I work at Kaiser and decided to try this place since it was doing a trial to open during lunch and it was such a disappointment. First, we walked in and no one greeted us or acknowledged us for about 10 minutes. Our food came out fairly quickly, that was the next disappointment. Food was incredibly bland and it was pretty much just a bowl of Kale with a few pieces of overcooked cauliflower. I went with another colleague who ordered the same thing and he also agreed that he would never return. There was only one other table, it was quiet and overall disappointing.

We had come for trivia night Wednesdays and I was so surprised that it was such a popular event, the place was packed! They have a good selection of beer and food. We tried the hot honey pepperoni Detroit style pizza, although it was good but at $28 it was a bit pricey for such a small pizza. The tasting flight was $16 and you get four tasters which I thought was reasonably priced. Good service, great atmosphere, everyone really seemed to have fun! If trivia is not your thing they also do other events such as tabletop Tuesdays or musical bingo on Thursdays.

We stopped in on the way to Santa Barbara. It's tucked away in a nondescript business district where you wouldn't necessarily expect a brewery. Inside is super cute though and they have simple board games for the kids. You order right in the room with the beer bars right behind. We were able to try a few beers before we settled on one we liked. The girl who helped us was very nice and patient. Helped that the place was pretty empty around opening time. Food itself was just fine. The salad portion was smaller than expected. More like a side salad size for an entree salad. Pizza was good but pricey compared to Blaze. Wings were meh. Overcooked and not that juicy. A lot if items weren't available in the menu.

What a fun space! I love that they have plenty of games and trivia as well as other fun events planned throughout the week. My son had a great time here, the pizzas were tasty. I really enjoyed all of their dips and sauces, very flavorful and a great addition to the pizza. The pizza is bar sized, More of a snack than a full meal. I love that they also have monthly specials so that there is always something new to enjoy here. Very friendly and great service, plenty of seating and the beer is of course delicious as well!

Our favorite time to visit is on Thursday for music bingo! The ambiance is so fun and a great time to hang with friends new or old. The food is delicious and has a Mediterranean flair. You walk up to order your food and it is brought to your table efficiently.

Very spacious and clean brewery with a simple touch to it. The food menu was different than your normal brewery type foods but not overwhelming. I ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich and fries with the whipped garlic. They were both delicious and would come back just for the food. I'm not much of a beer girly but I had a tropical beer. It was good if you like a light beer. We ended up staying to play trivia which was actually pretty fun. My team got second place.

I had such a wonderful and fun time here for my baby shower last September. I was recommended this spot from a friend who said it's a great-sized venue to hold events for her roller derby team. The location is in the industrial side of Ventura where there's ample parking and there's hardly any crowding on the streets. I was in communication with the event coordinator and manager planning this baby shower in 3 months in advance. We signed digital contracts, put a deposit down and made sure there were enough chairs, tables, and space for our event. We opted for the banquet food to feed our party and drink tickets for alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. For up to 60 guests, we had the dining room and the solarium, which were the perfect amount of space to accommodate everyone and have a photo booth. Service was great making sure all the foods & drinks came out and set up was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas and the choice of drinks from the drink tickets. We played a few baby shower games and held a diaper raffle. I highly recommend this brewery for another large event because it's also very family-friendly, which our guests were welcome to bring their littles ones :) Only thing out of control was the very hot weather that day and it was hard to stay cool inside. Thanks again, Bright Spark Brewing! :D

The food here is so freaking good. From the burgers to the pizza to the salads to the wings. All are a great choice!! It's a very family friendly brewery. The beer is ok. Not my favorite but still good. Service is always fast and pleasant. They also have a good selection of drinks other than beer.

We decided to stop here to sit out some of the rush hour traffic. It was a great decision, we were here for an hour, but only arrived at our destination 30 minutes later. The place is super nice, and even allows dogs inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and a Cesar salad with chicken. OMG, that chicken sandwich was amazing!!! They don't call it a Nashville Hot, but they easily could and it would be one of the best I've had. The Cesar salad was really, really good too . Pretty sure they make their own dressing. The beer was also pretty good. If you are in the area, you have to stop in here.

The Honey glazed pizza was delicious. The service very good. The new brewery is really spacious. The two drinks we got was perfect for the season cherry sangria, and the meniscus pineapple sangria. I enjoyed the experience If your in Ventura, come by and enjoy the experience as I did. A gem revealed in retrospect.

We had tea party for our 5yo birthday and everything was great! Kendra was definitely accommodating and the whole crew was there for us when we needed them. Food n drinks were great and the kiddos had a great time!

I came here for a Yelp event and I have been wanting to come back ever since. My hubby asked where I wanted to go have lunch today, so said we should go here! It was definitely a great choice. I had their Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, my hubby had their double Smash Burger and my kids shared a Pepperoni Pizza. Everything was delicious! My husband said that had to be one of the best burgers he has ever had. I had already had their Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza and I loved it so much I had to have it again! This time I ordered it with Gluten Free crust and it was just as delicious! My husband also ordered a beer flight and really liked it. I tried their summer time special drink "Watermelon Sangria" and it was very good, tasted just like watermelon. I love the space and how spread out the tables are. My kids loved that they have board games that they can play with. Service was good, we ordered at the register, we got a number and our food was delivered to our table. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

    The pizza was excellent!

Beer? Wine?? Pizza??? And shuffleboard???? STOP!!! Nobody dare pinch me! Don't even think about waking me!! Because if this is indeed a dream, I don't want to be woken up!! I've got a Shine West Coast IPA in my right hand... An Ultraviolet Cabernet in my left hand... There's a slice of Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza dangling from my mouth... And I'm about to win my 8th straight game of shuffleboard against... Wait, Am I playing against Taylor Swif... OUCH!!!! Who. just. pinched. me???? I was just about to go give her a hug. Alright Lance, You Need To Calm Down! Shake It Off! This Love Story would have never happened... not even in my Wildest Dreams. ;) Alright, back to reality.. Wait! You're telling me that there's still beer, wine, pizza & shuffleboard all under one roof? Well go get us a drink, grab us a slice of pizza and let's go play some shuffleboard!! ------------------------------ During a recent visit to Bright Spark Brewing in Ventura, we were celebrating a friend's going away party and this venue provided the perfect atmosphere for the get together. A private space was reserved for our party and it was such a great experience. A solid selection of different types of beers, wines, seltzers, Kombuchas, Micheladas, Sangrias and Non-alcoholic bevies are available to wet your whistle. I know I mentioned pizza earlier and I stand behind you getting yourself one when you come, but know that they also have wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and some great bar snacks as well. The vibe of Bright Spark Brewing was chill. The drinks were good, the food was excellent and the space inside is welcoming and enjoyable. Great place to catch up with a friend, meet up after work or celebrate a special occasion with your family and/or friends. All I know is, we will definitely be back for sure! Just remember, if you invite, you should at least buy the first round... Don't be the Anti-Hero cause Karma knows you All Too Well. Look What You Made Me Do! Are dogs allowed?

Yes well behaved and leashed dogs are allowed inside. I came January 2024 and dogs were allowed inside with no issues. But all doggies I saw inside were well socialized and "goodie" boys and girls :)

    Lots of tvs for football?

    There are two TVs, currently.
