Have started going to Bricktown a lot more recently. As I have found out that after 3 the beers are half price(well bricktowns brews are). The pizza here is amazing and I def recommend it! Recently have tried the big plates option and shared with gf. Nice thing is they put the dish on two separate plates which is a nice touch. We sit at the bar and are often waited on by Tye. He is very knowledgeable of the menu, and recommended lots of items and beers. In the evening they have late night specials too. My husband and I went out for lunch today at a restaurant. I ordered a Cobb salad but was disappointed as it did not meet my expectations. The bacon was burnt, and the avocados had brown edges. I immediately sent it back to the kitchen and requested fresh bacon and avocados. While waiting for my new salad, a manager approached me but did not introduce herself or apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, she seemed agitated and informed me that the restaurant cooks the bacon all at once, and they cannot guarantee fresh bacon or avocados without brown edges. My husband and I were shocked by the manager's lack of professionalism. Finally, when my second salad arrived, it was FRESH. Go figure right? This was our first time here. We came on a Friday evening around 6pm. There was no wait for 2. We were greeted by several servers, and the restaurant was very clean, nice, open inside. The music was loud but not too loud you couldn't have a conversation. The drink menu has lots of options. Only had time for two. We ordered an appetizer the Dipping Trio. This was our first time to ever eat at this restaurant. We had been wanting to try it so decided to go for lunch. We arrived just before noon and were taken straight to a table! The restaurant was large, casual, and somewhat noisy with a bar in the center. Throughout our lunch our waiter was very attentive and kept checking to ensure we had everything we needed and our drinks were filled. Even brought out to go drinks at the end of the meal. The menu has several options including burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and some southern favorites! We ordered the boom boom shrimp, brewery burger, and the turkey bacon guacamole melt. The portions are large! I would recommend sharing an entree, I could barely finish half of my sandwich. The turkey melt has their thick cut sweet peppered bacon, which I highly recommend! Their sweet potato fries are also cooked perfectly, I will definitely order them as a side again next time! Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant to someone! We have had fried cheese curds before, these were the best. Gone within seconds. . We had the dipping trio and it was so/so. The cheese came out like it was already forming into a solid. The salsa was just ok, and the guacamole was excellent! . We had the rustic pepperoni pizza and it was divine! The pepperoni slices were spicy and had just the right kick. Pleasant surprise! In town to visit family and drove by this place - so glad we stopped. The vibe was just right, good energy but not too loud on a Friday night. Our booth was clean and comfy. We have heard so much about the Owasso location, and we have been meaning to go there, but we took too long...and they built a location right in Tulsa, Ok! Very cool! We stopped by here on a Sunday night around 6pm for dinner with my parents. We did not have to wait to get a seat, but there was a wait by the time we left, so get here early. Unless you like waiting, then get here later by all means! I'm still trying to be "healthier" in the new year, so I opted for the Yardbird sandwich with a quinoa side substitution. Sandwiches and burgers regularly come with house made chips, salt and pepper fries or sweet potato fries. Side substitutions cost and extra $1, which I would normally be okay with, but you're about to read why I was NOT okay with it. The food came out, the sandwiches looked great! Next to my good sized sandwich rested this tiny, elf sized side dish of quinoa. I just stared at it for a little bit, like really? a dollar extra for less food that you just scoop onto the plate? When our server came by, he asked if everything was okay. I let him know I felt that the extra $1 side substitution was a rip off for the tiny portion of quinoa I received. At first he tried to justify it, but I think even he felt guilty, so he brought me some sweet potato fries to go with my quinoa shooter. I also noticed another customer had opted for a lettuce bun with a side substitution. Her side was also elf sized, and the lettuce bun was just a piece of lettuce on top and bottom. Be warned, if you go lettuce bun, you are going to need a pile of napkins so you don't look like you had a fight with your dinner. The sandwich itself was really delicious! I loved the honey mustard BBQ sauce the put on the sandwich. The bun was toasted yet soft and delicious like a bready-pillowy-goodness. One downside to the sandwich was that I ran into hunks of fat and gristle. The up side of this, they actually used real chicken. Not the processed junk you normally see at places like Chili's. It's easy to see why this place is a favorite. They have decent service, and their main entree's feature fresh, quality ingredients. If it wasn't for the lousy side substitution and the fat in my chicken sandwich, i would have given this one a 5 star. We'll go back to try some other items for sure! read more

The last time I went to a Bricktown Brewery was around 7 years ago, after I was sworn in. The memory is faint but I remember being impressed. It is interesting to see them expand rapidly this past year into the Tulsa area, with now 3 locations. The one off of 71st street just opened this week and my beer loving Brother-in-Law was in town, so it seemed like a perfect opportunity to revisit. Despite it being opening week and around the holiday shopping season, the wait time to get seated at prime dinner time was only 10 minutes. The place itself is kind of small which makes it a bit loud, but not so loud that you can't have a conversation with your table. Waiting area is a bit small too, especially if they expect to get the type of business they had this evening. The offer a decent selection of beers on tap and in bottles/cans, including their own brand. Anything on tap can be sampled, 3 for $6.95, which is a great deal for some of the beers they offered. I chose to sample three of their beers, the blueberry ale, the stout and the kolsch. The blueberry was okay, nothing memorable, but the other two were fantastic. As for good, they offer an expansive menu: lots of interesting appetizers, burgers, sandwhiches, american staples like meatloaf, and pizzas. Everyone at our table ordered some type of burger. I had the breakfast burger, which was topped with hashbrown, bacon and a fried egg. I got the housemade chips as a side. Burger can be cooked with some pink or no pink, with the some pink coming out as a nicely done medium/medium rare. The egg was a perfect over easy. I didn't see a lot of bacon, but I could in terms of flavor it certainly stood out. I believe that it's a house cure. Service was fast and friendly. The problem with the space being a bit crowded is that there is not real room for them to maneuver. This unfortunately resulted in a server wreck wherein one of our burgers was dropped to the floor. They apologized immensely, had a replacement burger out within 3 minutes, and then comped us the burger. Great customer service in that department! I'll gladly be back, but not until the holiday mall traffic dies down. read more

We came here opening week. I had only ever been to the location in OKC, OK downtown. Which years ago, was totally different then the locations opening up in the Tulsa area. We came on a busy Friday night and could barely even get through the door but we only waited 20minutes. Once seated we wanted to try the beers brewed "local" or OKC area. We got to try them all for free we selected the red ale which was great. We also liked the blueberry beer but forgot the name of it. They're pretty inexpensive beers as well! Around $5. The watonga fried cheese curds, for starters, DELISH! It reminded me of when I was a kid and my grandma use to take us to Roman Nose State Park in Watonga....we would always buy cheese on the way home. The memories... For dinner- The man had the pot pie which was ginormous! The picture doesn't even do it 1/2 justice. He said it was great but kind of weird, it had mashed potatoes on the bottom of it. Different. But good. I had the Hatch Chili Chicken Sandwich. It was SOOOO good! and HUGE! Their portions are insane. The service was great, even for a packed house and we left with Super full Bellies. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c there were a ton of people with small children eating here. Maybe it's just me, but who brings their kids to eat at a place where the bar is the main spotlight when there are literally 100's of places to eat in Tulsa. I found it to completely change the atmosphere that was being aimed at here and it bothered me. Another thing that I witnessed while waiting to be seated - They do NOT do take out. The lady who came in asked if she could order food to go and the staff told her they could not do that. She said "I have eaten here before and I know what I would like. Why can't you take my order?"
