The new pads and rotors squeaked from day 1, left groves in rotors, drives me crazy driving with constant squeaks. I travel for work and couldn't immediately bring it back in. On my way to another project, I was conveniently passing by this location, stopped in, explained I felt like i paid for new brakes and rotors for no reason. Agreed if they replace brakes and rotors again, would be happy, thinking it would help... still grinding/squeaking. Called to voice my opinion and they said to take it elsewhere and there a warranty on the parts on the invoice. Either use crap products or the mechanics don't know what they're doing. Also found a cap to something bouncing around in the lug nut cap on my wheel after the first service... Nice people, poor service.

Not to mention they informed me that if I complete the cam tabs job, they must be the ones to do it and that they would send me a quote but the quote was never sent and no one reached out. Not sure if they thought my business was not valuable to them but happy to say that another place gladly helped me take care of the issue. Update to owners unprofessional response: Prior to the vehicle beginning the alignment service, it is your job to inform me that I have broken Cam tabs as the issue can be seen prior to preforming the alignment instead of carrying on and preforming a half completed job knowing it was not possible to complete. Even with attempting a job with an issue present, at no point were you told that the service should be FREE but charging $193 for a job that should not have been attempted is absolutely ridiculous Regarding the several weeks for a Cam tab repair, you still failed to provide a quote for this repair as I waited over one week for it so I had no issue with several weeks to repair it as much as you failed to reach back out to quote the job after knowingly charging your customer for a job that should not have began based on the observed condition of the cam tabs This review was neither fraudulent, incorrect or absolutely ridiculous as you said but an honest account of how you took advantage of a customer by attempting a job which was not possible to complete and charging me 77% value of the completed job cost but not even completing half of the job

Out of the time they have had my car I have driven it maybe for 2 weeks and the last time driving it it broke down in Atlanta. What started out as a $925.00 repair is now $2000.00 and it still is not fixed. The owner Jim takes no responsibility and basically is blaming me that maybe something was put into the car 20 years ago. He keeps saying they can't figure it out but continue to charge me. At this point the want more money but I refuse . I am trying to get a second opinion as I believe it has blown a gasket and they have put something in the car to mask the blown gasket only to have it blow an engine in a month .
