I JUST finished eating here and I had to immediately get on here and say THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD! My wings were cooked so crispy without being dry. I had the garlic Parmesan and it tasted so good! The fries were cooked so crispy! I go to another BreWingz all the time that is closer to me and this one was (sorry to say) better. Service was so fast that the wings were so hot. At one point a baby was screaming and the waitress brought her a balloon! That is something places used to do when we were kids. Came in late for a quick meal and the food was great. Needs work on the cleanliness and staff in this establishment. Tables and floors were sticky and trash and food on the floor on nearby tables. There was one server and we had to wait more on him than anything else. Over all, the wings came out hot, super crispy and very enjoyable. I will NEVER eat here again! Everybody inside needs to work on their customer service! One guy looked like he absolutely hates his job and didn't want to be there (we prayed that he wasn't going to be our waiter). Lady at the front was watching tv on her phone with the volume up loud. No one spoke as we entered. Then as we were sitting and eating someone broke into my car. We parked right in the front of the doors. The lady who may have been the manager informed us that this has been happening a lot the past few weeks but they only have patrol on Tuesdays because it's their busy night of the week. When they came told us my window was busted out we immediately went outside and 2 minutes later our waiter is coming outside flagging my husband down with our bill for food that we didn't even finish eating. The same manager lady also described what she saw on the camera when the break in happened. So now I'm wondering did someone come notify them it happened or was she watching the entire time? Police never came after being called twice and they warned us that would happen. I honestly don't even see how this location is still in business. No one came to see if we were ok or needed anything from them the entire time we were trying to contact the police. But they sure were trying to make sure we paid our bill. Food was good, people were very nice, but the restaurant was so dirty we didn't want to stay. Every 4 person table and booth had a sticky or dirty top, my son found a 6 person table and the 3 of sat there - it was very late and nothing else was open. Also, the floor was sticky in several areas, we made a circuit of the entire dining room, there were only two other tables seated - both at large tables. Waitress seemed new, but very sweet. About mid-meal a young lady came through with a not clean appearing rag and swiped over some of the tables while talking loudly on her phone. Rude! Rude! Rude! I have yelped for several year s and never in my life has I ever experience a manager so unprofessional. I arrived at the restaurant because I had received a coupon for my birthday that stated 5 free XL wings no purchase was required. I came in hungry ready to eat when I was standing at the door and I waited over five minutes for someone to seat me. That should have been a "RED FLAG" but since I was hungry and in the area I decided to wait patiently. Once seated I waited for over five mins waiting for someone to approach me. Within that time I stopped two waitresses the first said she would return and continued to walk past me. I asked the second waitress who is my server and she said you don't have one and she agreed to be the waitress. She asked if I was going to get anything I said no because it had taken so long just to get seated. I provided her the coupon she left for five minutes and never returned. When she returned I told her I wanted the cajun wings then she left for another ten to fifteen minutes. Finally I requested to get my coupon back and then she walked away. She brought the wings I asked for a box and of course a Manager. The woman who was a key manager and no explaination besides the XL wings take a long time. In the mean time I have been in this restaurants over thirty minutes and no one was apologetic about my experience. I asked for the manager and I believe he stated his name is Miguel. I explained my experience and requested the coupon back. He stated "no he had already rang up the wings so I could not get it back" As I was walking off the stated "she didn't even order anything and she got free wings ". I turned around and said " excuse me" He claimed I misunderstood him and I heard him loud and clear. I took the box of wings to take pictures and threw the wings away at my destination. The pics I attached were of the people that were immediately seated while I was at the restaurant and the wings I wont be eating. I expected more from a manager but poor service will not be accepted. This is the best wing place in Houston. Not only the food is great but the service is OUTSTANDING. We had a party of over 25 people and they were very welcoming and did not mess up a single time. We come here twice a year with huge party! Huge shoutout to Leslie for her amazing work and I highly recommend anyone to have her as a server! It's really not worth it, not even with a groupon. It's hard to fathom how they have nineteen Houston locations. HOW? I rarely write reviews you have to have given me completely awful and despicable service for me to WARN everyone! I'm not sure if the establishment is racist or if they are severely understaffed. Even if they are understaffed the customer service is so poor that adding 10 of the same type of people this would still be one of my worst restaurant experiences. Sigh. The wings are usually good, but they have a 2 for a Tuesday deal and they are always woefully under prepared for the dinner rush. Usually have to wait 45 minutes to an hour when realistically my order should be ready in 20 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the workers and manager and we're all very attentive and trying to get everyone their orders and out door. I don't hate it, but they need to get WAY more organized and efficient if they are going to serve their customers effectively. Either that or overhaul their online order system. read more

The first day I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a cup of sausage and shrimp gumbo, and two kids meals that cosist of 5 wings, fries, and a drink.The bread on my burger was so hard like it had been sitting in the storefor years.The gumbo consist of a boudain ball in the place of rice that dissolves as it sits in the gumbo.The gumbo was excellent, but it did not have any sausage in it.The second time I ordered they did not have gumbo. After I ordered my food they called about 5 minutes later to say the gumbo was out for now and I need to do a price adjustment through uber eats since I had uber eats delivering my food.The bacon mac n cheese is terrible.Like none I've ever tasted.The wings were ok. read more

We visited this place after a funeral of a loved one. We a party of 10 sat at the bar asked the waitress if she could handle a large party as she was alone at the bar. She replied "yes" took our drink order and food order, drinks took half an hour to get to us. We saw the manager on the phone without stepping up to assist her staff. Then after an additional hour wait no food. I go to cancel the entire order and waited another half hour still no tab....needless to say I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!! read more

We also always get stuck with the worst waitresses ever, every time! The Ranch and Blue Cheese taste like crap, the wing flavors aren't good.
