The product was open but never used because it doesn't work. But I have to say...genius work to have a store that you can not return anything at. That's the worst customer service excuse I've heard in my life. You should have a more positive return policy. I would never sell things and have a no return policy. It is unfair to the client that spends their money in your store. I could open a store and start selling broken things too and not let anyone get their money back for damaged items. How rediculous does that sound? Well that's kinda how I feel about your return policy and your customer service or lack of and your store guidelines. Then you're going to ask me to contact your manufacturer of rush. How rediculous! I didn't buy it from them. I bought it from you. If anyone needs to speak to the manufacturer it's you not me. Was there about a week ago or so to purchase a concentrate pen and they sold me on a Dr.Dabber for $90!! It's not worth the money at all it's a piece of crap!! I live a few blocks away from this shop. Went there with a friend yesterday to buy Hookah tobacco (shisha) and charcoal. I was very articulate and specific as to the types of coals I was looking for. Despite my efforts, she sold me something different than I asked for. I went back to return the coals today and she told me she would not return them. I am no expert, but I smoke a lot of hookah and I rely on the experts that sell me hookah products to give me their best advice. That said, I will never shop at this place again. Jessy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond for me. They have good rapport within the staff and management and customers that makes you feel valued and important. More importantly I consider them my friends and people who have my best interest at heart. Having been a customer there since the get-go over seven or eight years ago I actually enjoyed and looked forward to going here. The vibe is relaxed and everyone is fun and conversational. The customer rapport is also consistent with excellent customer service. I worked there as well and can say they have a great management and staff style that is very comfortable and everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. I leave knowing how to use so many features I didn't know about or learning how to do things myself that once gave me trouble. They gave me tips and tricks to avoid the same problem and the biggest bang for my buck. They also offer totally awesome discounts and promos so definitely enroll in the 5starmember program! I could even go so far as to say that even go as far as giving discounts to people who are spending a lot of money and are willing to take your situation into consideration especially once you've developed a long-standing trustworthy relationship with them. We purchased an item yesterday that the lady who runs the shop assured us was the right product and seemed nice as can be but when we found out not to be the right coals would not return them and had a terrible attitude. The most fun thing about smoke shops is their "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. I've never gone to another store and spoken in euphemisms to get what I wanted. Even if I went to a sex toy shop, I'd be like, "Hey, I'd like a set of anal beads" and not, "Hey, can I get that 'dog chew toy'... for my dog?" I smoke "tobacco" from time to time. It tends to help with creativity, and reality. I'm not a seasoned "tobacco" smoker, though, and even less so of an experienced head shop patron, so the first time I went in there I asked, "What's a good bong?" You know how in [terrible] movies or reality shows where a white person says something cheesily-white to a black person they play this record scratch sound? That's pretty much what happened. The old man was like, "Eh, heh, heh, water pipe" and touched his nose like he had this secret I wasn't aware of when I walked into a store with Bob Marley posters and way too many products making 420 puns. The first time I went, it was with my girlfriend. Neither of us are pros, so we had a lot of questions. The old man behind the counter (uncle of one of the owners, I believe) was nice, but his knowledge of the paraphernalia was about as extensive as ours. Dude is clearly a businessman, not so much an entgineer. What ended up happening was we got to Facetime with this guy's nephew, who wasn't there, and he told us as much about those "water pipes" as AT&T's shitty network would allow until the call dropped. We decided to research this stuff independently and go back one day. "Bong" and "research" are two words I never thought I'd string together in a sentence, unless that sentence was, "This bong is really hampering my progress on this research paper." The day we returned, we returned with a seasoned veteran. The old man was there again, but this time there was a woman who knew her shit. Our veteran discussed "tobacco" and the various methods of consumption. I was given a quick crash course on "water pipes" and ended up walking away with a $100 thing with a bunch of diffusers, moving parts, digital health monitors, and police scanner. The first time I went, old man was like, "We'll give you good deal." He held up to his promise. Not only are their prices already awesome, but they're receptive to negotiation. There are a couple of other smoke shops in the downtown area, but none of them are as good as this one, and not all of them cater to "tobacco" users and instead focus on tobacco users. It's conveniently located next to River Oyster Bar, which must be good for their business, and in the same block as Tobacco Road. They're also open late on weekends, which goes to show they know their audience. Pot. PEOPLE WHO WOULD ENJOY IT: Those with cancer, anxiety, eating disorders, glaucoma, general pain, muscle aches, gastrointestinal issues, and nausea. PEOPLE WHO WOULD NOT ENJOY IT: D.A.R.E. read more

No one offered any help on set up either, they just put in the bag and rang me up. when I went back to get it fixed they offered zero help or a insight. Upon asking for a return or an exchange, they just said tough luck no returns. In the past when I've purchased vape products from other places they stand behind their product or even offer an exchange. I've been coming here since 2013 but yesterday afternoon was my first time back since 2016 and it's truly unfortunate to see how things have gone downhill. Terrible selection, outrageous prices, and some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I walked in exclaiming how I was not leaving without a new water pipe and still managed to get some of the least helpful staff, including one young man who literally walked away to go help some one else without warning in the middle of our transaction. Wow what an amazing store! I enjoy exploring smoke shops to browse new items frequently, but was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection and organization of display peaces of the store. You know you're already off to a bad start when you have to pay a $10-parking deposit in advance, try to shop in under 20 minutes AND bring back a purchase receipt in order NOT to forfeit your deposit. What I guess no one has ever considered is that there might not be anything worth buying, and you might STILL have to pick up something small not to feel completely cheated out of your parking cash. Once through the door of this hipsterish smoke spot, your own thoughts are immediately drowned out by loud, EDM blasting through their speakers. Club life? Fluorescent lights and psycho-trippy posters set the stage for a stoner flick straight out of the 70's. These things normally wouldn't be so bad if you at least felt like the staff is knowledgeable. I've read reviews where people talk up the nice girls behind the counter, and while I can't say the one who came to "help me out" was unpleasant (she wasn't), she most definitely did NOT have a clue about actual shishas or its different parts. Every word that came out of her mouth seemed like that of someone who's been studying their training manual studiously since their hire date. Price points were the focus vs. quality of the hoses, bowls and pipes. She pointed out several shishas that were "very well referenced", though a quick search on Amazon rendered 2 very poor reviews with pretty horrible ratings for each. Overall, this feels like a posers paradise to do something cool no matter how ripped off they might get. Not impressed by this spot and wouldn't recommend any serious Shisha smokers to stop in. read more

Update: I heard back from the manager, Jessie, and she was extremely helpful. The product has great reviews and has good effectiveness for others but sadly not for me. There are gummies and dry fruit as alternatives since it looks like this brand isn't working for my body. I am going to try the dry peach CBD and see if that is better. I appreciated getting high quality service from someone who was very interested in helping me get what I needed. ----------------------- Bought CBD oil (Just CBD is the brand) from here for the first time and while the staff was friendly, the product tasted like pure honey and didn't have an effect. It usually buy from another place and another brand (Provida) so I know the difference. I called to let them know about my experience and they said to shake it well which I did but still have the same experience. It seems to be crystallized even after I put the bottle in hot water. I just want to have a quality product to sleep well :( read more
