I was looking for a place that served loose leaf white tea. This was the only place in Longmont that I could find. The atmosphere is clean and cozy, but spacious enough to separate yourself from other groups of people if you want some quiet time. There are a ton of windows, something I really liked. The white loose leaf tea I ordered was delicious. You can order by cup size or pot. I was able to find a chair in the corner with a table right next to it. I will return for sure. read more

Menu options were huge and the kombucha I had was delicious. I would go back and try the coffee some time. The prices for food items were on the expensive side. It really pains me to write this review as I love this place WHEN they make my drink correctly. Sadly I have had my drink made incorrectly more times than not and have had to inconveniently return to get my proper drink made after I take a sip. They either made it with the wrong milk (I always ask for almond milk and get milk a lot) or they give me the wrong type of drink entirely. I want to see this business do great and succeed as I love their drinks...I just get really tired of always going through the same issues with them. :( read more

I have been a regular Brewing Market customer for about 5 years now. I'm there everyday and sometimes twice a day, and I have always enjoyed the coffee and the employees. There have been times when I've gotten unbearably bitter shots, but the staff more than made up for the occasional bad shot. However the past couple months the whole picture has been amazing. Not only do I enjoy all the current staff -they are always friendly and professional- but they are all damn good baristas. I can walk in at anytime and get an amazing shot, consistently. In general I have always enjoyed the flavor of the the Markets house coffee, but something has changed in their house roast that takes me into darn near heaven for my morning shots. First of all, I love coffee. Drink it everyday. I can't even fathom anyone claiming their lattes to be "mediocre". Living in Longmont and working in Denver, I have my choice of almost any coffee shop out there. Brewing Market is top 3 in Denver Metro and Top 5 in the state. I've probably been there 200 times in the last 5 years. The differences are immediately obvious. -They use 4 shots of espresso in the large, 3 in the medium, and 2 in the small. This is how it's done everywhere I've traveled in Europe, and the easiest way to tell if the coffee shop knows what they're doing or not. -I've seen the baristas throw out shots on multiple occasions trying to dial in the espresso machine. 90% of coffee shops out there pull automated shots that don't allow the kind of adjustability you need to pull optimal shots. Humidity, temperature, and pressure all play a part in pulling the perfect shot. They use a high end italian model that they constantly adjust. -The microfoam is miles ahead of most, again a result of constant tweaking to the machine. The little leaf design in the top of the drink will literally stay in tact the entire time I drink the latte. The foam has to be perfect to achieve this. -They never EVER stick a spoon in my latte, it doesn't need to be stirred. -The staff is always really nice, there's tons of plugs, tables and couches. I love the taste of Brewing House Lattes and they have an impressive choice of flavoured syrups. Breath taking menu of chai teas- all of which are delicious and unique. Never too sweet. Great selection of dry leaf teas to buy in bulk, as well as candies, cute mugs and French presses. Huge fan of the marbled-rye and other high-quality baked goods. Sometimes in the evening they put on live music. I must say, however, that the employees seem snobby, stressed, or down-right unpleasant. A smile, chat, or thank you seems to do nothing for them, ever. And I go there at least once a week since last January. But it's okay, because I just get my delicious coffee and leave without tipping. read more

I am a tea drinker and haven't found anything like their Market Spice iced tea. It has a strong cinnamon flavor and I can't get enough! They also have a great selection of pastries (as long as you get there early enough in the day) and an amazing variety of chocolates. I have also made emergency lunch stops there and taken their falafel hummus wraps to work. The atmosphere is great with tons of windows, great access to outlets, and wireless internet that always works. The staff is friendly and chatty if you approach them. The only time I ever had a problem, they resolved it quickly and sought me out to explain the resolution. I have found it a great place to meet and talk, or hang out and grade papers. I also tutor there and have always been able to find adequate seating. I have never been encouraged to hurry up and I often camp out (granted I am buying merchandise regularly so why would they want me to leave?). The selection, atmosphere, knowledgeable, friendly staff and tech-friendly arrangement make this my favorite hang out in Longmont by a long shot. read more

The Brewing Market in Longmont is my favorite place to get a Cappuccino in the area of Boulder area. Their coffee beans are first class. The environment in the store is quite comfortable and super clean and their service is always better than nice. The manager of the store truly puts her heart and soul into the place training each employ to keep the quality of service at it's best. The mark of a great coffee shop is not only the coffee they brew in-store, but the beans they roast and sell. I buy whole beans for espresso and I like to experiment with different single origins and blends. Brewing Market has a great selection in addition to regularly rotating in new and seasonal beans from various regions. If you go to the Hover Rd. store in Longmont, ask for Ashley. She is knowledgeable about all things beans and brewing methods, always has a smile and clearly enjoys coffee and taking time to help. If you're willing to experiment, she'll even help you build your own custom blends. I get an education every time I go in there! Finally, I appreciate that Brewing Market tends to hold the line on prices, even when commodities were way up, and they're certainly reasonably priced relative to some of the more pretentious local/Boulder shops. read more
