Tried out this food truck at À La Cart Orlando downtown for the first time and I'm glad I did. They've got a some great options, but I went with the Philly cheesesteak. The flavor and seasoning was on point. I do wish it had more cheese, but overall it was still a solid Philly. Definitely coming back.

Looks amazing and a hearty portion but the steak was dry. Probably best bang for your buck around here tho

We came here while at A La Carte and my husband got the Cuban. The wait is long, and could be expedited. He did not really enjoy the sandwich and said he's had better. The ambiance at A La Carte is typically comfortable, noisy and warm but had nothing to do with Brick & Butter. I prefer their BnB parm.

B&B Chicken Parm is a must try!! It tasted as it sounded, very delicious. Great balance of all flavors&sauces. It wasn't a long wait and most importantly FRESH!!! It was also a vibe outside under the pavilion (shaded area) with chill music playing and the wind blowing. A relaxing atmosphere for family or friends.

I ordered the cheesesteak forge for my husband, the chicken pesto on focaccia bread for myself, and the kids Mac and cheese. This was a to-go order, and it was made pretty quickly! Everything we had was so flavorful. Honestly the best sandwiches I've had since moving to Florida! The kids loved the Mac and cheese! There are no pics since we ate every bite! Lol. We will definitely be back! Love the ambiance of A La Cart SoDo!

This is definitely a great food truck to go to! As they are currently in thier soft opening stage, some items were not available. Yet their crispy chicken sandwhich is too good! Perfectly cooked to a crunchy breaded layer and juicy chicken. The chicken portion was actually bigger than I expected. The slaw and sauce ties together very well. I also had their sweet potato fries and I never had any that was truly seasoned like that! I will definitely comeback as I really want to try their mac cheesesteak!

Chicken Parm Sandwich with Curly Fries

The chicken parmesan sandwich was hot, fresh, and clearly made to order, with a large portion size and curly fries on the side. The main downside was that the chicken's coating didn't stick well and separated while eating, which took away from an otherwise good sandwich. Ordering through the kiosk was quick and easy, and there was only brief interaction with staff. The wait was a bit longer, but it made sense given the made‑to‑order approach. The location has a unique, enjoyable vibe with plenty of seating. Parking could get tight during busy times, but visiting on a Sunday around noon, there were still a few open spots. There is also a water refill station on premise which was much appreciated!

Flavor: rich and goood. bread and fries were on-point. the mixture of meat and stuff inside the sandwhich was really good. Service: counter-service truck; friendly! Location & Parking: inside A La Cart SODO food truck area. Kinda hard to find parking in the area if the parking lot is full (and it most likely will be on weekends) Price: ~$22 for a sandwhich is pricey, but its big and really tasty. Is it whats up? yep, would go again if in the area.

My husband came for Yelp Elite Week, but myself, along with my sister and her boyfriend, tagged along to order food and try out what looks like an extremely impressive menu. The area that the food truck is in is so nice! Love that there are seating options both in and out of the sun outside, and inside by the drink area, you could sit entirely covered as well, still having a nice view of the food truck park. You order at an online kiosk kind of similar to an iPad, and it's a pretty easy process to get everything added and paid for! I loved that you could sign up for texts when your food was ready, so you could sit or walk around while you're waiting. The three of us ordered the Chicken Parmesan sandwich, and it comes on this beautiful focaccia bread, with a great pesto and sauce. The sandwich is pretty big, I almost wish we'd split 2 between the 3 of us instead of one for each! They were already sold out of a decent amount of their menu items, so I'm looking forward to coming back and trying new options. I did have a bite of my husband's regular Philly Cheesesteak, and that was to DIE for!!!

Bread was perfectly airy and a little crispy, the fried egg was perfect, great cheese pull and tons of bacon.

I went to try the new breakfast and did not disappoint! The breakfast sandwich with rosemary focaccia, fried egg, cheese and lots of bacon was amazing! The textures were perfect and everything was cooked perfectly! And the potato's were also spot and on! It's a lot of food too! Service was quick and easy and I love the laid back atmosphere of A La Carte!

I checked out this food truck not too long ago and it did not disappoint. I ordered the b&b chicken parm sandwich with sweet potato fries and it came out super hot and ready to eat. The chicken parm was perfectly crispy and had a good cheese pull haha! The focaccia was also very tasty and pillowy. After speaking with the owner, I could tell he truly cared about every element on the menu. They bake all their bread and prepare their ingredients every morning, ensuring freshness as a top priority. They also put a lot of care into crafting their menu as well. I love to see people be passionate about what they're serving to the community. When I'm back around this part of town, I will for sure stop by at brick and butter!

    So good...

They have THE best Philly Cheesesteak in Orlando. The flavor is just YUM. You gotta check 'em out!

The ambiance was very laid back. Great place for kids. The food was made fresh. The check was easy to navigate.

First, the staff deserves credit--their energy and kindness were 10/10. The person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that my order was made incorrectly. I specifically asked for only tomatoes and pickles on my burger, but it came with cheese and a sauce. Luckily, I was planning to eat just the patty, so I was able to rinse it off, but if I had intended to eat it as a regular burger, it would have completely ruined the meal as the bun was covered in the sauce. My sub was excellent, and I appreciated the staff's sauce recommendations. However, I was surprised that the homemade sauce came with a $1.10 charge for each side of sauce--that feels pretty excessive. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive one of the sauces I paid for. I understand they are homemade but it is a 1.5 oz container... My biggest disappointment, though, was the chips. It may sound minor, but when a meal is priced and advertised as a complete meal, you'd expect a reasonable portion. The "side" of chips was literally about seven whole chips' worth, mostly crushed into pieces. It was especially disappointing when compared to the portion of fries. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, and the staff was fantastic, but the incorrect order, extra sauce charges, missing sauce, and tiny chip portion really took away from the experience. My advice: upgrade the chips so you actually get a side, double-check your order before you leave (even if there's no one else in there) , and be aware that the sauces cost extra.

However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I originally ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but then I saw the bacon, egg, and cheese and asked whether I could switch it. The gentleman behind the counter said they could do both, then asked whether I wanted to add a hash brown too. Obviously, I said yes. He told me they would make basically anything I wanted as long as they had the ingredients, and I absolutely loved that energy. The sandwich was huge, super cheesy, messy in the best way, and packed with sausage, bacon, egg, and a crispy hash brown. It was a very generous portion and completely worth the price. This is definitely going into my breakfast-sandwich rotation. My fiancé ordered the Godfather, which was also delicious. It is definitely on the messier side, though, so if you are getting it to go or traveling any distance, I would recommend asking for the vinaigrette on the side. Ray's has strong neighborhood bodega vibes, generous portions, and the kind of menu where they are willing to customize your order instead of making things complicated. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front entrance was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to show us around the market. The ambience feels like a neighborhood Italian shop, with shelves lined with imported products from Italy that make it fun to browse while you wait. It's a small, casual space that feels authentic rather than overly polished. We ordered the Italian sub with sun-dried tomatoes instead of the standard toppings, along with the chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce. Both sandwiches had excellent flavor and tasted fresh. The sun-dried tomatoes were a great addition to the Italian, although I do think it could have used a little more meat. Considering the price, I expected it to be a bit more generously filled. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious overall, but the cutlet itself was a little dry. I asked for extra sauce, and initially the employee seemed reluctant and tried to charge me for it. After I showed him how dry the sandwich was, he gave me the sauce, which made a huge difference and brought the sandwich together. That interaction was really my only service-related critique. Overall, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, the sandwiches are satisfying, and the market has a unique charm you don't find at most sandwich shops. While it's definitely on the pricier side, the authentic atmosphere and quality make it a place I'd happily come back to. I'd love to work my way through more of the menu on future visits.

I will be going there after every Saturday hike forever more. The lists did not lie. Stasio's delivered the best sandwiches I have had in Florida. Walking in, I must have looked confused because I heard a knowing voice ask if it was my first time in. I admitted that it was and a delightful employee walked over to me to show me around. Stasio's has a deli counter, a coffee counter, and several shelves with Italian foods. I quickly learned that sandwiches are ordered at the deli and brought out to the waiting area when ready. Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Despite the crowd -- and it was crazy busy -- everything was remarkably efficient and the staff showed no sign of stress. I ordered an Egg and Pepper sandwich and a Caprese Sandwich. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours. At $4.99 for a loaf, it is an amazing value and a great treat!). Both the egg and pepper and the Caprese were prepared simply and to perfection. Fresh ingredients pack a lot of flavor and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Amazingly, I don't think Stasio's adds any fats to their sandwiches -- The egg in the egg and pepper, and the mozzarella in the Caprese do all the work. There are seats at a bar along the front window and a few tables outside, but I chose to eat in my car. At a peak time (like Noon on a Saturday), there was not a lot of available seating but it did seem that chairs opened up fairly quickly. After a 10 mile hike, I just did not think it was fair to anyone who might be seated next to me to have to sit next to me! No photos but others have shared enough that you can picture the experience!
