Brewgers does have very good burgers. This time I tried the fish with tarter sauce, coleslaw and onion rings. The fish was so oily it fell apart and was tasteless. The onions were even less and the coleslaw was very bland but had a little flavor. They gave me a bottle of vinegar with no spickit so u had to pour it on your plate and dip the fish. The girl who waited on me, well, not much better. $20.53 later and won't do fish and chips ever. I will go back for a burger. read more

The first couple of times I went this place shortly after they got new owners, the food was AWESOME. I have now been there a few times between December and March and each time I was no longer impressed, something has definitely changed. I'm almost certain they got a new cook. I got coconut shrimp that was halfway burnt, and it tasted like it was not cooked in fresh oil. Fish and chips were soggy, no crisp or crunch at all. This is NOT meant to bash the restaurant or their staff, they are all wonderful and provide great service, and I know that the owners truly care about their business, so I just want to make them aware of what I experienced. I hope the issues can be remedied soon, because I want to continue supporting a local business! read more

We had lunch there today. Yummy! We brought our dog and ate on the patio. Had an Ortega burger "protein style" (no bun) that was terrific. They even managed to find me a baked potato instead of french fries. Yum! read more

What the heck happened to Brew'gers!?!? We used to love this place but our visit the other day was so bad I don't think we will ever eat there again. We ordered three different burgers, none if us liked or finished them. I'm not sure if there is a new cook or what but the quality was way down. The garlic steak fries they usually serve were replaced with a tiny serving of thin, wilted frozen French fries...not worth eating. The barbeque sauce on my husband's burger was watery and not the same as he had before. The produce on my burger was wilted and not fresh and I'm sorry but when you put onions on burgers? They should be "sliced" not "diced" that's just lazy. It's like they took onions they had diced up to cook something else and threw some on my burger. We were all eating our burgers and opening them up to look inside like...what the hell is going on!?. I would only like to give one star but they are getting two because at least the staff is still pleasant. read more

As a Valley Springs local, Brew'gers is my #1 go-to place for a great burger and fries. The sweet potato fries are so great. And when it comes to appetizers, I DEFINITELY recommend the spicy fried green beans or cheese curds. So good. I also love the variation of beers on tap. The owners are constantly allowing their guests to sample new beers and ciders! I love the overall vibe of the bar & grill that Brew'gers offers. read more

Good going Valley Springs! You've landed a fantastic burger and brew pub! My party of four stopped in this past Saturday night and we weren't disappointed. We started with Brew'gers' basket of spicy, deep-fried green beans with ranch dressing. Fantastic. My three dinner partners ordered burgers and raved about the hand-shaped patties. They could tell the meat was high-quality as it was packed with flavor. I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which surpassed my expectations. All sandwiches came with piping-hot crispy fries; a perfect accompaniment. I was the designated driver but two of my group enjoyed ordering beer from Brew'gers' extensive draft selection. To top it off, my group shared Brew'gers' signature dessert: a deep-fried churro with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We overheard another patron telling the owner that Brew'gers serves the best fish 'n chips she'd ever had; a nice compliment coming from a someone who was born and raised on the coast. Brewgers is awesome! Great service! Great menu including seafood. I had the salmon dinner which was a large salmon filet with a tasty sauce. It came with mix of vegetables and a large baked potato. It was such a delicious meal and so much that I had to take the rest home. The soup of the day was a spicy pork and fresh grain bran... Delicious!! My compliments to the chef!! read more
