This location really doesn't understand what is meant by fast food. They are so slow. But also they accept orders on their app for things they do not have. They have done this several times at Breakfast. They simply did not prepare Although I've given Burger King my business for 45 years or more, that ends today. I do not even know where to start for this review. I do not give that many one-star reviews but I have very little good to say about this location. We could start with the fact that we waited in the Drive-Thru or over half an hour. If we were in my truck and I could have driven over the curb I would have just left. After we paid, they asked us to wait at that window until we were waived forward to the next window even after the car in front of us had pulled forward and left. Doing a little research, apparently they have little cameras that time how long a vehicle is at that window and it affects their corporate rating. Now for the food. They got a number of items wrong in our order start with and, they shorted us to items. I parked and went inside to get the two items we had not received. One of them was chicken fries. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we discovered that they had given us pickle fries rather than chicken fries. My wife was disappointed but at that point I was just cutting our losses and leaving. I was not going to turn around again. I do not stop in valley springs very often but drive-thru a fair amount. I will not be stopping at Burger King here again. We would have been better off going into the deli at the grocery store and getting sandwiches or any number of other establishments. We thought we would be saving time going through the drive-thru but that was not the case. read more

Went into Burger King on Wednesday evening to grab a quick Burger. Order the Smokehouse Burger off the menu. The girl at the counter walked into the back then came back and told me they weren't selling that Burger, so the I ordered a Whopper and she told me the same thing. I asked for a Manager and she said she had left about 10 minuted before I got there. These young kids working there need to be replaced as I suspect they just didn't want to work. No one was in the dining area and it was completely dead. Have tried calling the Manager since early this morning, but no one will answer the phone. Great way to run a business. Waited over 20 minutes just for an order of large fries to be cooked fresh. Watched as a batch came up and waited another 10 minutes as it was used for other orders and mine was still ignored. The 2 orders behind me got taken care of so at that point it requested a refund, manage was non apologetic and said next to nothing other than I'm the manager. The staff at this location are always amazing. I stop by here 4-6 mornings a week to buy a large, fresh-brewed iced tea. I'll occasionally stop by on an afternoon for an Impossible Whopper or a soft-serve cone. The employees are always so friendly and cheerful. Came here and ordered their 2 for $6 burger specials.... they said no. That offer is gone now we have the 2 for $6. I knew their was a catch. I ordered it and yes, burgers are much smaller. Inappropriate behavior in the parking lot!! I've driven by this burger king a few times within the past couple weeks and half of the times I see a short lady and a taller man with dark hair (both wearing burger king attire) engaging and kissing in the parking lot!! The other 25% of the time I see the short lady without some sort of hat or hair protection which I believe is a huge health hazard. This is probably the worse eatery in Valley Springs. The employees never follow directions, read, or display any kind of customer satisfaction. This afternoon I had a craving for a hamburger. I wrote out on a piece of paper what I wanted. My husband walked into the place and handed the guy my request. My packs of ketchup were missing along with the fries. Instead I was given barbeque sauce and everything else were toppings on the burger. I called to speak to the manager and his excuse was "Lady we are busy."
