I found this salon through social media and was immediately impressed by the work they shared so I contacted a stylist about booking an appointment and was told to come in for a consultation. I came in for my consultation to speak about what color I was interested in doing and the possibility of some extensions. After showing the stylist the color I wanted (i'll include the picture) I was quoted $370 for cut and color alone, at that point I made a quick decision and said F it i deserve this and booked the appointment. 2 days later after a full 8 hour shift, an hour and a half drive to the salon, and 4 hours in the chair I was BEYOND disappointed with the way it came out. Don't get me wrong the salon itself and the energy and the people working there are great but I am not the type of person to sit there and complain about the 4 hours of work someone had just done and was seemingly so proud of (as i believe most people can agree they would also bite their tongue in a situation like this) I would have said something had I known sooner than after the blowout, but when I'm sitting in a salon chair with no mirror in front of me for hours while 2 rounds of bleach are going on my head and I had no idea what it looked like the whole process what else am I meant to do but trust the stylist. So it wasn't until AFTER the blowout that I realized this was NOT AT ALL the color I had asked for. But I put a smile on my face and walked out the door after paying $370, went home and just cried over what I had just spent over half my paycheck on and now have to pay a different salon to fix because I refuse to go back to this place because I simply don't trust them..

She even takes the time to show you tips and tricks of how to blow dry so you get the same results as her, which is so beyond helpful. She does not cut more then necessary to get the job done so a trim is truly a trim, which I have found to be rare. I leave her chair feeling beautiful. Also, the vibe of the salon is awesome- very warm and friendly. As if that's not enough- you can even enjoy a complimentary glass of wine. Seriously? I've found my place- couldn't be happier!

The salon itself is beautiful, everyone who works there is so incredibly talented. They also have an amazing makeup artist on site too. I always feel at home there and I'll never go anywhere else!

Had a great time getting my hair done, but was kind of blinded with the overwhelming price that the hairstylist coincidentally did not mention - posted my hair on their Instagram but then photoshopped my face to the point that it didn't look like me which was bothersome as well. Paid almost a grand for a balayage, (150 security deposit - 850 for 100$ worth of products and an about $750 ranged price as a flat rate which I found out after getting my hair done) and had only used temporary hair dye in the past which has not damaged my hair. This price would've been fine for me if I didn't end up with extremely damaged hair. My hair is currently much thinner, a different texture, despite buying the best products for hair care from the salon as well. Extremely disappointed to have paid this price to get thinner hair to the extent that it hurts to put my hair up, hurts to put my hair in hair clips. The stylist reassured me the entire time that she was using the best products and sensitive materials to protect my hair, which was not the result of this expensive "investment". I will not be coming back and plan to let my mutuals know because I spoke highly of this experience before realizing two/three months in that my hair was damaged to an unfortunate extent. My scalp is literally sensitive now, with major hair breakage and knots forming in my hair even after oiling / hair masks / using oribe shampoo/conditioner/heat protectants, to the extent that I notice it literally falling out by itself. I would not recommend getting your hair dyed here. I've shared photos that show the difference since I've gotten my hair dyed, and as you can see all of the hair I have as of right now fits in the circumference between my thumb and pinky. I asked how much a single process color service was and I was quoted a price for 70 dollars. When I went to pay they told me my price went up to 155 dollars for my color treatment. They said because they had to use 2 bowls of dye(one bowl would have sufficed, especially between the little gray coverage needed and the amount of product that needed to be removed from my forehead and robe) The 155 dollar price was also after cutting my hair from my mid back to just below my chin PRIOR to the color treatment. I have had my hair colored at another salon in the area when I had much longer hair and the price was always the same regardless of how much product the stylist used. I paid the full price for the services because that is the right thing to do but I will never go back and neither should you.
