My girlfriend and I came in just to grab a beer walk in the streets of Redlands. Come to find out the owners of the shop are all best friends and mostly DJs. The inside is super cool decorated and vinyl records. The vibe is amazing. We got the chef special pizza which is a meatball pizza that was to die for everything is made from scratch even the ranch is amazing. Highly highly recommend will be back for sure. I'm not sure if they rotate their pizza flavors. Anyway, we ended up not getting any pizza from here. I would love to return and play skeeball the next time we're at RPM. Ok, this place is good!! Seriously enjoyed the swineapple pizza and the Italian chopped salad! The salad was pretty big and full of flavor and lots of toppings! The pizza.. was... amazing! The crust and cheese was the best part! So full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Saving the best for last, get the lemon blueberry cheesecake! I rarely ever get dessert at a restaurant but something told me to "get the cheesecake". I call it fate because the dessert was seriously so heavenly! A friend got the lemon bar which was also really really good! 4/5 stars because I don't think this place has A/C. They had fans blowing but it was still really warm inside the restaurant. We went on a hot day too (over 100 degrees) but still enjoyed the hour that we were there so it wasn't completely unbearable. read more

I would say that this is my favorite coffee house. I just wish the customer service was better. or maybe just different. they don't make ANY effort to get to know their regulars. I come all the time, they never introduce themselves or ask for my name or try to make it a more home feel for the customers. we could be on a first name basis by now but they all act like they've never seen you before, they only want to take your order and be done. its strange for a coffee shop. especially family owned. but whatever. i also wish they wouldn't nickel and dime you on every side of dressing you ask for. I come into Bricks & Birch and I am greeted with warmth and hospitality by all workers! My teenager is 100% vegetarian and will always go GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY FREE and VEGAN whenever possible and Bricks & Birch always has tasty options for her and Mom ;) Love their delicious homemade pizzas and their inviting attentive, atmosphere! You can not go wrong here. Friendly service, lovely environment. Great place to meet friends or just get some work done. Their coffee, tea, or stubborn sodas are delicious! My favorite is a macchiato or if you have a sweet tooth the carmel cappuccino is delicious. Definitely try their pizzas like the Thai pizza or their kale caesar salad- super fresh ingredients! Horrible customer service! The blonde girl at the front was extremely rude when we asked for extra ranch. Keep in mind, we all had different food orders -- three separate parties in total. My friend asked for two ranches, and she said no, that she had to charge for the extra one, even though she was told they were separate orders. Owners are refusing to follow California state law requiring face masks for all workers preparing food and dealing with the public, I only have seen one employee wearing a mask, also no notice on the door that masks are required for customers again in defiance of state law, we are int he middle of an Omicron outbreak here in California and the owners could care less about protecting the health of their customers and employees. read more

Specifically giving 4 stars as the service was not great. The teenagers working there were talking to each other and barely engaged with us. It seemed like they would rather hang out than be working at the shop. Just wish they were a little bit friendlier and had a little bit more customer service. We really enjoyed the ice cream and the tacos. The tacos were perfectly soft. It was really cool to watch, and they had a ton of different options for every craving. We had a hard time picking what to order since they all looked so good.
