He tried to go back in to get it, but was refused entry and was told the bag was not there. Fast-forward to yesterday, and now I see a Facebook post stating that the Tempe Police Department has the laptop. I contacted them, and that's not the case. So I'm genuinely confused. If the bag and laptop weren't there almost three months ago, how are we now being told that the police have it? I'm not looking for an argument--I just want some answers and, most importantly, I want the laptop back.

The catering manager, Kerby H. was very responsive and helpful with suggesting a menu with less than 24 hour to prep. I had a lone vegetarian, and Fate allowed me to cater the dinner with a mostly carnivore menu but still order 1 vegetarian entree for the vegetarian. The kitchen did a fantastic job. The buffet was delicious and the drinks were flowing. On the night of the dinner, Zach, the floor manager, and Adrianna, the assigned bartender, were gracious, enthusiastic, and professional. If I need another casual business dinner venue, Fate Brewing in Tempe will always be on my list.

I feel really bad posting this...but it seems that the owners just don't get a clue. I used to frequent Baseline Sports Bar quite regularly.....but lately I've really been going elsewhere. It seems the staff just don't really care about the state of the bar. Just recently I was feeling nostalgic so I went to check it out...again. I had change ables twice because of the crumbs and sticky liquid on the table. After about 10 minutes of being ignored by the bartender, I moved to the bar. I figured the server was out smoking or something like that. I was ignored for another 10 minutes while the female bartender finished her story about her experience in Tent City. Because that's what customers want to hear. I ordered a Blue Moon,...she poured me something else, it wasn't a Blue Moon. I pointed it out and she asks me "Are you sure? Do you want another Orange?" WTF? I just drank my beer and checked the "new improved" menu. The thing was so gross and smelled like a bar towel. I ordered my burger and tried flagging down the bartender to get another brew. She walked right past me and sat the cooler to chat up her friend. I eventually got my blue moon because I reminded her thats what I ordered the first time and watched her get to the tap. I will say this.......GREAT burger. It came out hot, fresh and delicious. The customer service is really lacking though. That was an afternoon. I went in there one evening and some drunk new yorker who I've seen in there a number of times over the years was shouting Nigger this, Nigger that. The bartender just sat there laughing and doing nothing about it. I understand it's trying to be a rough and tough biker bar because of the SOA trend but allowing a customer to just yell out racist comments is just wrong. Unless African Americans aren't welcome there...then they just need to be upfront about it. If you want good substitute, hit up Final Round, it's just across the intersection. Not a glamorous place but the staff is really nice, the food is great and the prices can't be beat. Sorry Baseline, I hope you guys can turn around, it used to be one of my favorite hangouts. :( read more

Every time I go into this bar on the weekends (Sat and Sun day time) I get the same snotty, rude, shitty service by the same bartender. We have been in there 5 times in the last 2 months and it's always the same awful experience, by the same awful bartender. We were told they have different bartenders on various days of the week, so not wanting to judge based on one girl, we gave it more than one try. Yet it's always the same girl, always the same bad attitude/chip on her shoulder and horrible service. She doesn't acknowledge you even though she sees you walk in and sit down. She doesn't keep your glass full and it takes over 20 min to get a drink when there is only a few people in the bar. Forget trying to get a food order!! Feel lucky you got that one beer!! TRUST ME!! After being in the industry myself, I usually don't comment and I don't make harsh judgements, because I know how it is. I literally joined this site just to let others know not to waste your time or money here!! I get that we all have bad days and bartending is not an easy job. But, this girl can't handle more than 5 people in the place, much less 6 people at the bar rail and 2 tables. Forget it! I honestly don't understand how she still has a job here. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to go to this bar. If you walk in and see her, go somewhere else. I don't know her name but she has shoulder length blondish hair that she curls and doesn't comb out. She acts like it's an inconvenience to her to bring you a beer or serve you. I've seen bad waitresses and bad bartenders, but this girl takes the cake!!! I guarantee you all these comments are about the same girl she is ruining what otherwise would be a really great bar!! It's unfortunate because we just moved down the street and I was hoping to make this our new weekend hang out. We won't be back!! There are way better sports bars just down the street. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brick & Barley in Tempe, and I can't rave enough about this place! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively vibe that's perfect for a night out. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the Whitney Wings. They are hands down the best wings I've ever had! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and coated in a delicious sauce that strikes the perfect balance between spicy and tangy. These wings are a must-try for anyone visiting Brick & Barley. In addition to the amazing food, the beer selection at Brick & Barley is top-notch. They have a fantastic variety of craft beers on tap, featuring both local brews and popular favorites. I only pressed one star because i had too. They are negative zeros across the board. First of all it is full of biker guys being obnoxious and loud who are in their 40s and 50s trying to act 21. One of the guys wanted to throw around the N word like it was no big deal being a disgusting racist person. The bartender did not care at all and let him keep being a disgusting immature individual. No one cared to kick him out or calm him down. Encouraging him is more of the word I'm looking for. I will never go back to this dump low class establishment with horrible service, people and $2 tasting drinks. No one should ever go here unless you are a low class racists like the rest!!!! read more

Went in about 30 mins ago to watch some football. Was super busy, every table was full. They only had 1 bartender and 1 server. How do you only schedule 2 people on a football Sunday? We were there for 15 minutes and never were asked for drink or food orders. The server/bartender did the best they could, but was too much to handle. They lterally told my friend they did not have time to make him a bloody mary because it was too busy. Terrible. We left and are now at Doc N' Eddys down the street. Maybe would try this place again on a weekday and hopefully they have their staffing figured out. read more

Staff is amazing and interacts with customers instead of just sitting a drink in front of you and leaving. Bartender always include everyone in their conversation and make you feel like a regular from your first visit. The management has adapted to the new crowd and changed their bar slogan to "Represent Mother F****" Not a great place, feels more like a private club you're waking into that you weren't invited to. For our meal, we ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich with fries, Keg Burger with fries, the Lobster Roll with fries from the summer menu, and the Prime Rib Dinner. We also learned that there is a larger cut of prime rib available that isn't listed on the menu. It can be ordered with one side, or you can add an additional side for an extra charge. One thing that caught us off guard was that the lobster roll was served with a salad. With the recent produce recalls, we were a little hesitant. In the future, we'll likely request a different side instead. Unfortunately, the Lobster Roll was the biggest disappointment of the evening. While the flavor was good, the portion size was much smaller than it appears on the menu. It was more like a sampler-sized sandwich than a full entrée, and for that reason, we probably wouldn't order it again. We hope the restaurant considers increasing the portion size to better match guests' expectations. The Prime Rib Dinner is usually one of our favorites, but this visit it arrived only warm, while the rest of our food was served hot. It wasn't a major issue, but we would have preferred the prime rib to be served at the same temperature as the rest of the meal. On a positive note, our server was excellent. He took our entire order without writing anything down and was attentive throughout our visit. The only minor issue was that one of our Happy Hour items did not ring up correctly on the bill. It was quickly corrected without any problems, but it's always a good reminder to review your receipt before paying, as simple mistakes can happen anywhere. Overall, we continue to enjoy dining at this location. The service is consistently outstanding, and we appreciate the quality of the food. Our only suggestions would be to increase the size of the lobster roll and ensure that all entrées--especially the signature prime rib--are served hot. Despite those minor issues, we had a great family dinner and look forward to visiting again.

You order at a kiosk and all the food is pretty inexpensive which meant that I was trying it all! Well, close to it. I ordered the Flautas, Alitas (Wings), Queso Blanco, Elote & Sonoran Hot Dog. We also got the Frozen House Margs which were 2.50 for America's birthday!!! The bartender Evelyn took great care of us and made those drinks to perfection! All of the food was flavorful, fresh, juicy, all the above. I definitely see this becoming a new favorite for my friends and I!

That alone makes you want to buy everything on it. Great pricing! It's self order when you walk in with the screens to order and a number to grab and take with you to your table. They come around dropping off your food as it's ready so you don't have to wait for them to come out together. Perfect if you're a big back like me and if you're starved . Everyone that checked on us to make sure we were good or needed anything were so nice. They also have a full bar (obvi) that you can order drinks at . There's a pool table and just a really nice bar. I plan on visiting whenever I make it back out this way.
