Brian came out and did my brakes today and I am super happy that I contacted him. He is professional, convenient, and fast. I called him this morning and he was able to squeeze me into his already incredibly packed schedule. He came out to my house and changed out my front brake pads within 2 hours of my phone call. It only took him about 20 minutes to do the repair which is fantastic! It definitely beats having to wait around an auto shop for hours and then be charged a ridiculous amount. Brian's price was very affordable! His communication was great as well. He let me know when he was on the way, his eta, and even gave me some tips for purchasing the brakes at the auto shop. I will be calling him for any future brake repairs. P.S. The Yelp location map is a bit misleading since he'll actually go further out than that to do a job. Brian replaced the rotors and pads on my 2007 Ford Escape while I sat in the comfort of my own home. Before he came, he had me take pictures of the wheels so he could see what type of brakes I had. Saved time and money for two visits. He brought the parts for the SUV with him so it was just one visit. Showed me the old rotor that was worn and the new rotor so I could see the difference. My only comment is that you need an active credit card to reserve your appointment and then pay the final bill. Your deposit goes toward the final bill. If it doesn't, contact Brian by text. Not sure if inflation is the reason, but I still decided to look around. The typical name brand brake companies had some OK specials but the reviews were not good. The best part is... he came to my house. It took him less than 2 hours and all the work was done. I tested them out and they work great! No more noise and stops as though they came from the factory. So glad Brian started this service and because of his no overhead he passes the savings to us. I definitely recommend Brian. At first I was worried that being a one man show that if there were issues with his work... he may not be eager to help. However, Brian takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to ensure the customer is happy. He mentioned he is always willing to go check his work and make sure the customer is happy.
