This place was amazing for brunch! The bottomless mimosa deal is a must. It paired well with my chicken and waffles. I was a bit nervous with the raspberry glaze they put on it, but it complemented the chicken surprisingly very well. They waffle was nice and fluffy, and every bite just seemed like perfection. We stopped in on a Sunday for brunch with a group of 7. They weren't too busy, which was nice since we were pressed for time. We all ordered mimosas (I know it's a Brewery, but it was Brunch...) and they were delicious. Our server was attentive, but could have paid a little closer attention to refilling our waters. Recently opened and have been there a couple times. I have not had a bad experience. Personally, I would rate it 5 stars but I avoid doing that until places have established themselves. In addition, I can't give it a full 5 star rating due to the lack of TVs to watch the Broncos or Avs. My synopsis - Beers are great, food is good (smaller portions but just the right size) and the outdoor rooftop area is pretty cool. The downside is their outside lower area has not been planned out. Seems small for tables but will be a great area for hanging out with a beer. The one big downside - no place outside for your dog. I have a pup that loves to hit up the local breweries and, unfortunately, here she will have to hang out on the sidewalk. Bummer. Overall, great place and one that you should try out. I love the improvements to Jefferson Park and this is one of them. read more

My 1 star review was not due to weather it was due to lack of response by management to NO AIR CONDITIONING INSIDE the building the staff and food were great but it was obvious that management didn't seem to care about the comfort and safety of staff and guest INSIDE the building and the fact that the response now is misinterpreted as a complaint about weather goes further to prove that you are missing the point in my review in the first place. Also no windows or doors were open during my time there unless someone was walking though said door. I see that days after my review was left you closed for maintenance which I assume was the fixing of the air conditioning yet your staff had clearly been dealing with it BEFORE I even walked in the door. I can't imagine what the kitchen staff had been suffering though given the higher temps in the kitchen with NO AIR CONDITIONING in the building. I know you don't care if I ever go to your establishment again as I am sure there are many people who love it but I won't change my review either as this was my experience. The beer is really good, not best ever, but very good. As a brewery they are far and away above the crowd of microbreweries that exist on every corner. The ceviche tostadas were amazing. Delicious, flavorful, interesting, and filling considering the menu position. Carnitas were tasty and again a good value. Less pleased with the scallops but that was mostly regarding price vs quantity (something the waitress was up front about); the flavor and quality was great. Raising the standard for breweries in Denver! Great selection of crafted beers in-house, the sampler of four 4-oz in proper glassware is a deal at $7. If you like funky, there is a cheezy Brett, the pale is there for those transitioning from mainstream beer, the American IPA is sold. The Winter Warmer was really good, I had the Belgian IPA with the pork belly platter, a great pairing. This place is really well thought out, with a professional designer and very high-quality finishes. When have you seen custom marble sinks in the bathroom of a brewery? Unlike the typical pizza and wings fare, the food here is on the higher end of creativity and flavor. They claim to be a brewery first, and the beers hold up to that claim, but some may think of it as more of a high end restaurant which brews their own beer. Limited wine and liquor also available, so take those family and friends that may not yet have crossed over to craft. read more

Inconsistent service and menu make it unlikely I will give this place a 3rd try after 2 visits. Beer was good, and the space is great. But there is no parking for blocks, they were out of several menu items and service was slow even when not busy. We ordered the breakfast sandwich on one visit that was completely unrecognizable on the next- different ingredients completely. Green chili was vegetarian, then it wasn't a couple weeks later. Waiting on a party of 8 seems to be too big a challenge for them. Some dishes had obviously been sitting around in the kitchen and were cold by the time they were served. read more

This is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We cannot go without ordering the buffalo cauliflower to start. If you're there for brunch you cant go wrong with the chicken and waffles. Delicious and SO friendly! Our waiter could not have been kinder tonight. I tried their new brew that mimics the Tart-n-juicy... it was great! Fried chicken is amazing- each bite gets even tastier. Burger and house made chips were great as well (we asked for crispy Polk belly and somehow they pulled it off perfectly-who knew!!). Overall it is a really good new joint in Jeff Park-cute, delicious, and truly one of the nicest experiences with restaurant staff I've had. Come to find out they were out of the menu item I ordered, which was known prior, but the server had just forgotten to mention it to us. Another 30 minutes later our food arrived and it sort of lacked the luster I had expected from waiting for so long. My friend ordered chicken and waffles and said it was okay, but was a bit dry. We were not offered refills during our stay and were not attended to except when we gave our order and when we received our food. The price was exponentially more than what it was worth and I would not recommend it unless there was a serious change in attitude and a better take on the menu. read more
