You should order the Salmon Mount (10/10 excellent!), Spring River Roll (8.5/10), Out of Control Roll (8.9/10), and Show Me Kiss Roll (8.8/10). Soft shell crab was not good. The fried Japanese spring roll was probably frozen and tasted like it was from Costco. Don't order it.

Found a new favorite sushi place in Summerlin! It's conveniently located near AMC Rainbow, so it's perfect for a meal before or after a movie. The people working there are really nice. The shop itself is on the smaller side, and I like how the mirror walls in the store allow you to watch TV even if you're not directly facing it. The restaurant is located in a quiet plaza with plenty of parking. Our first time there, we ordered the Sushi & Sashimi Combo A and the Fantasy Roll - both amazing!

This place is accross from our neighborhood. Been meaning to try it for a long time. And this place did not disappoint. It is a family run place and the folks were very warm to their guests. We ordered a tnt roll, a mango roll and alaskan roll and a tuna, salmon and yellotail sashimi. The food was great. This will be our new go to Sushi place. Keep up the great work Dojo Sush

We will definitely be back to this place! Parking was easy to find. The bathrooms were very clean and the restaurant itself was very clean. It was quick to get a seat so we didn't have to wait very long and we had five people. We went at 12 o'clock and they had opened at 11:30. And they were all very kind and helpful. The food itself was really good too for the price especially. We did the lunch Bento that were about $13 for the chicken and $14 for the pork Katsu and $16 for the salmon teriyaki. It came with miso soup and a salad and rice and rolls and Gyoza or you can substitute it for a vegetable spring roll if you don't eat pork. We also got a plain udon which is about 11 or $12. So the prices were pretty normal to what you would see other sushi places. But my dad said the pork cut really good and my salmon teriyaki also tasted good. The portions were really big for the bento, so really filled up. My kids shared it and they didn't even finish it! It also wasn't too loud in the restaurant they had music playing in the background, but it wasn't distracting . We definitely recommend this place out here in the area.

My beef bento box was good other than the very tough steak. Unfortunately that was the main reason I ordered it. Salad was very fresh with a great dressing. Miso soup was hot and delicious. The tempura was good and the California roll was decent. I would skip the steak if I come back for sure. Service was very nice and the restaurant was warm on a very cold evening.

Stopped by since we were in the neighborhood and wanted Sushi. Service was good and the restaurant is not that big. Food: Spicy Tuna Roll Shrimp Tempura Agedashi Tofu Chicken Karage We had a roll that I forgot what it was called but it was good. The food was delightful. The karage was tender and had a good flavor. The shrimp tempura breading was also tasteful. The Sushi (tuna) was fresh and we enjoyed both rolls. I would highly recommend if you're in the area.

    Sushi boat was really good!!!

It was quiet and the fish was really fresh. My husband and I enjoyed sharing the sushi boat and it was enough food for the two of us. We will definitely be back.

We had no wait time got seated right away, The decor was very Japanese. Very quaint sushi diner has only 9 tables in all. We ordered the 3 roll combo a Dragon Roll, Eel Avacado Crunch Roll and Casino Roll. Chicken Karaage and Unagi Nigiri. The fish in the sushi was very fresh, unagi made perfectly it was still warm, unfortunately I was'nt to kine on the chicken Karaage it was alittle over fried and dry. It has a very large menu for non sushi lovers. Salads, Noodles, Curries, appetizers, Rice dishes, sashimi, bento boxes and drinks. We will definitely return to try other items.

Every item was ultra-fresh. Hot when hot and cold when cold. I would order something and just a minute or two it would come out. This was even with an 80% full restaurant. Even more impressive was that hot items came out very, very quickly. Matthew, my server was a cool laid-back guy who was super attentive. Everything he recommended was great! And he checked on almost everything I ordered! Something else impressive was how quickly they clean cleared and reset the tables. It was a team effort. Everyone who was in the restaurant serving or busing helped replace the items on the table. It was very cool to see. I have to mention Cassie, the first and last person I talked to. She greeted me at the door with a happy smile, asked if this was my first time and kindly recommended a lot of wonderful items when explaining the menu. On the way out she thanked me for coming. The space was simply but well decorated. They picked a great upbeat soundtrack for midday. It was a wonderful meal all around! I'll be back for sure.

Also, during our meal, a woman had to be carried out by paramedics, which was quite unsettling. Next time, we'll probably choose another AYCE sushi restaurant that still offers a military discount. There are plenty of great options that appreciate and continue to support military members.

We decided to sit at the sushi bar, which turned out to be a great choice. It gave us the opportunity to interact with the chef and watch him prepare everything right in front of us. You could immediately tell how talented and experienced he was just by watching his knife skills and the care he put into every dish. We started with the Albacore Tuna, cut into six beautiful slices. It was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths. It was so good that we ate it before we even thought about taking a picture! I ended up finding a photo of it on TARU's website because it deserved to be included. Next, we had a Salmon Roll, and then we decided to put ourselves in the chef's hands and asked him to make us a Chef's Surprise. He prepared a beautiful plate featuring four different types of fish, and this time we remembered to take a picture! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. To finish the evening, the chef surprised us with a dessert of fresh oranges with a touch of liqueur. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. What really made the evening memorable was the combination of excellent sushi and the personal experience at the sushi bar. Our chef was cordial, engaging, and clearly very talented at his craft. Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted.
