Nice coffee shop to pop into on my trip to Wilmington. I had a vanilla latte with Oatmilk and my sister had the Mudslide latte. We did not get food but they had a variety of baked goods, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and salads. The inside was nicely decorated and had a share of tables and couches to sit on. My last visit at Bru Ha Ha wasn't as nice as it was before. I really did miss the female manager that was there, she was always so pleasant. She always appeared to be busy but she was never too busy to be nice and to serve the customers properly. My last visit I did ask for her but I was told that she's no longer with Bru Ha Ha for various reasons. I believe her name was Miss Johnson she was always so quick to say hello with a nice greeting. I will try to patronize Brew Ha Ha, but I really do miss that pleasant professional atmosphere. read more

Nice place, nice people and nice coffee. Brew Haha just happened to be on my route to business meetings while I was in Wilmington for work. I love finding different coffee shops on my travels and was excited Brew Haha wasn't out of the way. My go to is always cold brew which can be dicey. Often times the shops try to get creative with different beans or pass regular coffee that's been iced or thrown in the fridge off and it just does not work the same. Brew Haha does it right. Clearly a properly done cold brew with the right bean offering a rich and smooth drink. read more

Room temperature meat on the breakfast sandwich with a cold bun. Cappuccino was so hot that I couldn't drink it. In the end, I did eat some of the sandwich because I was really hungry and didn't want to waste it. I didn't get sick, so two stars instead of one. Staff was friendly enough. read more

This was a nice little coffee shop with super friendly employees! It was my first time here, and the employees did not rush me at all. They were patient with me while I ask questions. Unfortunately they were out of their lunch sandwiches and salads during lunch, but they still had their breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a hot Lavender Matcha latte and a Florentine breakfast sandwich with sausage. The sandwich was tasty, and I would definitely get it again. As for the drink, I could not taste the Lavender, but the matcha was faintly there. It might be due to the drink not being mixed very well since towards the end of my drink, there was a good amount of matcha powder. I would come back to try more drinks though! read more

Nice cafe in downtown Wilmington for coffee and snacks/breakfast items - the coffee is good, staff is friendly, and they have a bit of seating too. Try the cheddar biscuit too (just ask for it to be heated). read more

I USED TO order from here 2-3 times pee week but NEVER AGAIN!!!! I normally place my order online because it is just easier for everyone. The last time I ordered a larger size order (meaning more than for just myself) I was told I need to follow up with a phone call because their system only gives them 10-15 minutes to prepare an order. So when you call after placing the order they will manually pull it down and get to work! Today I placed an order for 5 sandwiches and two salads, pre-bagged chips, and some cookies... not bad right? I immediately called to inform them of the order but it appeared they were using the phone line for a fax or credit card payment so I waited a few moments and called back. When I did I was told by the manager, Kevin, that they would need more time to prepare and that I should have called the day before it was currently a few moments passed 10 when I finally spoke with someone and the order pickup time was 11am. So I asked how long they would need to prepare for the order and was told it would not be done until 11:45. Annoyed I finally agreed to have a coworker pick the order up at 11:45am. Upon her arrival to retrieve the order she was told that Kevin canceled the order and refunded the payment- BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, or email informing me of that!! I called back to speak with Kevin who said, "yeah I was just too busy!" So here is my question..... If I had walked in and placed the same exact order in the store would I have been told they could not accommodate my order?? I highly doubt it!!! If they are unable to keep up with online ordered then they should do away with it all together!! Completely unacceptable!! read more

Great and quick service at all locations. Friendly and knowledgeable baristas. Great quality coffee beans when buying to take home. Wonderful atmosphere and different at each location. The espresso drinks are delicious. The food is also delicious. Get there early for the infamous cheddar chive biscuits read more

Brew Haha! - Latte - Cafes Near Me - Wilmington, Delaware

This Brew Haha location is getting killed by the Starbucks across the street. I walk by the two on my way to work, and I cannot remember a single morning that Brew Haha had more patrons than Starbucks. The problem is that Brew Haha is slightly more expensive than Starbucks, but the quality of coffee is just about the same. Brew Haha's lack of a rewards/loyalty program is really the thing that sets it back. Starbucks has a nationwide following and a decent program by which its customers get free/discounted things. Brew Haha has nothing of the sort. Wilmington is a city full of transients, so of course people choose the tried and true Starbucks, where they spend slightly less and rack up a couple stars towards their next free beverage. It's no longer good enough for Brew Haha to just be a "local business." Sure, they will still get the hipsters and the Delaware-for-life population, but Starbucks will continue to get the rest. Brew Haha must change or Starbucks will run it out of Wilmington. There is a new Starbucks opening up on Market Street, and I predict that it will cannabolize the profit of the Market Street Brew Haha in the same fashion as the Delaware Avenue location. P.S., I realize it might not be in the budget because of what I have described above, but Brew Haha needs to get some damn air conditioning. read more

Love this spot! I've been getting dropped off here every morning this week while on crutches and unable to drive. Each day a patron graciously gets the door for me. The line moves quickly. They offer to bring my items to a table and after 2 visits remember my order. I enjoy my coffee and a bagel and people watch. It's a great start to the day. read more
