Came here for a celebratory dinner wit the fam. We got the fish tacos and the lobster linguine. Both were fantastic!! Also got the mussels that were spot on with that broth! Service was great and quick. Got a beer and bottle of wine. Amazing ambiance very elegant. Highly recommend if you stop by to eat here.

We came here on a Sunday evening and were seated right away. Our order was taken quickly and the food came out fast as well. I ordered the seafood bouillabaisse and my husband got the gumbo. Both dishes were delicious and came with a good amount of food. Our favorite was definitely the gumbo. It was very flavorful and the sausage and shrimp were well seasoned. The inside is nice with a decent amount of seating options. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in as we were deciding on this place or the one next door. Saw the Lemon lobster linguine and Mom was sold that this is what she wanted. She was worried about smelling bad, but it did not the whole restaurant. We work quickly sat and got some bread for the table. Mom already knew what she wanted and I quickly figured out. I wanted to try the Sushi I thought about the ceviche, but it had scallops in it, and I'm not a huge fan of scallops. Our waiter was new but he was efficient. Our food was delicious and my mom took home cake for dessert, but she was too full. She wasn't even able to finish her meal. Overall great price for the food sizes. I thought the chocolate cake slice was a little small for the price. Mom just confirmed it was good!

I am really in between a three and a four but they don't allow us to add a half Mark. So far everything that I've tried at this location has been pretty good the Cobb salad is great and so is the clam chowder. Had a better pan roast at other locations so won't order this here. I definitely think they need more servers. They have a larger restaurant and when it gets really busy there are occasions that it is very difficult to get service.

Was seated quickly as I sat at the bar. The stools were high and kind of hard to climb on. The location was not so busy. Our server was nice. I ordered clam chowder and salmon. The clam chowder was creamy but not very hearty. It was served with crackers. The salmon was served with carrots and green beans. The was not very tasty at all. It was also extremely greasy. Had no flavor. The mashed potatoes had a sour taste abs they were brown with the gravy on the side. I can say it was extremely disappointing. Maybe the chef had an off night.

Came in on a Thursday for dinner. It's a seat yourself situation and then a server comes up to you. We ordered a bit of everything to try. The calamari came out hot and fresh. I wasn't too amazed with their raw oysters. Sushi rolls were a good portion and so were all the entrees. It is a bit pricey but I felt the size of everything matched. Overall, great meal and great service!

Absolutely the greatest service here. I had to order the oysters that were $1.50 each. The star of the evening was Vanessa who was our server. Food was excellent, and the restaurant was very calm and relaxing, perfect for a day of losing your butt in the casino. Vanessa was very accommodating, patient while we ordered our food and never rushed us. With the quality of the food and the service Vanessa gave us, top notch for its price. You cannot go wrong coming, ask for Vanessa!

Pan roast but almost gone! That good.

Craving oysters and this place hit the spot! Got the oysters, crudo, and the pan roast was so hearty. Oysters and crudo were fresh. Staff was super friendly and we are definitely coming back. Luis was awesome. Great suggestions, attentive and made our night. This place is tucked away, with a good amount of seating. Casual setting it cute date spot.

I had reservations for a party of 2 on Saturday at 7:30pm. I don't think they even looked at the reservation system because when we walked in I told the lady at the front that I had reservations, and she never asked me for what time, or for my name. She just said okay our table isn't ready yet and it would be a ten minute wait. The two parties (presumably walk ins) in front of us were seated before us. I don't understand the purpose of having a reservation if we aren't going to be seated at our reservation time. However, we were seated by the anticipated wait time of ten minutes, so at least they provided an accurate wait time estimate. The menu showed Blue Point Oysters, Kumiai Oysters, Scallop on a Half Shell, and two Oysters of the day: Sol Azul and Jumbo. Turns out Sol Azul was sold out so we ordered Jumbo and Kumiai at $4/piece. For entrees, we ordered the lobster mac n cheese for a market price of $45, a pan roast, and grilled octopus. To drink we ordered two Sapporos. Turns out they only have bottles and do not have anything on draft. Oysters: I found these to be pretty good. I also like that they labeled which oysters were which. In comparison to the Oyster Bar, I did like these significantly better. However, they do come with a hefty price tag. Lobster mac n cheese: The menu states that the lobster mac n cheese is a WHOLE lobster with cheddar lobster mac n cheese, but it was indeed NOT a whole lobster, and just a lobster tail. This was disappointing for the price point. I had seen prior photos on Yelp and the lobster mac n cheese used to come with more lobster, and I was expecting something similar for that price point. However, the mac n cheese alone was fantastic and I would order just the mac n cheese (no lobster) again in a heartbeat. The description is just very misleading. Pan Roast: I had high hopes for this one, but it just didn't do it for me. My partner thinks they used frozen shrimps, and I found the sauce to be pretty thin with muted flavors. Unfortunately, it does not compare at all to the Oyster Bar for me. Grilled octopus: I wasn't the biggest fan, but my partner who doesn't like octopus liked this a lot. He thinks the reason I didn't like mine as much was because mine wasn't charred enough like his was. I found my octopus to be a little rubbery, and would consider it more of an appetizer than an entree considering the size of the dish. However, that garlic rice that comes on the side was delicious! Lastly, we ordered the tiramisu. I remember this one being very good. It was very large, had a great coffee flavor, and a bit of crunchy textures inside of it which was very fun. One thing that I thought was weird was we were given the bill before the dessert even came out. There was nobody waiting for our table, so I'm not sure what the rush was. I reminded her that we were still waiting on the dessert and she said that she knew. The fact that it wasn't an oversight and she wanted to give us the bill before we had received our full order was just odd to me for a sit down dining experience. The bill was also very pricey. There are two different prices, a cash price and a credit card price. I personally felt the oysters, octopus, mac n cheese, and Sapporos were overpriced. Overall - I don't think we will be back. I did really enjoy the mac n cheese (without the lobster), as well as the garlic fried rice, but I don't think I will return for those two items. Getting the bill before our entire meal was delivered to us, not following a reservation system, and a misleading menu rubbed me the wrong way.

He spent a lot of time explaining the menu and answering questions. He never seemed to be in a rush and was on top of it. There were others constantly filling water, removing plates, etc. The service alone was impeccable. We loved the mushroom fries. The basil aioli it came with was fantastic. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. I was so full, but it was a welcomed, refreshing conclusion to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy. The food and service amazing. Can't wait to return here when in town next. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

We arrived for an early dinner --4:30-5p, & were seated promptly --about 5 min., as it was not too busy yet. The vibe was welcoming & friendly, & the ambience very casual & chill, in contrast & irony with the price point for most entrees. This is not meant negatively though: everybody knows fresh seafood is not cheap! Our server was upbeat & informative, explaining the structure of the menu & the all you-can-eat options. Unfortunately, that's where the positive feedback ends. We both opted for the AYCE snow crab, which is served in 1 pound portions in plastic bags. The crab clusters are swimming in whatever sauce is chosen to accompany the legs, of which there are several. You also pick a couple sides with each bag. For my 1st round, I chose the Cajun coconut sauce. Daughter chose the garlic lemon. The sauces were very rich, greasy & salty. There was too much of it, but also, the delicate flavor of the crab was completely dominated & overwhelmed by it. Butter seems to be the 1st ingredient in the sauces; I don't normally complain about butter... but it was SO much, & again so salty. Crab legs are a delicacy that do not require any condiment other than lemon & butter, in my opinion. We could've asked for the crab legs plain. They probably allow that right? But there is no simple lemon/butter option We didn't finish our 2nd bags for these reasons. I felt like I had consumed a stick of butter, & the flavor of the crab legs was lost in the sauce. I started to feel a bit queasy. For that 2nd bag, I chose the "all in" sauce, which is a mix of all the sauces. It wasn't distinguishable from the Cajun coconut. Regarding the sides, I chose corn & sausage w/ the first bag. (They are thrown in to the bag with the legs & sauce. ) Immediately, I knew the corn was a terrible choice. It was water-logged, & covered in sauce. yet flavorless. Over boiled. The sausage was OK: there was exactly 1 bite. We had fries & rice also which were served separately--not in bags. The rice was plain & boring, but that's steamed white. In this context, it was better served plain because again, the overwhelming sauce with the crab legs was more than enough for the palette. The fries were tasty: Crispy & had good flavor. Our service was attentive at first, but became a bit lax eventually. Nothing too bad though.... We had to ask to have our bucket, (for the shells & trash that accumulates during the messy feast) which was overflowing, emptied. I also had to flag down a server for refills on our drinks. It is worth noting that the first round of drinks,, (water for my daughter, Diet Coke for me) was fine: Water tasted good,, & both drinks were cold & refreshing.. My Diet Coke had adequate carbonation, which is not always the case at restaurants! Upon her first sip of the 2nd glass of water, my daughter's face scrunched up, & she looked appalled. She said, " Mom, taste this water. Something's wrong with it. It doesn't taste right. It's gotta be tap water or something...." So I did. I've lived in Vegas for 30 years & I've had all kinds of water here, including the city's tap water, though I don't consume it regularly. This was worse than any tap water I've tasted in any city. I don't think it was tap water--at least not the kind that comes out of my tap at home. I don't know what it was. Dirty dish water or dirty fish water? It was not consumable. We asked for a replacement & received drinkable water once again. We both decided we would not return to Crab 'n Spice. The water was a one-time fluke I'm sure. Even though the service fell off a bit over the course of the meal, it was not below-average, & I liked the friendly server. There's only one reason we will not be patronizing the restaurant again: Sauce. Too much. Too greasy. Too salty. The check was a bit more than most everyday family-style restaurants, but it was not unreasonable considering we both had the "AYCE" crab legs. In fact, it was about the same as what we would've paid for 2 entrees & side almost anywhere. So price is not a factor in not going back. We had a good time and don't regret going. We had to try it out. Based on the crowd that was there by the time we left, we must be in a minority in not savoring the saucy meal style. I would have given 3 stars but the nasty water served to my daughter took away a star.
