I came across this practice and left a voicemail, fully expecting I wouldn't hear back until Monday. To my surprise, Dr. Moshe personally called and texted me on Saturday evening just to check on how I was doing. He absolutely didn't have to do that, and it really showed how much he cares about his patients. We stayed in touch over the weekend, and he even took the time to answer my texts before my appointment. Thankfully, the pain had eased up enough that I was able to come in on Monday, and they got me in right away. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Jennifer (I think her name was!), the dental hygienist, was so friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. It's rare to find a doctor who goes above and beyond the way he did. The communication, compassion, and ability to get me in so quickly were incredibly impressive. If you're looking for a dentist--especially if you're dealing with an emergency--I would recommend this office without hesitation!

In desperation, I started researching emergency dentists near me, and Moshe Eizdi DDS A.K.A Dr. Mo popped up with amazing reviews. Now I understand why. From the moment I walked in, his entire staff was warm, upbeat, and extremely caring. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comforted... something I truly needed because I was a complete emotional mess walking in. Dr. Mo himself is absolutely incredible. He's thorough, explains everything clearly, and has the best sense of humor. He somehow had me laughing during a painful emergency visit! He reviewed my 360° X-ray, explained all possible treatment options, and discovered that I needed an emergency root canal. He immediately performed a partial root canal to stop the pain and even gave me breaks the entire way through. Because keeping your mouth open for a very long time is exhausting... Within minutes, I felt relief I didn't think was possible. I have never said this in my entire life, but I actually enjoyed my time at the dentist. Dr. Mo was literally singing during my procedure. Who experiences that?! And making jokes while I'm trying not laugh! They turned one of the scariest days of my life into something manageable, compassionate, and even funny. I'm going back in a couple of days to finish the treatment, and for once, I'm NOT dreading it. Dr. Mo truly cares about his patients..and even texted me to stay strong while I was on my way there! I even got my braces here because the main guy said we he was going to give a good price. Anyways, the front desk lady is something else as soon as you come in the door she's already asking for a payment like dang can I sit down first. It's like it's her way or no way when trying to book an appointment time and the main guy heard probably saw my face expression and was able to accommodate the time I wanted. My dad was unhappy the last time he went and I don't think he's coming back, first of all we paid cash the first times we went since our dental insurance didn't cover what work we needed to be done and a few days later my dad was in teeth pain from a fill that was done incorrectly, comes to find out it was done to high smh. This last time he wasn't ready to pay and they already had him sat down with the paper work and the front desk lady was calling 20 mins before the appointment while he was driving on the way to the appointment, to try to verify his insurance. She said she was going to call him the next day and has she? Nope It seems like they are in rush to leave and go home too, last time I booked an appointment for my daughter and dad only one was seen, the time should be honored.
