I am writing this to express my absolute disgust with the current state of Brickell City Centre. While this is marketed as a luxury, five-star shopping destination, the reality on the ground is unsanitary and dangerous. Despite allowing dogs within the open mall, there is a complete lack of oversight regarding pet waste. I have personally documented dog feces left in common areas not just for hours, but for weeks. This isn't a one-time accident; it is a systemic failure of the cleaning staff and management to maintain a basic standard of hygiene. The health repercussions of this negligence are significant: * Zoonotic Risks: Canine waste is a primary vector for parasites (hookworms, roundworms) and bacterial pathogens like Salmonella and E. coli. * Environmental Contamination: In an open-air mall, dried waste becomes airborne or is tracked into high-end retail stores and restaurants, posing a risk to every visitor. * Public Safety: It is a slip-and-fall hazard and a blatant violation of basic sanitary codes. It is outrageous that a "premium" mall in the heart of Miami has become a public kennel. If management cannot guarantee immediate sanitation, then dogs must be banned from the premises entirely. Brickell City Centre, the heart of the city, is the star of the show. It's one of those spots where you can spend a whole day and not get tired. From local spots to big names it's the perfect spot to get a full day's worth of shopping hehe. Dining options like The Henry, Casa Tua, and Pubbelly Sushi never disappoint, with smaller spots like Oakberry and Luke's Lobster Rolls adding to the variety. They even offer cooking classes at Sur La Table, perfect for a fun date night. My first visit to Brickell City Centre was at the grand opening when most of the stores were closed, but at that time I still got a chance to see the stunning architectural views of this multi-level mall which spans 3 full blocks that are interconnected. I finally came back to visit during the daytime last weekend with perfect weather and tons of natural lighting. BCC is a beautiful place. Almost all the stores are now open and there's so much to do here.. so much to see. It's too bad I didn't get to stay longer. I also saw everyone and their dog.. this place is surprisingly very dog friendly. Parking is a problem. Street parking would be ideal and cheaper but might be impossible to find. Luckily, we found it. You'll likely have to park in the BCC garage which might not be the cheapest option. Also consider an Uber ride. However you get to BCC, it's definitely worth the visit. read more

I can't believe we lived without a place like this in the Brickell area a couple of years ago! Even if you can't buy anything (because let's be honest, the stores are mainly high end, luxury brands and not everyone can enjoy a shopping spree here. This ain't no dolphin mall), you will definitely delight in having a cup of coffee and reading a book in one of their benches, maybe on the 3rd floor... very relaxing! They have different styles of restaurants, from small cafes to more classy choices. Lots of clothing stores, beauty boutiques and art! The location is perfect, they offer the first 2 hours of parking for free (or at least they used to). If you're lucky enough you can park on the street, the garage is extremely expensive. read more

Hmm, not sure if I should tease or not, given that my wife and daughter practically emptied my wallet at the shops in this fantastic shopping center. :) Just kidding!!! LOL! Honestly, this place caters to a high-end clientele unbothered by their spending, hence my earlier comment. ;) In essence, it's a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, offering visitors an experience reminiscent of a "Mercado," commonly found in various Latino and European countries. You can shop while enjoying the fresh air, which, in my opinion, enhances the overall shopping experience. Shopping here is like at home. Very nice selection of clothing for men and women. Other shopping stores are also available. The best of quality. Watching movie is great and has good variety of restaurants. You got what you need and enjoy it within. Beautiful place and the staffs are very friendly. They are observing health protocols and of course the place is very clean. I am enjoying this place when I need to unwind from the stress of life. So, If you want to distress? I went to the mall this afternoon and tried to pay for parking at the B1 parking machine. The transaction got declined twice, but it went through on the third attempt. Right after that, I got two SMS notifications from my bank about two transactions at Aliexpress for $100 each. On top of that, I noticed that the parking fee was charged twice. The bank canceled the two Aliexpress transactions and the second parking charge. I think the parking machine might be copying credit cards because there was a lady in front of me who also had trouble paying for her parking. read more

One of my favorite spots to show out of town visitors. This outdoor mall is spectacular. It has a smart green design, climate ribbons that allow nice breeze and protect you from the heat and overall a beautiful landscape to the city. It's got multi-level shops and restaurants, a movie theater along with other random and useful little spaces. Parking is below the mall along with a valet along the perimeter- by Saks Fifth Ave. Everything you need all in one spot. read more

I can't say enough about the BCC and what it means for me. I am here at least twice a day because I live close by. But, i see a man who was just screaming at the top of his lungs obscenities and then dancing randomly like he is on some major drugs as I witness the security guard just stand 20 feet away and watch! Insane! People on a Sunday just trying to shop. WHAT could this security guard possibly be thinking at 2:35pm on a Sunday afternoon? read more

This is not a very good Mall in my opinion! It is an open air mall that is spread out over a very large area in about four or five floors in total! It was very hard to understand the layout, or even find any particular store that you are looking for. Also most of the stores were either high end, or very overpriced so if you're looking for anything of value of this is not the place for you, I will not be returning! read more

There are a lot of cute places to take pictures which overlook Brickell. Upstairs there is a movie theatre and some restaurants. This mall has your standard stores - Aesop, H&M, Zara, Sephora, and etc. There's also a Saks Fifth Avenue here. Overall I think this would be a decent mall to go to if you wanted to do a little shopping or just hang out. There's a lot seating everywhere for you to sit down. read more

We really love coming to this mall to shop and spend some time with our friends. The design is really one of a kind and i love that it is airy , especially with the pandemic. It feels open and cool without the sun. Many of the stores are closed but it is nice to shop in the ones that are open. I loved the open feel of this mall and it is very beautiful in general. i felt very safe the whole time and the store selection was nice. There is a nice movie theater here that you can eat at, which is a bit pricey but worth it. If you are scared of heights I would suggest riding the elevator the escalators can be a bit scary. read more
