Unfortunately 2 months into our lease "the deal" was not finalized and we were still getting calls requesting more information to finish the financing. Had to go directly to the office to make the payments. When finally completed, the lease date was changed without our knowledge while they casually kept the original mileage the car had when it left the dealership. We noticed when we saw the bill on Honda Financial Services online. This obviously does not take into account the milage the car already had from two months of use, and how now I will be over the 12K/year when I turn it in. I've gone in person and called Brickel Honda multiple times to have this resolved. Still waiting on it. I will be contacting Corporate and then the Better Businesses Bureau. I can't believe a respected brand such as Honda would be so shady as to change the date on a lease deal and input our digital signatures as if we had signed on the date of their choosing with the miles of their choosing. read more

This review is for the service department. I came in for my first oil change on my car that I bought new from Brickell Honda. They notified me there was also a recall that they would also fix while they also did the oil change. They estimated about 2 hours for the entire job to be done. I waited in the waiting area for about 3 hours. I am pretty reasonable and understand them taking a little bit of extra time if they are busy or something came up. I didn't mention anything. I had to leave pretty soon to go to class. Luckily, I budgeted enough extra time. But I mentioned to them at around the 3 hour mark to ask if they were close to being done since I had to leave to school fairly soon. They said it would be done soon. They were finally done around the 3 hour and 45 mark after 2 other notices that I really had to go or I would be late. The service department has very poor customer service. They didn't even once in the close to 4 hours I was there come by to me in the waiting area and say that they would take longer than expected or the estimated time had changed. I had to bring it up to them 3 times. I ignored the other poor reviews on here thinking they were just one time bad experiences, but I can say it is definitely a trend. Avoid at all costs. Went for a simple oil change because I had a coupon. They told me they don't have "standard" oil anymore and only had synthetic, which was double the price the coupon advertised. BUT the catch is they didn't even give me synthetic, instead I got "semi-synthetic" for the full synthetic price. Desperate to just get it over with I just dealt with it, but karma will come back to these filthy liars. They are so eager to screw you over they will lie about something as simple as an oil change!!!! Bait and switch! We went to see a car posted on their web inventory and were told that it had been sold the night before (so from then on, we decided to always call first to confirm availability). To our surprise, we saw the car on their website 2 weeks later. So we called several times and spoke to different sales people only to be told that the vehicle 1) was definitely on the lot or 2) had been sold the night before or 3) had been sold the weekend before -- but sales guys always let us know they had other vehicles to show us (no kidding!). We spoke to Alex - one of the owners or the GM - about our experience. He was arrogant on the phone and explained that we were lucky to get a call back from him, since we were looking to buy a $10k vehicle. His lame excuse was that they had not yet updated their web inventory. Interesting, however, how it had been updated with additional vehicles for sale. I decided that it was time for a new car. I was checking out the Honda website and I found some that I was interested in getting. I wanted to upgrade my 2013 Honda Civic. My sales person was Jorge U. He was great. I only had one issue with my experience which was being told that I could lease a new 2020 Honda. I was given the monthly payments I did my down payment and everything. I was super excited about leasing because I'll be honest my credit wasn't the best but I have been working on it and according to all my credit reports I was considered to have fair credit. I arrived at the dealership at 12:34pm. I ended up leaving close to 5pm. Very long day. As I was saying earlier I was super excited about leasing instead of having to finance. I never leased before and I was happy with the thought of not having to be tied down to one vehicle and being able to upgrade every couple of years. I was upside on my 2013 Honda I was very upfront about that. All of a sudden right before it came time to sign the paperwork I was told that I can't lease. That I didn't get approved, which I was super confused on because I was told a couple hours prior that I was approved, I already knew the monthly payments and put down my deposit. Now all of a sudden it was a different story. On top of that my monthly payments went up more then $150 more then what I was told I would be paying if I was to be leasing. I was super disappointed. Then I was told that my credit was in the low 500's which is impossible, I have access to all 3 of my credit scores including my Fico score. I was told that credit karma isn't real credit scores. Which is fine but I have an account with Lexington Law which shows me all my credit scores including my credit union shows me as well. In my head I was like it's impossible that all of them are lying and you're the only one that shows something different. That there was my issue and my bad experience with Brickell Honda. Other then that everything else was fine. I left with a brand new Honda. It's a super upgrade from my 2013 Honda and all in all they did give me the 2020 Honda for much less then what it was worth and they did give me a lot more for my old Honda then what it was worth. I got a civic from them and had to mail paperwork out for signing mailed the paperwork back to them after signing they waiting a month to call me and tell me they never got my paperwork, swore to them that I sent back to them with the fedex package they sent me. Told me I'd have to redo the deal since it's been over a month, so I said fine what do you need from me sent them what they needed two months later I still have a truck on my credit now I have my credit damaged for failed payment on a truck for three months that I didn't have it. Called them constantly and got no calls back until after the damage was done to my credit. I asked for the trade in information for my vehicle and never got a response. Left countless voicemails for the General Manager. This is by far the worst dealership I've ever purchased a car from. Also I was told that it had new tires and all the lights and everything worked and checked over by their technicians I asked about cruise control because it is stick shift they said it has it. Well the tires are the same tires that were on the car when it was purchased new so they are from 2017, the cruise control switch does not work, and the high beams were taken out of the vehicle. I wrote this exact letter (below) to the sales manager of Brickell Honda (Carlos Santos) and have received no response. I will be completely honest - I did not appreciate the way I was treated, nor did I enjoy my experience. I was told by the gentleman helping us that he would get me the price and the keys to test drive the 2007 Honda Civic. Suddenly, while waiting for the keys to drive it, we were asked to complete the financing application and fill out various paperwork. I didn't even know the price on the vehicle yet! Why would I want to fill out a finance application if I didn't even know how much the car would cost? When I finally became irritated and told Carlos Santos, the internet sales manager, that I wanted the price on the car, I felt as if my request inconvenienced him. He literally yelled out "SHE WANTS THE PRICE ON THIS" with pure irritation in his voice. Furthermore, I requested that my credit not be run until I made a final decision. Instead, my credit was processed and we were manhandled through the finance portion before I was even sure if the Civic was the car I wanted to buy. Several other events bothered me, including: 1. - I was not even given the opportunity to negotiate the price of the vehicle 2. - I was asked what my "desired monthly payment" was, and based on that, the gentleman helping us decided that we could afford a vehicle that tagged in at 11,990, even though I told him when I arrived on the lot that I was looking for something under 10k 3. - I was asked for 6 references before we even got to the finance manager! Am I applying for an apartment or am I buying a car here? 4. - We were asked to lie about my husband's income 5. - Even though I made it very clear that my top payment per month had to be less than $250, I was told that the price per month would be over $300! I wouldn't have waited two hours to find out that you were not going to meet my request for a payment under $250 6. - I was told that my interest rate would be lower because my husband's credit was better. Yet, when we met with your Finance Manager, we were told that our interest rate was going to be 14%! Is that considered low for you? 7. - The finance manager argued with my request to remove the GAP insurance (you can get GAP through your insurance provider or bank for much less, NEVER buy this from them) Our number one complaint is that we felt the staff completely ignored our intelligence when it comes to buying a car. I'm not an idiot - I've purchased several cars in my short lifetime. Pushing people through a car buying meat grinder is disrespectful, rude and completely void of customer service. Florida is a giant state with many opportunities and dealerships who will not hesitate to meet my needs or give me the service I deserve. I certainly don't have to bow down to the scumbags at Brickell Honda. A complete waste of 3 hours of my day. I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. read more

I made an appointment and dropped my car off for them to work on while I was at work. They picked me up from work to take me back to the dealership, and even washed my car for me while they had it! It is pretty rare to have a bitchin time while getting your car serviced and one doesn't really expect this task to be fun, I do however expect something fairly painless. Brickell Honda service center deserves negative stars. I bought my car from here in November, and today, it was time for my first oil change. Since i live in Fort Lauderdale, I wasn't too into the idea of driving all the way down to Miami to get my car tuned up, however, since I bought my car here, they told me that I could get a loaner for the day, free of charge, while my car was in shop. I was told this by the sales man who sold me my car (..shoulda figured). Then as a nice surprise, I received a coupon book with a bunch of free oil change coups, along with ones for free rentals and a handful of other services. I decided that saving the $40 bucks or so was worth the inconvenience, so I called Friday afternoon to see if I could get squeezed in for sometime on Saturday, and that wasn't a problem. The girl who answered the phone was surprisingly very pleasant and helpful. I told her what I needed and that I wanted to get the loaner for an hour or two and she said okay and that she would make a note of it. When I came in this morning for my oil change, my appointment started off shaky when I was greeted by handful of men who didn't speak English. I know we are in Miami here, but these guys couldn't even cary out the most basic of conversations with me in English, like "whats your name" and "do you have an appointment?" It was pretty frustrating. Eventually, we were able to get on the same page and I was told to go inside one of the offices and wait, as someone would be right with me. Well, someone was not "right" with me. I had a 10am appointment to which I arrived to a few minutes early. Someone didn't help me until 10:23. I set me alarm on a flipping Saturday morning, missed my zumba class and even skipped breakfast, the most important meal of the day mind you, so I could arrive at 10am and be at my 10:45 haircut apt. on time. which I planned on driving to with the loaner car that I specified I wanted. So when I get somewhere on time, I expect the same courtesy to be bestowed to me. And I am a really patient person, it's one of my few good qualities, so I am totally forgiving and understanding of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and even at 15 minutes I typically sit quietly and wait happily. But it took me opening my mouth after 20 minutes of being walked by and ignored by employee after employee to finally get someone to come in and help me. When, 23 minutes later, that actually happened, I explained that I just wanted an oil change and that as I had told the girl I made the appointment with and the guys out front, that I was getting the rental too. This guy, told me no-can-do. They apparently don't do this for shorter services and only if your car is going to be in the shop for a while. WTF. This is not what I was told when I bought my car nor did the girl say anything about there being an issue when I made the appointment. So frustrating. Since my next appointment was in 15 minutes and I had no way of getting there if I gave my car over, I had no choice but to come back later and wait for it.. The only saving grace was that when I did come back, they had it in and out for me in only 30 minutes so I didn't have to wait a super long time which would have probably been the case since I saw people in the waiting area who had been there since I first tried to drop off my car at my appointment time, which was at that point nearly 2.5 hours earlier. I don't even think that the next time I am due for a service I will come here, even if it is at no cost to me. After this experience, I would rather pay however much money it is to actually receive a decent service. Oh and while I am on my rant here, when I bought my car here back in November, the tire pressure light was lit up. They sales guy said it was just that cars sit on the lot and in the sun without being driven alot and the tire pressure goes down, so he filled up my tires before I drove my car home and the light obviously no longer lit up. Come one week later and my light was lit up again.. turns out I had a nail in my tire which cost me $30 to fix. It's a small amount, but the point of it is, the sales guy took the lazy way out and whether he knew the nail was there and just lied or he didn't really know, he should have checked to make sure. Garbage. The end. That's all you need to know about this place but I will elaborate. I just moved and I wanted to get an oild change at a Honda dealership so I went to this location for my first and last time. I called early and made an appointment but when I got there, I was told they were about an hour to an hour and a half behind...I really needed the oil change so I opted to stay and I began reading my book. Fast forward to two and half hours later and I was still there and people who got there after me had already left. I looked around for the person who was attending me and he was out at lunch. When he returned he told me my car had been done. I basically waited for no reason and he didn't think to call me after he supposedly didn't find me in the waiting area. When it was time to pay, I showed my yelp check in special and it needed to be run by someone else...at this point, I was left at the register and wasn't told to step to the side or that I would be attended to in a bit so I stood and waited...again. I finally moved when transactions were being done with me just standing there. The front register women were far from friendly. I finally paid and went outside to pick up my car and a person who got there and paid way after me got their car first...because, you know, I hadn't done enough waiting. When my car was finally brought to me they had changed my license plate frame for one that read "Brickell Honda." I immediately requested it be removed and replaced with the one I had before. I knew I was going from an Audi to a Honda, but I wasn't prepared for the nightmare experience ahead of me. My sales representative, Rolando, lacked the knowledge I would expect from someone in his position. During my test drive I asked what the "LDW" button on the car did and he didn't know and told me he was new. After a few minutes driving it came to me that this stood for "Lane Departure Warning" and I informed him and he replied "sure that makes sense". It seemed to me early on that I knew more about the car I was driving from a few hours of online research prior to coming to the dealership than he did. During negotiations he didn't understand that I've purchased 14 cars in my lifetime and understand how APR, down payments, sale price, all factor into a monthly payment. I ended up asking him to just bring me his manager so I could negotiate directly with him. Mariano, the sales manager, was very nice, personable, we got along great and after a few back and forth of numbers we had a deal we both were happy with. I will note that during said negotiations, there was a point where I was trying to get the sales price lower and Rolando chimed in that they could include the 'Brickell Plus service' (free oil changes for 60k miles, etc) to which I told him I already did my research and knew everyone who purchased a car from here would receive that. It seemed he wanted to try a basic shady car sales man trick on me and his manager knew I was smarter than that and ignored it. Finance was quick, I literally timed it, they had me in with papers signed in less than 5-minutes. Just like that you too can spend $30,000.00! I was very happy with that.   Upon delivery of my vehicle, it was still dirty and not detailed as I expected. Rolando asked me to return the next day when he would have it detailed. When I got in the car the gas was still on empty with less than 10 miles remaining on the tank. Rolando gave me a voucher and told me to fill the car up with gas myself! Never have I ever had to go put gas in my new car myself, that's just a basic customer service thing the dealership does. He also didn't offer to go over any of the features of the car with me; based on our test drive I wasn't confident that he'd know more about the car than me. It was obvious that he was in a hurry to get home since at this point it was 9:30pm. I got lost twice on the way to the gas station as well since I'm not familiar with the area. When I got to the gas station I was shocked to find out I was only getting $35 worth of gas, not a complete full tank as I was promised! At this point I'm fuming so I called Rolando and he asked that when I returned the next day he would fill the tank. When I returned the next day I was there for an hour while my car was detailed. When I looked over the outside of the car it looked cleaned to my satisfaction. Then, Rolando handed me a $10 bill and told me to go fill up the rest of my tank. I was appalled. When he saw my dissatisfaction he offered to get in the car and go with me which I declined, I'm an adult and can fill up my gas tank. It's the principal that when someone spends a lot of money on a new car and is told they'll get a full tank of gas, you as the dealership should do that and not make your customer go take care of it themselves. I got in my car and left without finalizing the other open issues. When I got down the street to the gas station, I noticed they hadn't detailed the car since there was still remains of the window sticker on the passenger window and there was some sticker residue on the driver door. I texted Mariano the sales manager to tell him and never received a response. After a week of no response I finally reached out the the General Manager, Rick Barazza and explained the situation. I also explained that there was outstanding issues: my car was not detailed, I wasn't given the free iPad I was supposed to receive with purchase of my car, and the Brickell Plus service was never fully explained to me so I wasn't sure how to use it. Rick called me and listened to me, told me no one should ever have an experience like this and asked me to come into the dealership so he could fix it. Mr. Barazza seemed to be the one who can make stuff happen there, my car was detailed, I was given the iPad, and the Brickell Plus service was explained to me. Would I buy a car from this dealership again, most likely not. Will I have my car serviced at this dealership, most likely because it's located conveniently about 2 miles from my home. I'm only rating them 2-stars because Mr. Barazza saved them from a 1-star experience. read more

They wanted to charge me $737 to change the bolts in my rim ( bolts are the little screws that pin the wheel and the car together). I then went to an auto parts shop and purchased the bolts for $7.99 and the mechanic charged me $35 to do the service. In the end I paid $43 for a service they wanted to charge me $737. When I asked them why it costs so much to change 2 bolts they started lying to justify the over priced rate that they gave me. Don't come here. They will tell you that they charge that price because they use original parts, but when you go the auto parts shop you also get the original parts specifically for your car and still in the package, so there you go. read more

I already took a few years and a couple of days to cool down and be objective on this review. The whole purpose of me finally writing this is just to spare many people from all the frustrations and anger which may arise when you visit this dealership and get conned. Yes, I said conned. It seems that most people working here are con artists and not salespeople. Then again, it is probably just the culture which is being tolerated around this establishment. We may never know. 2014: I leased a Honda Odyssey from them for 2 years and would like to buy off the lease. I got a pre-approval for a car loan from Bank of America and was ready to just write off the sale. The "salespeople" in Brickell Honda convinced me that if I finance with them, the APR will be lower. They said that my loan application was approved by a certain bank and the deal was finalized. A month passed and I haven't received a new bill so I followed-up with them. After being passed around, I finally got a call-back telling me that I had to go back to the dealership to finalize some paperworks When I got there, they broke the news to me that my loan application was denied and I was left with 3 options: 1. Another bank has approved me for an APR of 12%! (Oh yeah!) 2. I can continue my lease (I already missed 2 payments since I thought the buy out was finalized) 3. Trade in the car for a new one with higher payments (They probably would give me 24% APR!) What I did after that was go back to Bank of America and buy off the lease through them by doing it myself. I emailed the honcho man himself, Mr. Murgado, to inform him of what happened. He responded via email also that he would have wanted to have his people correct the wrong they have done but I politely declined. After I said my piece to them, I even dismissed it, not doing a negative review of any sort. 2016: I now wanted to purchase another Honda vehicle and reached out to Mr. Murgado in the hopes of getting a good deal considering the unsavory experience I had years before. If they would like to earn their customers back, surely, they couldn't miss this time. I was dead wrong! After being assured of the "best buying experience" by the top honcho himself, I was subjected to an evidently unwelcome environment in the dealership. I was never shown the vehicle I was asking for despite multiple requests. Yes, I was actually dismissed nonchalantly by the salesman The reasons why, I can only surmise: 1. I'm financing thru Bank of America and refused to have them try to run my credit to search for a better deal 2. I asked for discounts which probably diminished their commission 3. Beats me! I'm just being a customer! After these 2 epic fail experiences with Brickell Honda, I wouldn't wait to say "three's a charm!" I totally gave up on them and I hope to spare all of you who want to have an honest transaction in buying your car. Although I wasn't able to get the Honda that I wanted, I landed in Mazda of North Miami, met Javier Valera who is probably the last of his kind. This honest-to-goodness salesperson listens to you, what you need and what you want. He is a far-away cry from the con artists in Brickell Honda. They deserve lower than a 1 star rating. First of all I came in to this dealership back in April / May. I was interested in a Honda S2000 that I wanted to buy but my credit was too new and I only had $3000 for down payment. They told me that they were going to find me an approval, which then they proceeded to send my credit application to more than 10 banks after I had left the dealership. I can only imagine how much that affected my credit. Their customer service is atrocious. Beware of their bad business practices. Don't buy a car here. These are the most dishonest of car dealers you will encounter. (If you could imagine that) If you do choose to buy a vehicle here be extremely careful with their hidden fees they pile on at the last minute. I couldn't figure out how the final amount was so much more than what the MSRP plus tax, title and plates should have been. It wasn't till I got home to examine the paperwork did I realize that their fast talking processor slipped in $995 on a misc. line for themselves. Shady switch and bait business practice. They advertised a cheap oil change on the website but they charged nearly double when I arrived and refused to honor the website price because I didn't physically print the website page even though I had the website pulled up on a mobile phone. Earlier in the year I came here for the Honda airbag recall, had them inspect the car and said they needed to order the airbag and would notify me when it arrived. They never called and said they had no recollection of my airbag order when I called them a week after my initial checkup. Overall, I would avoid this shady establishment if at all possible and drive the additional 30 minutes to give a more honest Honda dealer your business. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I think I need to itemize otherwise I'd write a book about this experience. I went in with a honda crv in mind and a budget of 220 a month. We decided on a blue 2007 with 52000 miles. 1) They started me around $15,500 and subtracted my trade in. When i checked the website on my cell, i saw that it was certified pre owned and listed for %14,331. I made them redo the calculations. 2) After agreeing to how much I would need to finance, Carlos tried to convince me that despite my credit score of over 700, because I had no 'real' credit, I only qualified for a rate of 8.5%. - BS, I prequalified for a rate of 5% with my credit union. He eventually dropped it to 4%. 3) We agree to a final price of my trade in, $1000. downpayment, and $250. a month for 60 months including warranty. I needed to sleep on it, so they told me to take the car home to test it out, and come back in the morning and decide. I figured why not. 4) That night it started raining and the wipers could not wipe the water off the windshield at all. They replaced the driver side wiper so i could see enough to drive... just BARELY. Everytime an oncoming car's headlights hit my windscreen i was temporarily blinded by the light in the water. 5) The next morning i took it for a highway run, then had a mechanic friend look at the car for me. He immediately noticed the front wheels had no tread remaining, and advised that I get them changed immediately. They were smooth. Back wheels were ok. 6) After checking the honda website, i saw that there was a 150 point inspection for all certified vehicles, and under minimum requirements were wiper blades must wipe screen clean, and tires tread must be minimum 5/32 inch deep. 7) I carried another friend with me to sign the paperwork for the car. I brought up to Carlos that the wiper blades and front two wheels needed replacing. He said that it'd be taken care of in a very dismissive way. I went ahead and signed everything, handed my downpayment, signed over my car, and even changed my insurance policy, as i was waiting for my car to be ready. 8) Finally, they tried to give me the keys without having changed the tires. I told them that as a certified pre owned vehicle, it was supposed to have a minimum tread, which it didn't. At that time i was told that my vehicle wasn't certified... it was PRE CERTIFIED!!! What on earth is that?! They said that to certify it would cost extra. 9) When my friend went to check the tires outside i got approached by 3 different ppl telling me that they couldnt change the tires, and that if i didn't take it, they'd just give me back my car. This after a total of 6 hours in the dealership. Of course I took back my car. They did not disclose mileage on a "new" car. (They were off by hundreds of miles.) They overcharged $2000 over the agreed upon price. The did not provide copies of all the sales documents I signed. Never called back when they said they would. Seemed ignorant of ordinary business practices. You can do better. read more

I visited Brickell Honda a few months ago when we had considered downsizing our current car. That visit went okay, though they low balled our trade in by a few thousand dollars and didn't seem willing to negotiate at all; we kept our car (a 2009 with under 30k miles). Fast forward to today, I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to service the brakes on our car. The flyer we received advertised that they now service Acura's at Brickell Honda. I called the first time and remained on hold for several minutes and eventually hung up. The second call was answered by a quaint female who took minimum info, asked no folllow up questions and hung up prior to me saying anything in response to her. Upon reading the reveiws below, I've made an appointment with Rick Case Acura to have our car serviced there instead. I found the car I was looking for at the right price last week on Autotrader.com. I called and was helped by a delightful young man named Sergio. He is not in sales but he helped me anyway. He went out to the lot to see the car to answer some questions about it that were not listed on the site. He called me back later to let me know that there was an error in the price and the car was selling for almost $4000 more than advertised. I asked to speak to the sales manager, Atif, and he adamantly refused to honor the price which was now a "computer glitch". He told me repeatedly he would not sell the car for the advertised price. This "computer glitch" had put in the wrong price for the car on Autotrader.com and on their own www.brickellhonda.com site. I asked for the name of his manager, Gilbert Mendoza, and had the hardest time getting in touch with him. About thirty minutes later when Gilbert finally did answer his phone he was rude, yelled at me and told me that I didn't need to worry about the price of the car or the glitch because all of a sudden the car was no longer for sale because it had been "sold" the night before. Even though Sergio and Atif had confirmed for me that the car was still available for sale no less than 30 minutes prior and Sergio himself had gone out to see the car for me. I told him that he was a bad businessman and that if someone at his shop had made a mistake he should have taken ownership of that error as the boss and honored the price instead of trying to give me a run around. He told me that he wasn't running a bad business and had the audacity of trying to offer me another car. Gilbert Mendoza has no respect for potential clients and hasn't the faintest idea what customer service is. He obviously has never heard the age-old adage, "The customer is always right." He lost me as a customer and I guarantee you that anyone that I know will learn that Brickell Honda is not a place to take your business. read more

My husband was in the market for a car. He found the vehicle he was looking for online at Brickell Honda. He drove down there and was unable to reach a deal with them. We followed up with them for over a week afterwards trying to reach a deal, but they came back with excuse after excuse stating that the vehicle had been sold, even though it very obviously had not (still on dealer lot for sale). When I called to ask if the vehicle was still available I was told yes and they wanted me to schedule a test drive. Once they determined who I was, they all of a sudden changed the story that the vehicle had been sold; I told them that they had just told me it was still available and tried to schedule a test drive. They said they'd call back and that was 4 days ago. Needless to say, we went to Autonation Delray Beach and had a much better experience. read more

I knew I wanted to lease a 2017 Honda Civic LX before I contacted several dealerships using internet sales links. At Brickell Honda, THAYS, from internet sales, contacted me. After a few phone conversations, she had the best lease deal. I went to the dealership and she had me work with ADRIAN SANCHEZ. He helped me find the specific car, went on the test drive, did tons of paper work, and made my new car perfect inside and out. But before I could drive, I had to sign. Worse crooks ever! They send people fake recall notices to bring you in, and then charge you for other "problems" they find on your car! I could not believe an official Honda dealership would do that, and that's the second time they do it to me. Conclusion: when you get a recall notice from them, always check the recall by entering your VIN on the official honda website, this is the only way to be sure if there is a recall on your car. These people at brickell Honda have no ethics, and on top of that they work poorly. Stay away. read more

Izzy assisted me on my first visit. I had to come back while the parts were being ordered and Sam assisted me. Both are very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with either of them. However, the one thing I don't like is that they won't service your car on a Saturday. Who has time to sit and wait for a few hours for their car? It's just inconvenient. However, if you do have to sit and wait, I think they could offer a better waiting area. Their coffee machine was broken when I visited both times. I've visited many other dealerships that offer a nicer waiting area, along with snacks and drinks. read more

Shame on Brickell Honda for charging $40.48 for replacing my wiper blades. When will I ever learn?

After getting quoted $85 for an oil change at another Honda dealership in the area, I decided to try Brickell Honda. I've since become a returning customer of two years and refuse to go anywhere else The customer service here is amazing. Ismael Acosta has been my service advisor here and i HIGHLY recommend him. I never feel pressured to buy any extra unneeded services like at other dealerships or car shops and I never feel overcharged for services. They're honest and very competitive with pricing. It is often busy here so it helps to make an appointment, but Ismael has still gotten me through when I walked in. The waiting area offers computers, drinks, and plenty of seats if you decide to wait for your car. read more

I made an appointment to have my oil changed on the morning of Christmas Eve. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The service staff was friendly and informative. I was offered a free coffee but I chose to walk across the street for a fresh cafe con leche in the Brickell Buick showroom. Best couple bucks I spent in a while. I have known the guys who run Brickell Motors for many years and their establishment is clean, their staff is attentive and the whole place is well run. I would definitely recommend them for servicing your vehicle. read more

I originally had a very bad experience at this particular Honda service center. I have owned Honda's for years and have always gone to the dealership for service because the quality and convenience was so good. However, my initial experience at Brickell was sub-par. They did not wash the vehicle on completion, they didn't check the fluid levels, I was not given a copy of my report, the blades on my wipers were never changed, etc. I was livid. I contacted the Honda service center and was told they were under new management. They were quick to rectify the issues that I had experienced. FIrst, they dispatched a porter to my place of business to top off my fluids. They then made arrangements to pick up the vehicle and run it through another inspection (replacing my wiper blades). They offered a free oil change, but I was at 90% so thus I declined. Next, they did a total detailing of the vehicle for free. I was very happy with the service that I received. I am giving four stars because my initial experience was 1 star at best. Also, the waiting center is rather bad (uncomfortable seats, loud, no wifi, etc). They also are not the best at follow up either. Still, the second experience was excellent for service. read more

SCAM! Went to take the car for an oil change. They took the car to the back for 45 minutes. They didn't do anything! The oil was black, they left the same oil filter on it, didn't check any of the fluids, didn't inform me that they were low - power steering, brake, radiator coolent. As some others have said, this place deserves negative stars. Not returning EVER. First of all, I made an appointment online and arrived right at the time of appointment. I was told by one of the guys out front that 'too bad, other people have made appointments too and we're behind' so I wouldn't be getting my car serviced at time of my appointment. It took maybe half hour after arrival for some service advisor to meet with me. Then the fun really starts. I let him know my car is a lease from another dealership and I was told at time of lease that all I had to do was follow the service reminders on the car and any Honda dealership can take care of the problem. I let him know I called in advance and got a price quote and also noted the quote on my online appointment. Of course, he didn't honor the price and said he had no idea what I was talking about. He gave me a much higher price and then told me about some nonsense 20% additional markup I had to be charged. For what? Again this a leased car, and while not new, is only a couple of years old being driven in normal conditions so I don't get why this car maintenance seems to be so difficult. The service advisor also seemed displeased to honor my lease agreement which includes the lifetime oil changes. When I got upset, he also tried to make it seem he was offering me huge discounts when I can see online coupons offering prices he's quoting, which aren't that great of a discount anyway. Now I'm paranoid they didn't actually service my car. I'm not sure they these people are called service advisors because there's no element of service at all. As an added bonus, there's no water or snacks available at the dealership...all of the other Honda dealerships I've been to have these small amenities. So I can't seem to find a single redeeming factor. read more

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30.. When I arrived they sent me in to an office where the guy was already assisting someone else.. When he finished with that as I'm still sitting inside his office the guy starts assisting some other guy outside of his office as I'm just left sitting there.. So I walk out because this was already taking way too long. I walk into another office to get assistance so I can get started. I finally an helped but I really am annoyed that I make an appointment at 2:30 and I didn't get out of there until 4:00... For an oil change..
