Magpie, The Ron Swanson, BBQ Chicken
    Melanie B.

Came here for the first time with friends and we all ended up really liking our selections, like the Magpie, The Ron Swanson, and BBQ Chicken! If I came back, I think I'd definitely order another 12" pizza . The Matcha Latte with Lavender also became a favorite. And I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was with all our questions and the recommendations they gave , especially since it was our first time here. They definitely made the experience even more enjoyable and delicious!

Wow! What a great lunch spot. It was very comfortable inside and we got to watch the Redlands bike classic. The salad was fresh and crunchy and a perfect pair with the pizzas. The caprese pizza was awesome and the rocket man was outstanding!!!! Friendly quick service and clean restaurant and bathrooms. Super happy with our choice to eat here for lunch today!

I woke nearby and wanted some pizza for lunch. Happy to say my craving was satisfied! Not only were they fast they were reasonably priced and have a variety of items not just pizza. My husband had the jalapeno popper and I cannot remember what mine was called but it was delicious. We liked it so much we ordered a larger version of the jalapeno popper and a chicken bbq to go, for the house. The person who took our order was very nice as well.

Veggie pizza, 12", vegan cheese, gluten free crust

I've been recommended to check out Bricks and Birch by my roommate! I was told the Thai pizza was a must-eat. For my first time entering this pizza restaurant, I was struck by the amount of light that streamed into the open windows. There's plenty of seating as well indoors and outdoors. You can directly observe the oven and the flames by which pizzas are cooked in. I came in with the objective to find a good pizza for a potluck for my life group in graduate school. For the length of time it took for me to calculate how much pizza I needed and how much I was able to invest in, the staff were so patient and kind with me! In hopes to find a good vegan pizza for the group, I asked what they recommended and based on their recommendations I got the Veggie pizza, 12", vegan cheese, gluten free crust. It amounted to about $25, which is a bit on the pricy side for a 12" pizza. However, it was my first time buying a vegan pizza for friends, so I'm glad I got to try it for the first time here. They are also known for their vegan pastries especially the banana bread which I hope to try someday soon! They offered sample m&m cookies that provided the sugar boost for me to drive to my potluck. The wait time for the pizza to be made was about 15-20 min, around 3 pm when there weren't that many people. The pizza came steaming hot, and I can tell the ingredients were fresh. Sharing them with friends was a delight. I'm considering the higher price as partly an investment in the experience and presentation of the food - thank you to the staff who cares about these! The place is well kept and give me a sense of comfort. I want to give a shoutout to Adalaine for her exceptional kindness and patience with my confusion of what pizza to get. For my vegan friends - this is not a bad place to check out for some fancy pizza.

I had heard so much about Bricks and Birch's pizza, and am glad I finally got to try it!! The food and service here are both excellent, and I like how spacious the restaurant is. We ordered a custom pizza with tomato sauce, basil, butternut squash, vegan cheese, as well as the Triple B with tomato sauce, butternut squash, vegan (cashew) cheese. Both were delicious-- I highly recommend the tomato sauce and housemade vegan cheese!! I look forward to trying more pizzas next time!

    Maple matcha and avocado toast

Service here is always good! Always friendly and precise. As for the food, the avocado toast was just okay. It had a lot of seasoning on top and the avocado wasn't entirely ripe so it tasted kind of sour? The matcha was a little too sweet but still good! I go here often still but they just need to step up a bit on their breakfast food a little. Otherwise, still a solid spot!

    Burned Margherita pizza

Ordered 2 margarita pizzas online for pickup. When I got them home the bottom of the crust was burned black. Called and reported it. There was no explanation or remedy offered. I requested a remake and returned the original order. The remade pizzas were nearly as bad as the first ones. Attached are pictures of the crust of the remade pizzas.

Good pizza place in Redlands. They have a lot of creative pizzas that I haven't seen before like the Thai Pie. They have a really good selection not just from pizza but also baked goods that are huge. I would come here with a couple friends and even grab a cup of coffee since this place feels really like someone's dining room table.

It was our first time here. We ordered a Ron Swanson and a matcha latte. The pizza was literally so good!! Perfect flavors. Super friendly service at great prices. There's plenty of seating for larger groups too.

The vibes are top tier & thanks Nas to you and the rest of the staff for being so great all of the time. This establishment has some truly amazing souls that work there. Every time I've been and it's a lot, the service has been wonderful. I used to be a baker for many years and I'm hardly impressed with places because I either taste the cheap lack of quality ingredients or the lack of fresh ones. This place has neither. I taste all the flavors, quality ingredients and fresh ones too. I look forward to all the new things that'll come out and the summer Friday nights for "Deaux after dark" I've been to a few and have never been disappointed. 100/10 Mint matcha is my current favorite drink that you can get to go. Honestly, it's the best matcha I've ever had! 100/10 Ube seasonal was amazing. Breakfast savory and the pastrami are Epic! Tres leches is also one of my favorites. They offer apocalyptic teamster discount. They host community engagement events and have always been this way since day 1. Check them out on social media if you want to keep up with all they have going on.

Nothing about Deaux is a generic, this place is a Gem. I ordered the Olive Oil Salt, Protein Donut and a couple of minis. The flavors are delicious, well balanced and the store is gorgeous, minimalist and clean. Music was a little loud for 630am but whatever gets the staff motivated and moving I'm for it. Staff was plesant, patient and upselling. My tiniest critique was that the dough was a little spongy. Of all the things that have to go right on the daily for a business, for this the be the error is the best news. This is such an easy fix. It seemed like to me that the dough was either not proofed long enough or over-mixed, or if it's regularly this way possibly the recipe has too much egg. Or maybe this their signature! Either way, it was still delicious! Great job Deaux, will be back for more soon!

The moment I walked in, I was surprised by how quiet and cold the atmosphere felt. It didn't feel welcoming or cozy like a bakery usually does. Instead, it felt more like walking into an office waiting room. Unfortunately, the service made the experience even worse. This was my first time visiting in person, so I had a few questions about the different cake flavors. The girl with braces seemed impatient the entire time and kept trying to rush me while I was speaking. At one point, she even exchanged a smirk with the other employee, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I honestly didn't understand the attitude. In the end, I ordered the same raspberry cake because I completely lost interest in trying anything else. Ironically, this time the cake tasted way too sweet for me. I even tried eating it cold straight from the fridge to tone down the sweetness, but it was still overwhelming. Overall, the combination of the service and the cake not tasting as good as before made this visit disappointing.
