My ire began when i stood at the order window for 5 minutes while the employee saw me without any acknowledgement. I then walked between the windows with no result. Desperately needing ice cream, i went to the drive thru. Employee was inconvenienced by my presence but took my order anyway. I thought i had ordered a cup of ice cream, but instead i got a 3/4 empty cup. The amount of ice cream i did get tasted delicious though. I enjoyed 3 whole spoonfuls for $3. As every time I've been here, the serving staff is great but the food is not consistent each time.

This used to be our go too place, but the last few times the food quality has definitely declined. Our food last night was not very good at all. I meant to leave this review months ago during the Covid lockdown. My son and I were looking for something we've never tried before. Brewster's was selected and holy cow did they deliver! My son ordered their Cesar salad and I ordered the barbecue chicken, minus the bacon but extra onions, flatbread. We both loved our meal so much that that's all we get from there now. Go hear for the music and the food is never good and the service is horrible. Ordered the chicken Cesear salad tonight. It was rubbery. Couldn't eat it and mentioned it to the waitress. She said she'd mention it to the kitchen. Not the manager??? We placed our drink orders and requested water. Received our drinks, but no water which we asked for again. Had to ask one more time before we finally received it. We got our food, sheathed if we needed anything and she never came back to check on us. Next time she came to us she had the check. We never asked for the check. Five minutes later she came back to pick it up. It wasn't ready. About 10 minutes later it was but she never came back. We waited almost 25 minutes. Finally we asked another waitress to give it to her. Ridiculous. Am I being picky?? No I saw our waitress at other tables. She came to our table maybe 5 times total. It appears she had maybe 6 tables total which is more than manageable. Not a lot. I know because I waited tables for 10 years. read more

Nicely decorated and airy restaurant. Casual, but with table cloths. The menu is pretty extensive with a mix of burgers, pasta, dinners, and seafood. I ordered the " Holy Rigatoni Batman". Many of the items have corny catchy names. You can either have fun with it, or feel a little weird saying it. My dish was rigatoni pasta with sauce and shrimp and mussels. I expected an Alfredo type sauce, but it was more towards the tangy side. It was okay, but not something it'd order again. Service was excellent. Traveling for business and was searching for a place to have a bite and watch the Cavs game. Found this gem on yelp and I am so glad that I did. Service is awesome - I called ahead asking if I can be seated near a TV in the restaurant section; luckily, there were many TVs with the game on. The hostess/server helped me pick a table with the a good view. Overall, she was delightful. So sweet and friendly. Food was good! The sweet potato fries were delicious! Best I've ever had. They had just the right amount of crisp and sweetness to them. I got the Chicken portobello wrap. My server said that's one of her favorites. Food came out quickly and was delicious; I just wish there was a little less cheese (I'm not a cheese person though, so that's why) Place as a whole is simple and clean. This is easily one of the best restaurants in Twinsburg. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and monster portions. The head chef here deserves an award. While the options may seem standard fare, everything here is elevated to another level. There is definitely some room for improvement. Paper menus really give the wrong impression. Serving ketchup in a small cup instead of having a bottle at the table was disappointing. Especially when it is not a house made ketchup. The plating is fantastic, and really shows the care put into the dishes. The prices are completely reasonable and really an incredible value for your money - no one left hungry. The staff was friendly and explained options well, even handling some special requests with ease. It also demonstrated that all the dishes were cooked to order. I think 4 stars is well earned, and deserved. The current average is definitely underrating them. One more critique, albeit a nitpicky one, adding butter to Frank's Red Hot does not make a wing sauce your own. It is literally what buffalo sauce is. Our waiter presented it as their own house sauce, despite explaining that was all they did to it. It really fails the menu to not have signature sauces for wings that elevate and are memorable. With room for improvement, I can wholly endorse Brewster's as a fantastic choice the next time you are in Twinsburg. Their spacious and well appointed patio is a treat during the summer. The decor and lighting inside really presents a fine dining experience. Overall, I had a great experience. read more

Dined here recently with work colleagues for lunch. Great location right off I-480 and SR 91. They've turned this location into a white linen tablecloth place from a sports bar motif, but the sports bar atmosphere still lingers in a good way. I had the fried Haddock special and it was lights out good. Fresh Haddock, light but crispy breading, fries, awesome hush puppies and a side of coleslaw for $15. You could easily split this offering for two. Other orders at the table included a southwest chicken wrap, lobster bisque, house salads, and a Cajun shrimp creation. Everyone enjoyed their food. The service was attentive and well intentioned, but.... Do not stand at the head of the table and hand dishes to be passed along to your guests. And the same rule applies when taking away dishes. Brewster's may be tucked behind chipotle and Arby's, but it stands out among the two. I visited Brewster's to catch up with a friend. The hostess asked if we wanted to sit inside or out. We choose to sit outside and we're placed in a perfectly shady spot. The outside seating area was fenced in and clean. They have two huge umbrellas that hung over the biggest outdoor tables. Our waiter was very friendly and constantly filled up my water (like four glasses) throughout the evening. Noticing how much water I drank, he even offered a to go cup of water! He even paid attention to my friends order - when she said no tomato on her wrap, he made sure to have them not put any tomatoes on her salad. We were both impressed! I ordered a salad and burger. The salad came out within minutes of ordering. I didn't even finish the salad before our meals cake out. The burger was cooked how I asked and was delicious. Brewster's is slightly higher priced, but is one of the better places to eat in Twinsburg. read more

Let me say first the only thing jumbo about them was the amount of salt in each of the 2 (large portion) crab cakes. I then tried the lobster bisque, have no idea where the lobster was. I went to this restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. The restaurant was not busy. I wanted a table as there were going to be three of us. Unfortunately, we could not have a table because there were four adults and two children in that area of the restaurant. They had commandeered it and turned it into a Chuck E. Cheese. There was yelling and screaming, toys scattered all over the floor, things being thrown, and a total disregard for the fact that there were other people in the restaurant. We had to be seated in an area in the front of the restaurant with booths. We complained to our waiter, and he said that it was a slow day and that the bartender and her two children - an infant and toddler - were part of the group. I think he was uncomfortable saying anything to her. The noise and disruption lastedlasted through our entire meal. I found this to be totally unprofessional and will not be returning. read more

OMG, my hubs will NOT stop asking to go here!! He's my oldest (and occasionally most whiny) child. :) I know this place has been here for a number of years, but we just discovered it this fall. You MUST try the poutine- topped with gravy, melty cheese curds, brisket, and scallions. Amazing!!! The menu is pretty extensive, and we have liked everything that we've ordered so far...which is a pretty big selection, since we've been there about a billion times since we found it... We were staying at the hotel across the parking lot from Brewster's. The hotel clerk said guests at the hotel would receive 10% off the bill at Brewster's, so we decided to try it. I had a group of 9 for dinner on a Tuesday evening around 8 pm. The dining room was nearly empty. I thought the kitchen would be able focus on our order and everything would be delicious. Not so.... Three of the five burger entrees were way over cooked. All the fries were lukewarm at best and undercooked, like they were leftover from the dinner rush. The two salad entrees were decent. The server took the cost of the three burger entrees off our bill but said no 10% since they already took the dinners off the bill. Disappointing... Not planning to return.
