Upon arriving at Bricktown Brewery my hopes were high. I tried ordering 3 different types of beer but they were all out. Don't get me started about the service. We had two different servers, the first gave us water and just left and the second seemed to be on drugs. Pretty good craft brewed beer here. The Red is my favorite. They serve a meatloaf here called Big Mikes. If you order it in sandwich form it comes on incredible corn bread like bread. It sounds weird but it makes this sandwich unusual and delicious. The squeaky cheese starter is great for just sharing with a friend over a couple of beers. It is a large hard surfaces dining room and typically very loud when busy. This seems to be the norm these days which I don't particularly care for but I have gotten used to over time. They do have a large number of well placed televisions all throughout the restaurant which makes it a good place for a Sunday afternoon lunch with football definitely in the mix. read more

Skip the national chains and go to this Oklahoma favorite!!! I have been numerous times and everything I ordered from flat bread pizzas to burgers has been excellent. My Husband and I went for as a special occasion as it was my last day of Radiation and were very excited about it since so many people had bragged about it. The wait staff was wonderful! Even though our waitress was training a girl, they couldn't have been nicer! They were quick and courteous. I can't say that about the food though. It might just not be my cup of tea. I don't drink, so I didn't sample any of the beers there so I can't say anything about that either. I would give the wait staff 5 stars but the food a 0! Sorry won't be coming back! I like this place and I like the menu but the atmosphere and the quality of food seems to have gone down. My wife and I used to be able to split the pizza and a few beers but recently something has been a little off. The food was really good--especially the potato salad. Yumm! But we waited for an hour and a half and when we FINALLY told the hostess to take us off the waiting list she said our table was ready. So we stayed. But when we were taken back to our table we saw SIX empty tables! They were all cleaned and ready for customers. So with that much space ready for customers I really didn't understand why we continued to have to wait instead of being seated. I wonder how much longer we would have waited if we hadn't told them we were leaving? The food was good but not worth waiting when they could have seated us long before they did. OK- Had lunch here today- everyone is buzzing about having a new place in Owasso- Well the server was so SLOW- not attentive at all. I will say the app and food came out very quickly. The chips and dips were very good. I had a hamburger that had "4" slices of cheese on it. Well there was more bun and toppings on there than meat. It was ok, nothing to brag about. There were probably 5 managers running around doing nothing, or texting. Our drinks went so long sitting on empty I thought I would be done before I got a refill. None of the plates were ever removed, not even the empty app items. I finally had to flag someone down to take payment, and then waited 5 minutes unitl I was able to sign. read more

Had a very disappointing experience today. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and added the truck burger, which was supposed to be a two dollar up charge and a half pound patty with the best meat you could get. Received the burger, it was very obvious it was not a half pound so we assumed that we did not receive he upgraded Patty as requested. He said something to the waitress said she would send the manager over. The manager came over said he verified with the kitchen that in the back was the upgraded Patty but there was no proof that he even spoke to the kitchen or that we have the upgraded Patty. Patty was relatively smaller than the other burgers on the table which made it very confusing on whether we even received the upgrade or not. The manager was useless it was just a very disappointing experience. We could've went to Carl's Jr. and got a bigger better burger for cheaper. So my recommendation is to make sure you get what you request and make sure you get what you pay for. When requesting upgrades make sure that you get the upgraded item and not just your being charged for it read more

Only reason that I gave a star was because our waitress was nice... ordered nachos WITHOUT meat.. when we got them, there was meat on them. Manager came out and apologized, assured us that the new one he brought would not have meat on it. It came out with BACON on it, not even an option on the menu for nachos with bacon.. I called him back and showed him the several pieces of bacon/ pork on our "meatless" nachos. He took the plate and walked off. Not even an apology! !! Only explanation that I can think of is that they are using the same utensils for meat as for vegetables, HUGE health concern! Our first and LAST time there!! read more

Went for the first time today. Perhaps a bit more training is in order. The service was SLOW even though they weren't that busy. We got right in and were seated, drink orders were delivered promptly. Appetizers were delivered too close to the entree delivery. More time is needed to enjoy the appetizers, hence the name. Altogether not a bad experience but very rushed after food delivery, like they were trying to rush us out. The new wait staff needs to learn patience and learn how to observe from afar, not rush the customer or ask how everything is every two minutes. Price seems a bit high for the quality of food served. We dine out daily and we do have other choices. Chances are slim that we will return any time soon. Maybe after a few months we will try it again. read more

The Rustic Pepperoni Pizza is delicious! The best thin crust pepperoni pizza in Owasso. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of things and didn't hang over your shoulder like some or disappear after you get your drinks. The tables aren't crammed close together like at Hideaway. Some of the booths by the side exit look a little too close for comfort though. All in all, I was very satisfied with my experience there. read more

I'm from Collinsville,Okla. however I've lived in for CA. for 30 yrs. This type of Ale House is common for CA. In matter of fact, my area of San Diego is the Mirco-Brew Capital! I am a big fan of family Ale houses! Recently I have been excited to noticed Okla. brews coming up on menu in my local Ale Houses. Keep in mind I grew up in a small town, with a Church on every corner, people didn't drink in public! Oh but we did drink...while trying to keep quiet! Minus a fight, gun shot or all those other loud/stupid things young, drunks do! I have not been to OKla., in maybe 12-15 years. Last Oct. while visiting family/class reunion, my 87 yr. old mom, niece and our kids(5&7) all went to Bricktown in Owasso. I applaud this place, its beyond words!! I loved seeing my mom ordering a beer( samples) in public, the look on her face was priceless! The food was very tasting and the atmosphere was comfortable, we did go early to miss the crowd. To me it's not just an Ale House with great food but a noticeable change of the times. I'm sure this place had to fight to get establish and local beer producers are happy/willing to help assure it's success! I am very proud and excited of Tulsa's growth and development in every way!
