I decided last night to order a pizza, breadsticks and a pasta dish. I haven't ordered from them in a while because of how disappointed I was with their food quality over the last few orders. But since it had been a while I thought I'd give them a try. They do have good quality ingredients however the breadsticks and pasta was extremely bland( this was the problem I had before as well). I don't like it when I order $40+ worth of food, then have to add some toppings from home just to eat it. Why they are opening another location while they can't get the food right in the first location is beyond me. The pizza was fine, it's hard to mess up a pizza. But when you order something like chicken piccata you expect a sauce and some flavor? The staff was friendly but I don't think they are tasting things that they put out. We are frequent visitors and big time supporters of Bridge Pizza its our favorite place in town. We had hands down the worst experience last week with a server who had purple streaks in her hair. We are from a community where masks are not required and so we aren't used to wearing the and we were all wearing masks except my 9 year old. We had my baby, toddler and my 9 year old who is easily distracted (so a lot going on) the server yelled at my daughter to put on a mask, and snapped at her saying "if you're not going to put on a mask you need to leave". We then went and sat down after contemplating leaving because of her poor attitude. We were crammed into a small table and as they set the food down I placed my drink and Togo boxed pizza on to the table behind me that was reserved for no sittting due to social distancing. The server then walks up and grabs my stuff and says "you can't sit here." We said, we aren't sitting there there is no room to put it down so we set it there as I cut my babies pizza." Long story short we had the worst experience at this location and hopefully someone can educate purple streak girl on customer service. We won't be back To the Higgins location. The pizza is less than mediocre, Pie Hole pizza is better for the price. I was only a customer for the burritos but now that they took those off of the menu I have no reason to eat here. The only reason they have good business is their location-not for quality of food or customer service. They don't care about their customers. Upon arrival I was surprised at how busy it was and how small it was. I've had Bridge Pizza at work for a luncheon prior to this, but this was my first experience dining in. I must say, the pizza is absolutely delicious! They have pizza by the slice, but also employ a full menu with salads, sandwiches, specialty pizzas, as well as a large bottled beer selection. We went with pizza by the slice and breadsticks. The food was absolutely delicious but the service wasn't great. We finished our pizza before our breadsticks even got to the table. The waitress/cashier wasn't very friendly or helpful. She looked put out the entire time she was helping us. Delivery to my hotel was only about 20 mins, crazy fast. Oh and bonus, they serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I took a chance and tried the thai chicken soup. The chicken chunks were huge and great quality meat for chicken in a soup. Chopped full of red peppers and onions, this little cup had a mild kick and great seasoning. This place is our regular Friday pizza for lunch. Always a very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Great Caesar salad and we are able to order a pizza 1/2 and 1/2 of what each one of us wants on it at no additional cost witch is great. Very good flavor and always done right.
