Hands down the most delicious food. Everything is very tasty and delicious. My favorite go to is their Eggplant Rollatine. It's always very tasty . They have amazing prices and the service is great as well. I would highly recommend coming here and checking out there small business.

We asked ChatGPT for a recommendation on a nearby gem in Monroe NY while we were visiting and it recommended this spot. It was delicious, everything we tried was tasty and fresh. Even the owner personally welcomed us to New York. The staff were nice and friendly and you can tell people regularly go here for lunch and dinner all the time. We went twice while we were in town and it was one of our favorite spots in New York. When we visit again we'll definitely be stopping by.

We were in the neighborhood and wanted a quick bite. This is just the spot for inside and outside dining. You can't go wrong with any of their pizza. Excellent ingredients cooked with love. The sauce was just right and the crust had the right crunch. The staff was especially friendly.

It seems like every time I get a regular pie it comes out wet. This place definitely has gone down over time because why do I have to ask for a crispy and not soggy slice of pizza.

My go to spot for pizza in Harriman... they're open till 10pm. The food is amazing, I recommend the grandma slice, which then you may order a whole pie. Service is friendly. Ambiance is nice and clean.

The best pizza in Monroe/Harriman. This is not up for debate. I once had a gramma slice prepared in a regular pie shape that was perfectly executed. It was foodie heaven right here in the foothills of the Catskills. Jimmy and Albert are the nicest fellas you could hope for in a neighborhood pizza/italian joint. Always smiling and laughing and bringing the good energy. I was so worried coming from decades in Brooklyn to live up here in the sticks because I thought my pizza days were numbered. Thank god Marina's delivers time and time again. Aside from the great pizza, I highly recommend the chicken and meatball parms. Sit down and watch the game for a bit as this neighborhood hub buzzes with the perfect vibe. Thanks for feeding me over and over again!

The food was really good and the service even better. The place was Lonely but got packed shortly after I arrived

This is one of those off-the-beaten path places that you once in a while are driving by and decide to stop in. So glad we did. Really nice old-school Italian vibe, great music on the stereo (Sinatra, Martin, etc.), pizza was excellent, and the food we ordered was tasty. Prices were also very reasonable. Surprisingly, the big hit was the broccoli with garlic. Had a nice white wine infused juice along with roasted garlic. The salads were great, especially the antipasto salad, and the garlic knots were some of the best we've had. We were not as enamored with the meatballs (had some on pizza and also a meatball parm sandwich). A bit bland, not much taste, but the texture was good. There's a larger dining room on the right-hand side when you walk in, with table service, or you can order at counter. The place was very clean. Our server was a great guy, very friendly, very attentive. Although it's a bit of a distance from us, we will definitely be making a return trip.

Garlic knots. One tiny claw shaped. One ribbon shaped. One seashell shaped. Again, no consistency whatsoever.

It's not something I usually order since I normally like to try specials or different pasta dishes, but it was the perfect choice. We started with the fried calamari, and it was easily one of my favorite appetizers. If you're like me and love the tentacle pieces, you'll be happy because there were plenty! It was fried perfectly, and the marinara sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it an extra kick. To finish the meal, I ordered the tiramisu, and it was the perfect ending. It was moist, rich, and soaked just enough to give it that classic tiramisu flavor without being overpowering. Between the delicious food, the extensive menu, and the overall experience, Cosimo's is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. There are still so many dishes I want to try!

I made a reservation at my husbands request. The reservation was for 6 -1/2 people (my granddaughter who is 11 months) at 5pm. I asked for a table upstairs and when I arrived they tried to sit us in the bar area. I informed the woman who was at the front I had asked for a table upstairs and her exact words to me were "ok bye" and she handed me off to a young gentleman (Harrison). That was the 1st mistake she made. He brought us upstairs and the room was very warm. We assumed it was because they hadn't turned the AC on but when we looked it was on 62. We opted to stay up there because by that time they had given away the table that they were trying to offer us. I am not exaggerating when I say we were left upstairs for over 40 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE. The service was EXTREMELY slow, even though there were BARELY any people there when we walked in. We are locals and we will never go back.

You can have it plain or with add-ons, sweet or savory. I prefer this over grits. I chose to have it with gorgonzola cheese because I live the tanginess and creaminess of the cheese. It came in a styrofoam container with the cheese cut in rectangular strips. You then have to mix the cheese into the polenta. The texture was nice and creamy with a bit of the grain from the corn. We paired it with an Italian fruit juice drink called Unico, which had a mixture of grape juice, apple juice, peach and pear puree. To me it tasted similar to prune juice.
