[[HIGHLIGHT]]Amazing! A quick stop literally turned into hours listening to live music and a great glass of Pinot wine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wasn't expecting to write a review here but it was a tremendous winery experience. Highly recommended! Go when they have a band with live music. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outdoor sitting areas are full of people and great to hang out and drink wine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will update this review with more pictures the next time I go visit.

Brick Barn is one of the best spots in the valley and they're open later than most wineries, which is a huge plus. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are two patios with tons of seating and gorgeous views, as well as plenty of cozy indoor seating for chilly nights.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe is rustic but regal, and the main room has lots of great shopping to browse while you sip.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The wine is delicious. I especially love the Grenache Rosé, Blanc de Blanc, and Pinot. They offer several different flights, but my favorite is the bubbly flight with four pours to try. Feeling hungry? Their cheese platters are tasty and pair perfectly with the wines. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We especially love visiting when there's live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also host tons of fun events and classes, including comedy nights, so it's definitely worth joining the club or at least hopping on their mailing list. Whether you're local or just passing through, you don't want to skip a visit here!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful winery. We came in on a Saturday evening and the place was lively.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Luckily, they were able to fit the three of us in! I really liked that we didn't have to do a full tasting. We were able to just order a glass or cocktail from their menu. I had the sangria and really enjoyed the fruity notes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also had a band playing in the patio space and it looked so fun! People were up dancing and enjoying the music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It can be kind of loud though, so keep that in mind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I think they allow kids, since I saw a handful of them running around near the band.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This estate was just down the street from our hotel. I wish we would've visited at the beginning of our stay so we could come back again. I would highly recommend!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The views at Brick Barn Wine Estate are stunning![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have wonderful outdoor seating areas and a fire pit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We tried the "Tasting Flight" consisting of Vermentino, Chardonnay, Grenache, Cab Franc, Rhône Blend, and Syrah. We liked their wines and our host was very nice.

Live music

We took our dad here for father's day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place is really nice and I like the casual atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was really good as well and my dad loved the live music.

This is our favorite winery whenever we do our Buellton/Solvang/Santa Barbara getaway. They have a great wine selection. We are more red wine lovers and our favorite is their cab franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. They do have very luscious champagnes too. Service is excellent and we even get a cheese plate to go with our wine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is a very cozy hangout, comfortable seating, great music, and even dog friendly too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will be back soon

Our first time here and let me tell you how beautiful the grounds are. What a lovely place. Spacious indoor and outdoor tasting areas. Cozy and beautiful. The wines we tasted were ok, the best one out of all I liked the Chene Chardonnay. Friendly service. Summer time will be great here with family

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Live music, beautiful outdoor setting, fun staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved the wines and the charcuterie options. They had an amazing cheese dip I ended up buying a few of that pair so perfectly with wine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even my teenage daughter loved exploring the property.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Happy people after the 4 plus hours that we spent at Brickbarn. Thanks for the great service Laura!

I joined a couple of years ago when I was on a bus wine tour from Long Beach that went to the area. The grounds are beautiful and the wines are very good. I typically don't like white wines, but I am a fan of the white wines from Brick Barn. I haven't been back in an about a year and our visit last week didn't disappoint. I brought 3 friends and we all had a blast. Laura was so knowledgable and made our visit so relaxing! I also like their charcuterie options. I can't wait to return.

This place is definitely worth the visit. The grounds are beautiful and the tasting room feels cozy and warm. I enjoyed my afternoon there sipping some delicious wines. Will definitely a regular when I come back to the area.

This charcuterie was absolutely delicious!

We absolutely loved this gorgeous winery! The wine tastings were amazing. The charcuterie was absolutely delicious and the ambiance is something out of a story book, just magical! We definitely will be back again!

An Amazing Vibe is what you'll feel from the moment you start to walk up to this Lovely destination with gorgeous views of the hillside landscape. They have live music that gets the people up on their feet dancing and having a great time. Great service too with servers consistently checking in on everyone in attendance! They offer an amazing assortment of wines to choose from. If you have a very large party, highly recommend to inquire about a huge table in the inside that easily can fit 20+. Many other great places to sit inside if you're cold, but the outside seating with large fire side pits makes the outside the best seating in my opinion.

I am a very happy wine club member of this winery, which a friend introduced me to a few years ago…read more Although the tasting room is in more of the "industrial" part of Industrial Ave., and in what looks like a simple warehouse, you can't let that steer you away from having a tasting here. Once you get inside, you actually see where and how everything is produced (something you won't get at the "fancier" tasting rooms). The staff is so knowledgeable and pleasant, and they go out of their way to make your tasting experience a nice and memorable one. Ryan Roark is the type of winemaker who really likes to let his grapes do the talking and his wines are AMAZING! If you want to go off the beaten path onto a road less traveled and get away from the fancy tasting rooms to enjoy a casual, fantastic tasting on a backyard patio (with wines that easily rival the big names in the area IMO), this is a place you need to seek out for sure!

One of my favorite spots in the valley. Awesome wines, even more awesome food and fun for the whole…read morefamily with a dedicated area for the kiddos. Really amazing people work there as well! Thanks to Jared and Bobby for always treating us so special! There is some construction right now, so you have to go a little out of your way, but I promise you it's 100% worth it and a must stop when you are in the valley!!!

In my day…read more. I have been to so many Vineyards & even a few Farms too. But this place.. Is a twofer! Yeah, baby! A Vineyard AND a Farm! Beat that Napa Valley! Ok, Ok.. I know Napa Valley is like THE Mecca of Wineries, at least in California, & going there once before, I kinda understand, kinda. But is it really that much better? In my humble opinion.. Ehh. It was whatever Sure, I'm down dropping a nice crispy Benjamin to get that aged, vintage 2013 Cab.. But will I really care, or even notice once that bottle is depleted & I'm now ordering the 2nd least expensive Chenin Blanc on the menu just to wash away all my worries. (Suddenly, Every wine snob, wine aficionado & novice sommelier enters the chat) But, But Lance, it's Napa, How dare you speak against this Holy Land of all Superior Wine. And to that I say, I get it. I truly understand that not all wine is created equally, but also that not all of us have the BIG BUCKS to continuously drop $100 big ones on that prized Napa Cab. Hey, call me crazy, but to me, it's not just ALL about the wine that is produced, but more about the overall experience. It's the vibe. It's the way you are treated. & it's definitely about how they made you feel. Anyone else getting Maya Angelou vibes?? IYKYK ;) **All Wine Snobs have left the Chat** *Vega Vineyard and Farm has entered the chat* Alright team Vega, sit back, kick your feet up, & just listen while I brag a little about you. It was a BEAUTIFUL November afternoon just 4 days prior to Thanksgiving. We were heading back south from Paso Robles & decided to make a little pit stop before getting all the way back home. So my wife looked up wineries in the area that were kid friendly & Vega was at the top of the list. Walking in, we noticed that they had a little restaurant right at the entrance, so we went to put our name down for a table. Unfortunately, the wait time was a little longer than we wanted to wait, only because we had the kids with us, but the hostess suggested if we didn't want to wait, that they had more food on the other end of the farm in "Pops Place". Other than the wine itself, eating the food in "Pops Place" was probably the best move we could have unintentionally made that day. (I'll explain in a bit) So we slowly made our way towards the other side of the farm/vineyard & all I can say is, what a gorgeous property it was. The farm life, the outdoors, the weather, & I was with my Fam. It couldn't have been a better day! Once we got to Pops Place, it was like we entered into a whole new world. A huge area for kids with a jungle gym, stations for outdoor games & activities, benches to sit, even private cabanas you can reserve (not sure if there is a cost) & of course a little shack to order food and wine! So remember earlier when I said eating in Pops Place was probably the best move we could have made that day, Well here are 3 reasons why! 1) We ordered the George's Greek Gyro Pita w/fries (a beef gyro with lettuce, tomato, onions & tzatziki wrapped in a pita) and.. OH. MY. GAWDDD It was so flippin' GOOD! It was so good, that I didn't even have time to snap a pic, let alone set it down after taking that 1st bite. It was complete perfection! 2) Chicken Strips & Fries from the kids menu w/a side of ranch.. Let's just say, The kids loved 'em. 3) We washed it all down w/a beautiful, crisp, perfect for a fall day, 2024 bottle of their finest ALBARIÑO. & it was, EXCELLENT!! After we sat & ate, let the kids get out all of their energy, the fun at Vega continued. From there, we headed to feed the livestock on the property (lettuce sold onsite for a few bucks). There were Chickens, Goats, Pigs, Emu's & Sheep, and the kids and myself had a blast feeding 'em. After that, we stopped off at one of their gift shops to browse all of the fun stuff. Of course, we got the kids their requested candy! The staff we interacted with while at Vega were all so kind, welcoming & made us feel apart of the extended Vega family. Because of this, we will definitely be coming back next time we pass through. So, & this is where YOU come in! The next time you are passing through Buellton, do yourself, your spouse and your kids, if you've got them, a HUGE favor: Come check out Vega Vineyard & Farm and tell me that I was right!
