and would be back shortly. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my ID with Naomi but I did anyway. I get to the Caesar's front desk informed them about what was going on and they called over to the restaurant. I'm not sure who the front desk agent spoke to at the restaurant but they were able to charge my room without any problem while they were on the phone. This all occurred within 5 minutes of me leaving the restaurant. At this point I'm a little upset because I feel that I was racially profiled because I'm a Black American male. The staff at the bar was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was completely ignored and my food was not brought out timely. I had to stop a staff member passing to follow-up on my order. Customers who were seated after were greeted and received their food before I did. It was absolutely ridiculous that a drink, not even water, was not offered. While I was still eating, the bill was put on the table and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else or if I wanted to close out the tab. The assistant manager who claimed he was the general manager has an inflated ego, was racist and very dishonest. He should be fired or retrained. The only positive interaction was from the hostess. I had been eagerly waiting to try this place as I had read about them on the Harrah's website & eaten at the Reno locaion inside Circus Circus. The food here is equally wonderful as are the drinks. Our waiter, Christopher, was very upbeat & attentive. The chipitole glazed salmon is a must with a savery sauce with a little kick; when I asked if they could hold the broccoli, he gave me the options of more rice or beans; I chose the beans. The rice was well seasoned & the black beans were wonderful. I had one of their mules which was refreshing with ginger beer & other ingreedients. For dessert, the blueberry pie ala mode was good; a flaky buttery crust with the perfect blueberry filling & vanilla ice cream. My mother enjoyed her salmon with broccoli & my sister-in-law enjoyed her fish tacos & their drinks.can hardly wait to come back & try their beers & burgers; I hope Christopher is still there whenever we make it up again.
