I have never stayed here before and I am so overwhelmed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff too. This place has everything I need and want. It's convenient to the boardwalk so I can power walk and exercise and close to shopping at Rehoboth too. I am thrilled I came to stay.

I love my stay here and thought that the price was right considering how clean the rooms were, the location and the amenities. A few girlfriends and I decided to stay for a weekend. We had a double room with pullout sofa bed. There wasn't a kitchen but a mini-fridge, a sink and coffee maker. You know--the standard of most hotels. The rooms were super clean and I can't remember a time when the cleaning staff wasn't outside our door. Stalkers? Maybe! The elevator was TINY so have some patience or use the steps. Location was primo. We were just in the right place. It's away from the Main Street shops/bars (noise) but right around the corner to stumble "home" or go get food. The beach is about 4 blocks away and FREE. They had supplied beach chairs. Parking was only for one car, otherwise it's a little difficult so call and ask about how to buy parking passes through the town. Forewarning---cops def ticket people.

Sooooo let me start out by saying I don't complain about much... what I don't like is to be called a liar and that's basically what the manager, Chad at Brighton Suites Hotel did today! I opened up the pull out sofa and this is what I found last night at 11:00pm!! Look at the pictures... I found it just like that... dirty sheets, dirty diaper Before I go further: I didn't go down or call immediately because I was so pissed I would have lost my shit and needed a place to stay. Our room was a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa in a separate room. My oldest was going to sleep there. What I did do was go directly there at 7:00am and told the front desk, and I asked that the manager contact me. He didn't contact me right away, so I went back hours later after checking out. He comes out, and tells me IT'S IMPOSSIBLE that this happened. He tells me his head of housekeeping triple checked that room. Well whoever they are, they should be fired. I don't go staying at hotels with a f***ing loaded diaper to save money!!! I told him I wanted half my money back and he did do it but proceeded to tell me... "here I don't want any problems!" I just don't get it! How or why would I make this up??? I've stayed at this hotel once before and had a great time. I just wish he would have done a better job with his customer service instead of saying IT'S impossible. It's like a slap in the face.

Gross. As soon as we walked into the room there was a thermos style water bottle on the tv stand. I thought since we just passed housekeeping maybe they just forgot it. So I sat it outside in case they came back for it. They knock on the door 5 min later asking was this mine? Gross. I proceed to the bathroom to find a dirty sock under the vanity as well as the little foils on top of the toiletries. Yuck. I go down to the front desk to ask for towels for the next day simply because I was on my way to the parking garage (which has large holes and leaks in the ceiling). I explained what I had found and the front desk said we'll send a basket full of towels and new toiletries up. I reiterated I was here for towels bc I prefer to not have cleaning services throughout my stay (anywhere). Next day a basket full of towels outside the door. Sigh. I leave and come back 4 hours later and my bathroom has been straightened up. Not living area nor bedroom area. I specifically had the sign on the door and had already received towels. No manager on duty as the the next days front desk said they come in at 9 and kind of come and go. So gross and rude. Go to the Avenue at the inn Avis's the street. Hopefully I can add pics to this review.

Spacious rooms - all are suites, obviously. Very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and Main Street. Super clean and generous with thick, fluffy towels and quality bath items. Third floor has a nice pool and rooftop patio with lounge chairs - basic and not aesthetically appealing but good to have available. Hotel also have free beach towels and large rain umbrellas for guests. The decor is a tasteful art-deco-ish style which works. Convenient market and restaurant below the hotel, at street level. Free indoor parking garage in the building - super convenient since everything is within easy walking distance. First time visiting Rehoboth Beach. The stay at this hotel is proving to be pleasant.

I know what to expect from this hotel after reading others reviews but still hoping that we will be assigned to a much better renovated room than what we had. I could tell our bathroom and bedroom were totally refurbished but so happened being the most adult ( unluckily a reviewer) for the party of 6, we stayed in the living room and used the couch sleeper which honestly was not comfortable. Blankets were old, pillows were small and the carpet was grossed. I will appreciate more of the desk if they provided a pad and pen to use and a closer outlet in the section for high technology gadgets that everyone nowadays are carrying. I like their small kitchen. Happy with their refrigerator size. Perfect for family who loves bringing food although we did not use it much except for storing left-over foods and few bottles of water. We got the chance to use their pool twice. On Saturday afternoon, it looked like it was never cleaned. But then on Monday morning, luckily we picked the right time, it was freshly cleaned. The sundeck next to the pool has view of the streets. Nice place to relax and to enjoy the smell of the next door's "All day breakfast serve" restaurant. Our room were on the top floor and every time we passed by the hall , we have trouble breathing, it has very poor ventilation. The following are pluses of the place: Free parking in the basement. No need to worry leaving the car overnight. Free beach umbrella, chairs and beach towels. One block away from the beach. Within reach the enjoyable main strip. They accept late check -in and could hold your luggage for a late check-out. We went on a busy summer long weekend. I think the price we paid was a ripped off for what we get. We could have gone to a better place !

We stayed here for a short family trip with our toddler and enjoyed that proximity. The hotel has on site parking which is convenient and included in the room cost. It also has a few spots reserved right near the lobby entrance for check in we didn't know about in advance but you do now. Due to the proximity to the beach, we were able to get on the beach very early sans crowds, see the sunrise, go get breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, walk part of the Boardwalk, then go right back to the our room to clean up and take a nap. The convenience where your money is going if you opt to stay here. I would say that the front desk service is just ok, esp when you're paying pretty handsomely to stay here. For instance, the hotel advertises that you can reserve umbrella/chairs with a 10% voucher so I called from our room, spoke to the same male receptionist twice then the next day made our way to the receptionists in the lobby. The lady I spoke with proceeded to ask me if who I spoke with. I normally try to remember names but this particular one had not identified himself and I had made the last minute judgement call not to ask. When I asked why that mattered, she said we were supposed to pick up vouchers in the morning. Nowhere does it say that nor did the male receptionist mention this the two times I called. Nor did I understand why that mattered since we only wanted to use the umbrella/chair for less than two hours late in the day. Finally, she proceeded to look for the umbrella and chair vouchers. Even the box labeled "chairs" only contained umbrella vouchers. So basically what was supposed to be a 2 minute endeavor turned into a much longer one. To top it all off, no one was manning the umbrella/chair stand at either of the two kiosks we tried so after we spent a short time on the beach we asked for a refund with the lobby receptionist on our way back in. That employee we spoke with offered zero apology for our inconvenience or anything like that. He gave us an absolutely deadpan look then said he'd refund the charge. I'm glad he did but again, for the price you're paying for these rooms, you'd expect a bit more customer service. There's a vending machine in the lobby for which you can use your credit card to buy stuff like bottled water, wipes, sunscreen but we found a nearby convenience store (RB convenience on Rehobeth Beach) within pretty easy walking distance where the water was in larger quantities and cheaper. The restaurant and pool on site are convenient although the pool was out of towels a few hours before they closed and those were not restocked although I did see an employee bringing over towel disposal bin for used towels. Overall, the price you're paying here is for proximity and convenience, not for the customer service. The interior is a bit dated (hallway carpets could use some freshening, etc). Our room did have a microwave and mini fridge although the website only advertised it having a mini fridge. I recommend staying here if proximity and convenience are what you prioritize.

We got a spot there and never moved the car until we checked out. It was actually preferrable to us to have it below ground and protected from the elements - and also from non-guests who might otherwise vandalize. Our room - oceanview - was absolutely oceanview. The only bummer being we overlooked the pool - which was always PACKED during the day (and noisy). However, we did have a lovely view of the beach. That worked out great as our last evening they had some life guard competitions on the beach and we could see it better from our balcony (2nd floor) than we could from the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out of the room. We were able to rent the beach chairs and umbrella through the for a 10% discount. We got passes we presented to the actual vendors. I highly recommend you go down before 8:30 am and get the vouchers to stand in line at a vendor tent at 8:30 when they open - to avoid long waits and get a good spot on the beach. The room itself was fine. We had 2 double beds. Linens were clean but the towels were not the best. They looked new but were not soft. Room had all the basics - large fridge, microwave, coffee machine (K cup) and OK sized TV with pretty good stations. They have a restaurant on site as well as a little coffee shop. Nothing is free (no complimentary breakfast). We packed our own stuff so we were all set The room was pretty quiet and fine for sleep. I think the only downside was the price. Costs are so much higher this year or maybe here - compared to what I paid prior years for other beach boardwalk oceanview rooms. The boardwalk was decent. A fair number of classy restaurants for us to pick from. Prices were high but perhaps that's the area. They had cheap food, too - as well as souvenir and beach shops. All in all, the hotel was exactly what we needed. A good location on the beach with everything we needed without having to drive anywhere. I found this place to be better than some of the reviews I read prior to booking over the winter. But we usually find places acceptable and more like the positive feedback than the scathing reviews. I recommend this place and would most likely stay here again - as opposed to the limited other options we saw in the area. However, this is not our favorite boardwalk so we won't be back. Our favorite is Wildwood so that's we're were headed next now that we've tried all boardwalk beaches.

So when I booked my own trip to Rehoboth for the first time with my girlfriend, RGH was definitely on my radar. There are so many cute little nooks around the house to eat or hang out in. And if you're worried about sharing a bathroom, don't be -- they were so incredibly clean, and I only had to wait once. They have an indoor pool and sauna, and an outdoor hot tub. Our hotel room was quite large, with a huge flatscreen TV, a work desk, a king-sized bed, a sofa, and a coffee table. The in-room Wi-Fi and the satellite TV worked great. The bath was on the smaller size, but it looked brand new. The shower had plenty of hot water and the only nitpick was maybe the pressure from the rainfall style shower head could have been a teense more forceful. We had a nice private balcony overlooking the street and their street level firepit and seating area. The overall location is great, just a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach and within hundreds of stores and restaurants. The daily breakfast was stellar -a bounty of pre-made omelets, Sausages, Baked pears, Cereals, Oatmeal (with mix- ins like nuts, chocolate, granola, seeds, coconut), Pastries, whole and cut fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, hash browns, and ham slices. Our off-season rate was a little over $100 a night, quite a good deal for the hotel's luxury and services. Guest service was excellent at every encounter we had.
