This brewery has a great laid back vibe. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. The beer was great and the food was delicious. The service was super friendly and quick.

This was my first brewery stop on my trip to Colorado. It did not disappoint. The Nashville hot chicken was amazing. I had a flight of beer, which was also very good. They sell merchandise, they have patio seating, very friendly staff. I only got a sticker. Free parking.

300 Suns ticks all the boxes: a wide variety of expertly-brewed beer, tasty food, good service and easy parking. I really enjoyed two of their brown ales and also a spiced Mexican Stout that was surprisingly balanced, with some nice heat. I have had both the Nashville hot chicken sandwich as well as their burger, and both are excellent. Good fries as well. I sat at the bar and food arrived quickly and piping hot, a simple thing but of great importance. Also nice to be able to order food from the bar with your beer. Keep up the great work!

Great food and great beer. The staff here is awesome. Been greeted and served a number of times by Quinn, always polite and takes the time to have a quick conversation. Definitely a favorite to visit in Longmont.

Another great Longmont Brewery. I was here at opening, as I was on a mission. Three breweries within walking distance of each other, and I only had 90 minutes. I was surprised to learn that food is also served here, and the poutine really caught my eye, but so little time. A slightly more upscale feel than other breweries I've been to, and I really liked the vibe. I asked about the name, and learned it because (this part of) Colorado gets 300 days of sunshine per year.

Love this brewery! It's a must when in Longmont! We had apps and beers, delicious as usual.

First time here and I'm a fan. They won the best spicy fried chicken sandwich in Boulder County this year so we were excited to try out the food in addition to some beers. We come to Longmont often and this spot has eluded us... until now. My husband got the Lazy Hazy Crazy...IPA and I sampled the Fortunate Squirrel Nut Brown Ale and the *new* cranberry sage Kölsch. We really enjoyed the first two, but I did not like the kölsch at all. I didn't really get any notes of cran or sage and kind of tasted like a light beer tapped from a keg back at my old college stomping grounds. Not terrible, but just not for me. I decided to try the salted toffee imperial brown ale and that was really tasty - not heavy and was very subtle. For food we shared the poutine which was delicious. The fries remained crispy and the cheese curds on it were sooo good. Def one of the better poutines I've had. We also shared the Colorado Fried Chicken Sandwich with a side of curds and the Scratch Burger with fries. Both were delicious. The chicken sandwich had two tenders on it instead of a patty which surprised me and was a little more battered than I like but still juicy and flavorful. The burger was SO DAMN GOOD. It reminded me of a cross between a juicy smash burger and a Philly cheesesteak. The sweet and savory onions gave it an amazing flavor and tbh I'd come back just for the burger alone. The people were friendly and I like how you use the table stand to let your server know that you need something. Very efficient and it seems they run on a team service model where everyone helps out. They were setting up for some live music which we would have loved to stay for because the place has good vibes. It's very chill and looks like a spot you can just hang. Will for sure be back

Nashville Hot Chicken with Fried Green Beans!

Didn't have a beer, iy was lunchtime, more's the pity given how great everything else was! Sat with my dogs on the patio, and the service was awesome! My dogs got water first! My server made great recommendations, and I settled on the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. I was allowed to order a single unseasoned chicken tender to share with my dogs. I was going to go with fries, but my server got really animated when I mentioned the Fried Green Beans, so I went with that as my side. So good! I had the Nashville Hit Chicken sandwich with Fried Green Beans (for an up-charge)! I had the lowest level of heat. The sandwich came dressed with coleslaw and pickles, all delicious. The Fried Green Beans were seasoned well and just wonderful. I had them with honey mustard, which appears to be house-made. So good! Great food, great, attentive service, and dog-friendly! Can't wait to go back!

300 suns is a great go to place for a casual and delicious meal! The staff is great, the food is delicious, and they have a ton of beer options. As you might know, they won Colorado's spicy chicken sandwhich competition. I honestly cannot eat past their first level (Cayenne). I tried to eat the Habanero and my face nearly exploded. If you think you can handle spicy food, I highly recommend you cautiously challenge yourself here. I still can't believe there are people who can handle their highest level!!! My go to meal here is their scratch burger. It's just so easy to eat and has great flavor. I come here just to get the burger. The poutine is also a solid side choice. If you're looking for a relaxed and affordable meal at a place with friendly people--this is a must. They also have live music here sometimes--which was a delightful surprise! Keep an eye out for their events :)

Back again for some Colorado Poutine and a brew. If you like fries, cheese and green chili (what's not to like???) please do yourself a favor and go have some Colorado Poutine. My husband and I split the Birria tacos. They actually cut the third taco in half and split it into two baskets for us. Nice touch. We split a Colorado Poutine for the table and my daughter had the grilled cheese with bacon. For beverages, my daughter had a soda. My husband had Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Lager and I had Loosy Goosy Juicy Caboosy IPA. They have the option of an 8oz pour. This was the perfect size to have with lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal. You know we'll be back.

Blue Corn Maiden Cream Ale at 300 Suns!

I used to work in Longmont for several years and there were just a few breweries in town during then. Now it's almost doubled. I imagine it's cheaper to set on up than nearby Boulder but perhaps there are other reasons too. This brewery isn't too far from downtown so you can do a mini pub crawl if so desired with some of the other breweries in this area. For my beer with 300 Suns I had the Blue Corn Maiden Cream Ale. Definitely a tasty and non-aggressive beer as it has sweetness, is light and just all around an easy beer to drink which was perfect for me as I want light beers for summer usually and Colorado was experiencing quite the heat wave when I was visiting!

Imagine my surprise when something hitherto unknown to me popped up, Collision Brewing Company. Wow, gotta go. Great place with unique offerings, I particularly liked the "Oil Skick", a black IPA. Photo attached. But I was impressed by the great service at the bar, and the menu. I'll be uploading some menu pictures in a bit, but what really caught my eye were the pierogis! Collision's offerings looked promising. Dining near the bar was full, so we got a whole room with windows aplenty to ourselves. Our waiter modeled good service. He greeted us quickly, brought waters before I could pick a beer, and quickly returned with my suds and took our order. We strolled down a hallway to the restrooms, passing games in the cool blue light. The bathroom was clean. Urinals are half kegs. I cracked up, then explained them to him. The expansive menu looks surprisingly diverse. I could have had pierogies, birria tacos, chicken fettuccine, PB & J, or one of the selections of burgers and sandwiches. I chose the French Dip on Asiago bread with a cup of green Chile. I could only eat half a sandwich, but knew leftovers would be gone by morning. This was one of the better French Dips I have had in a while. Green Chile? I came here from New Mexico and am not often impressed. This stuff was truly hot and had great flavor. Win win. The kids' steak plate has to be one of the best values I have seen eating out in Colorado. $10.95 w side. It stood out and did not disappoint. One of them was more well-done than medium rare, but stayed tender. Great seasoning. Beer: I l checked ratings, finding their highest-rated brew, GTA, a barrel-aged rye stout that definitely exceeded expectations. I agree with the high ratings. Shout out to our server for letting an adult who wasn't very hungry grab a kids' steak. Shout out to the prices, which would provide value even with lesser food. My sandwich came at a 2019-20 Denver price, at least $5 less than equally good comps in 2025. 4.5 stars round up to five. Recommended.

I was a little irritated, as it was slightly breezy, but I got over that quick once I tried the food. We had the steak frites, the Thai pork tacos, an old fashioned, and the chocolate decadence for dessert. The steak frites were great- the truffle fries were seasoned with garlic, and served with a great cream sauce. The steak was perfectly cooked rare. Super tender. But the tacos absolutely stole the show. Sweet and spicy with a touch of crunch, and the potato fries were stellar too! The old fashioned really let the whiskey shine, with just a touch of citrus. I think I would try a different dessert though- the decadence was good but didn't quite live up to the tacos. The interior was decorated very cute- mid century modern mixed with plants and some neon signs that said cute things. Our server was excellent- very friendly and on top of it. Overall, I would unquestionably come back next time I am in the area, and suggest you go there too. It's totally worth it.

If you don't want to deal with all the congestion in Longmont this is your place. Easy on/off from I-25 just a couple miles west. We were on our way to see a concert at CSU and decided to stop for some dinner and a brew. This place delivered. My husband and I are both sci-fi geeks. The decor is fantastic. My inner geek was nerding out. We had our son with us so the three of us ordered dinner. He got the schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel bun with fries. They had an orange soda that he enjoyed. My husband got the Outworld Burger. A brisket burg with bacon, smoked cheddar, burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. For a side he tried Stoemp, a Belgian root veg mash. He said the burger was delicious but that root mash was the star. I stole a bite and I'll have to choose that side next time. Me? I saw pastrami and kraut and was sold. Purple cabbage kraut, grainy mustard, thinly sliced pastrami and Jarlsberg on griddled bread. Oh my! I opted for a side salad and ranch. My salad was fresh and had a nice variety of vegetables. Ok on to the beers. We got a flight to share and discuss. Baltalowda Baltic Porter had a nice malty flavor and was my personal fav. Starship Wallonia/Patrice's 1960 Belgian IPA hit the mark. Future Farmer Saison was a nice estery offering laden with berries. ValHellYeah (Kornøl), a collab with Mythmaker Brewing, is an "unboiled raw ale." Had to try that and had to get a crowler for our homebrew friends to try. In addition to our flight we shared a pint of Lup Garou Double IPA. This one was crowler worthy to take home as well. We also got a crowler of Black Is Beautiful 2 for later. The staff was welcoming and had knowledgeable answers to all our questions. This will definitely be a place we will go back to.
