They allowed us to brush our teeth there with complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. They explained the whitening process beforehand, as it was both of our first times. They give you a bell to ring in case you have sensitivity, and they have gel in between sessions in case helpful. It's 4 rounds for 15 minutes. It went extremely smoothly, and was very peaceful. Both the ladies were extremely kind throughout the entire process. Our teeth are MUCH whiter, and we are super pleased with the results. They offered a special pricing deal for new patients.
