Plenty of parking in a lot behind the establishment. Restaurant is in a very nice and clean "small town downtown. " We had reservations and was seated within 15 minutes upon arrival. Inside was casual, quaint and everyone went above and beyond. For an appetizer, we went with the Margherita pizza, I had to get a French Onion Soup and for dinner I got the chicken parm with angel hair. Don't ask why, I was in the mood for it. The pizza was excellent. Fresh sauce and mootz. Slight crisp to the crust. We were all pleasantly surprised. The French Onion Soup was also done correctly. Properly seasoned and the perfect amount of cheese. The chicken parm was solid. A good portion of fresh chicken breasts. Sauce was solid. Perfect way to end the weekend. Don't snooze on this place if you're in the area!

It's fancy, But yet, casual. family oriented and very nicely set up. we both had the surf and turf. It was absolutely delicious. Pricing is reasonable and we didn't have to wait. The steak was cooked to perfection and so was the shrimp. This is definitely a place that we will visit again. Whether for a lunch or a dinner, if you're in the area, definitely stop by.

We walked in to an extremely pleasant pizzeria / restaurant / bar and were very well greeted and seated. You can always tell the successfui local shops by the amount of regulars that are here and jow well the servers know the guests. A very comfortable cool-calming venue that just makes you feel comfortable. Our server came over quickly amd gave us a few minutes to speak amoung ourselves and eventually order. There were threee of us and I did have an opportunity to sample all plates. 1 - Personal pan meatball pizza - Excellent. Plenty of sauce and cheese with tasty meatballs on a thin crust 1 - Mozzarella and tomatoes - A sizable portion easy to share of tasty mozz and ripe juicy tomatoes 1- Mozzarella, tomatoes with fried calamari. - Another excellent dish of mozz and tomatoes with the addition of a crispy-tasty calamari All the folks sitting around our table enjoyed their meal. My friend lives up here and this is a local shop for them. If I'm in the neighborhood, I would definitely feel comfortable enough to return KUDOs to the team at Carlo's Cucina Restaurant

So I called the next day and this staffer alluded to the catering pricing are changing but could not tell me in what direction or when. He told me to go online. Thank you, chief. Online mentioned nothing of the price change but you can submit an online contact request form. I have questions. I've sent in three contact requests and a week later - not call or email. Carlos has lost this catering bid and my business.

Love the potential!…read more As we walked in, we were thinking, "this a 5 Star gem in the land of Goshen." The groove of 70's music was playing at the perfect volume, the lighting was soft but not too bark. We sat in the round table in the back corner with a view of the entire joint! Everything thing was great, UNTIL, the cook received a FaceTime call from his girl five minutes after we sat down. FaceTime, without earbuds, which means, speaker at max volume the entire time we were there. (45 minutes) At one point, the cook needed to refill his water bottle to wash down the food he was eating while cooking our aged Prime steaks. ( the bill was $190) Still on the FaceTime call with volume on max, he cluelessly walked by our table. We were thinking the bartender and server would say something to him as he got water at the bar, but they were too busy making googly eyes and playing touchy-feely with each other to notice. Then, a manly gentleman walked in liked he owned the place with an adorable little girl and we were thinking this guy put an end the cook's call. Well, we thought wrong, it appeared the little girl was the bartender's daughter. When man and little girl left, the sever and bartender went back to giggling and touching as the cook rambled on with his lady on FaceTime. (side note, as with the cook, my wife and I both speak Spanish, but it would not be appropriate for us to share with you what their conversation was about) Long story short, our hopes were dashed even though the food wasn't bad. We can only imagine the beauty 5 star we would have written if we did not have to listen to a Novela with our meal.

The crust was crisp, buttery, fluffy, and perfect. The sauce isn't too sweet or chunky- it's delicious. The cheese is thick and stretchy and delightful. It was the best piece of pizza we've hAd in a long time... if not ever. No joke. I don't want to over sell it, but... it was pure magic. The beef empanadas were SO good, we had to get some to go. Deliciously crispy crust and just simple seasoned beef inside. My mother-in-law makes them with veggies, ketchup, and all kinds of stuff and they're very good, but these are simple savory pockets of meat that everyone loved, even our picky kids. The meatball parm hero was devoured. I'm really particular about the texture of my meatballs (gotta be like mom made them), but the bread, cheese, and sauce were again, perfection. The other two adults loved it all. We fed five of us for like $58 with a half a pie & 4 empanadas leftover. We thought it was very reasonably priced. On top of it, it had a very local, hometown feel with nice people cooking and serving. We have a couple of kids with an egg allergy, but they knew quickly what was safe. What they didn't now off hand, they were happy to research. I doubt we'll ever have reason to be in Goshen in the future (on trip to Legoland is enough for me) but not getting to eat this food again makes me sad. So I had to tell everyone else. Bon appétit!
