I was looking for something to help my colleague stop smoking so I decided to walk over to Brickell Smoke Shop which is very close to my office. As soon as I entered I was immediately greeted by Nick who guided me through the overwhelming number of options. I ended up buying a Juul starter kit with a pack of mango pods. Stopped by the Brickell Smoke Shop last night to pick up some papers and had a very pleasant experience. A friendly woman named Summer assisted me with my purchase and was very helpful and kind. I felt welcomed, she wasn't stand-offish like many other smoke shops employees. The selection is good, however over priced in terms of pipes etc (hence the 4 stars) however their cigarettes are some of the cheapest I have seen and they have a large selection of vaping supplies and juice. Brickell Smoke Shop is the best. During this trying time of Covid-19 the shop stayed open for take out service with the same excellence as before. Even though there were a few people waiting, Gessy and Tina were great, patient and good natured. They came to the door with masks as did all who wanted to buy and ask questions at decent social distancing. They fixed my tank which I thought was ready to throw out, charged it with a new cable and filled it with new juice. Horrible service. They sold me a vape that was defective and blamed me for the defect saying I didn't give the machine maintenance. How is it my fault if the filters leak? Visited this place a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The building itself is painted with great artwork on the outside which makes for great photos for instagram :). The customer service was outstanding and unlike other smoke shops I have been to the staff is very knowledgeable. The woman who was assisting me was patient and taught me all about the "trippy sticks" and hookah sticks. I did not feel pressured I just felt like she was genuinely interested in helping me get the right product for me based on my needs. Although the store is not very big, it has a large selection from low end to high and products. There is of course a slight mark up compared to the prices I have seen online for certain things but that is expected as you are paying for the convenience. They also have a rewards program and if you sign up you get a FREE lighter lol can't have enough of those around. read more

I visited this head shop a couple months ago and decided to purchase a portable vaporizer while I was there. The staff helped me select one and their recommendation backed up my online research so I went ahead with the sale. A few weeks ago the vaporizer stopped charging properly, so I finally made it down to the store this afternoon to see if they could help me solve my problem. The girl at the counter was very friendly and began helping me as a middle aged man (I believe he was the owner) was ringing some other customer's up. As soon as he finished with the other customers he turned to me, asked me what was wrong, and then started looking around for a new charger for my device. He found one a few seconds later and handed it to me, told me to take it home to test it and return if it still wouldn't charge. It has now been a few hours and my vaporizer is fully charged and working beautifully! I appreciate how simple and quick the entire experience was and am very grateful to the employees for helping me out. *I overheard the owner telling the other customers that he is opening up another shop downtown this coming week!!! Crystina and Yesenia were awesome enough to suggest several top selling brands with the best quality. I personally go to smoke shops to refill my Juul. Me and my wife usually always go to the same one but a few days ago we decided to check this one out,me and my Wife we both live in Brickell but the Disrespect that was given was Inappropriate the manager Jesse assisted me after 15 minutes of watching me walk around the store looking for the right Juul flavor but suddenly she started asking me Personal questions infront of my wife mind you we just had a baby a month ago and my wife was next to me aswell so she started asking me for my ID and flirting with me infront of my wife which is very Uncalled for so my wife politely explained that she's my wife and that she felt uncomfortable and Jesse started to use profanity and started using lots of Loud Sarcasm towards her,ignored my wife and asked me for my number so at that point I didn't purchase anything and decided it was better to leave. As I proceeded to leave Jesse kept using profanity and humiliated my lady while she held my hand out the door. This is no way to run a business unfortunately never will I ever recommend this shop to anybody so please spend your money wisely. read more
