I've been coming to this location for years for routine maintenance and trustworthy customer service. They have great price transparency and have often been able to work with me on payment when needed. They are always respectful when I decline recommended services to save money by doing it myself and I truly appreciate that they always take a careful look for potential work needed coming up on the horizon. They have plenty of seating and a kids area for the waiting room, and offer complimentary drinks while they complete the work. read more

Hi, we took our 08 Mitsubishi raider there on 2/28/26. We have road hazard on the tires has nail in it and they wouldn't fix it, why should we buy road hazard if you aren't going to fix the tire. We will never be back to any tire discounter that is bad business practice. You have lost a customer for life. Just a big joke of a business. If i could give a zero rating i would. Had them do an alignment on my truck on June 20 2025 truck has only been driven 4,000 miles in 9 months. Discovered they didn't tighten jam nut on my outer drivers side tie rod end when greasing front end. Took it back so the they could recheck if everything was tight and check alignment. They refused to do it unless I paid them $250. Said I should have caught it sooner. I didn't know you had to recheck their work that they should have done correctly in the first place. Also told they would not do it because the alignment was a complimentary alignment. This was because the day before they had my wife's Tahoe all day to change the TPMS sensors and charged us for it but never did the work. I had to take it back to get them to actually replace them. They aligned my truck for free for our troubles. DO NOT THAT YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. Two years before this the also destroyed all 4 of my rims when replacing the tires then lied and said they were already like that. When I proved to them that they were not they bought me a new set of rims. read more

I've been to this location twice since moving here from California, both times to have my tire pressure checked because the tire pressure light in both car and truck had come on, and both time I was told they were completely booked and could not do this for me, this type of service take maybe 2-3 minutes to do. This is poor Customer service and I will not waste my time going there again. read more

Over the course of 5 days I spoke with Les at this location. He ordered me 2 Falken AT4Ws for my truck and communicated efficiently. I scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance. I show up for my appointment on time and I am told it will be an hour to an hour and a half for them to replace 2 tires. No problem, I opted to wait and walk to Kroger. I come back an hour and a half later and my truck is still sitting outside. They tell me it will be an additional hour before a rack will open. I don't have 3 hours of my time to waste to replace 2 tires WITH an appointment. I got my keys back and left. I can't comprehend the purpose of making an appointment that's not going to be honored. If I was a "walk in" I could be a little more understanding, but this was the result of 5 days of communication. I find this unacceptable. I was prepared to spend $900 today and will be taking my business elsewhere. If I could leave zero stars I would but one star is fair as Les was easy to work with. made a yelp account specifically to leave this review. I took my vehicle there to get my wheel replaced because it was cracked. The next day, I go there and wait for an hour for them to later tell me they had ordered the wrong wheel; Irritating but whatever. The third day, I get the wheel replaced but get home to realize that they had forgot to put my center cap on, so I make another trip up there. The next day at work my boss said my wheel was red, I go out to look at it, and sure enough there was some overspray from where their supplier was spraying. Finally, they have replaced my wheel with a correct one, that doesn't have paint on it, but they damaged my center cap after taking it off so many times. Photos attached. In total I've wasted four hours over the past week, that's not including the time it takes to drive to and from there. I keep trying to get them to give me a discount, and they keep using the excuse that they are waiting for their supplier to respond?? This isn't a supplier issue entirely. I spent over $1200 on the best tires which was great. I will say the last I spoke with was kind. Aside from that, They asked me if I wanted to pay $269 more for all my fluid maintenance and I agreed to it. On the way to work that evening, my car gets an overheating warning. The workers forgot to refill the coolant!!!! Absolutely insane! Do not go here! They will ruin your engine, I luckily didn't blow up thank god. For nearly $1500 and forgetting something vital like that is INSANE!!!!! If I could I'd put zero stars. read more

They billed and charged my credit card before even letting me see the receipt. Then they folded in in three so I had to unfold it to see that they charged me for a cabin air filter and an engine air filter. I did not ask for that and they did not tell me they were going to replace it. They refunded me and apologized and put my old filters back in!! Unbelievable. read more

Left my car for multiple hours just to do a few simple things. Came back when I was told and it was not all finished. Not easy dropping my car off when we only have two and both work full time. I will make the extra drive not to go to this location again. Workers did not ask to fix it but had the attitude of "it is what it is". Terrible attention to detail, terrible service. Came in for an alignment. Was told camber and caster couldn't be adjusted even though they lower control arms and adjustment bolts were new. I was charged full price for a toe n go. Took to Riders Automotive where they completed the job the next day no questions asked. Only leaving one star cause I can't leave 0. read more

Jason and his team are unbelievable! the customer service they give is genuine and always over the top. I had concerns because I was rushing in for a suddenly very low tire and nothing to occupy my son with.. could have been hours if they were as busy as usual. Jason promised they would entertain him. He never lets us down! Not only did he honestly do the cart wheel that promised, but he had us in and out less than an hour. I recommend the road hazard to everyone. It's been such a blessing with these horrible roads here in northern Kentucky. The team at this tire discounters always goes above and beyond for us. I've thought pretty hard on how I'm going to give this comically, non-caring business my honest full unleaded review of this place. Independence and surrounding cities let this be a warning. At the end of June I purchased tires at this location from the manager. I work really hard to do my research on practicality anything I buy, Especially when it's larger purchases. Unfortunately I was blessed with the store manager who is completely deficient of his "tire knowledge" whatsoever. I came into the store with specific tires in mind. This manager proceeded to tell me about a deal they had in stock and promised me not only would he be saving me money, but he'd be giving a premium tire with excellent rain performance and for $400 less than the "top of the line tires. How could you say no? Spending way less and getting a premium tire for less? Sign me up! Little did I know I had just been taken to the tool shed so to speak. Obviously the month of august and some of September had been pretty dry lately. However there were a few times where I got to experience these "premium" tires. Cut to me sliding and slipping in the most of ease turns and slow speeds. When I say sliding I mean dangerously sliding at slow speeds. To the point where if you have this tire "Milestone Weatherguard" you are taking a risk with your life everyday. I submitted a request on their website to discuss the sheer bamboozlement that had happened after $800 dollars later. 24 hours later I get a call from the area manager and he proceeds to tell me I'm the one who's at fault for buying a (his words) upper entry level tire. Now mind you this is the same "upper level tires the manager recommended on my car and told me how good they were. Not only did he tell me this, he also made me feel stupid after telling me "you'd have to look at a minimum of $1600 to get that kind of performance." You mean to tell me to drive safety at normal speeds that's what I need to spend? When mind you the most premium tire they had for me for a set of 4 was $1000 at the time. The area manager then decided to insult me again by telling me that he would get me 30 percent off a next set of tires, but I'd be liable for all the money I already spent. Got it loud and clear. So because of a store manager's lying incompetence and an area manager who was making it out like I'm the bad person for taking the manager's recommendation I'm now at the loss. Red flags all over. Not only do we know now they sell entry level tires for over $700 a set, we also know that they do anything to get you sold. Do not go to these places. Overrated and overpriced for what you're getting. I will also be contacting the FTC and BBB for the con artistry. If you need more information on why this company is a scam artist google "tire discounters lawsuit" and take a wide gander at all the lawsuits they've been in. Miserable service. Had a 5:00 appointment for a simple oil change. Showed up 30 minutes early thinking it may be helpful getting them out on time with it being towards the end of their day. They didn't touch my truck until 5:43. I finally got out of there at 6:15. I'll suck off a 12 gauge before I go back. read more

Sales people online take advantage of up selling tires to people. My daughter asked for a certain Cooper tire and was told they didn't have them which were 79.00. Instead of offering something else in that price range she was told the only tire they had was 138.00. So of course this was her fault and nothing can be done about it. Also it only took 3 1/2 hours to put 4 tires on with an appointment. read more

Worst service I have ever seen, I am not one to leave one to leave a review but I felt I had the need to let everyone know this place sucks. They cannot give you a correct estimate on the time for something as simple as an oil change (which took over 3 hours!!) Would highly recommend TO NOT GO HERE. read more
