the experience was horrible. Sydney was very robotic and scripted and only let me pick out 3 dresses and then decided on the rest for me. The store seems to have many rules and staff pick out dresses that are out of budget. I finally went to look at dresses for a second time (after she told me she knew what I liked best and that it would basically be a waste of time) and found a dress half the price and the highest quality of anything else the staff brought to me that day. She was constantly looking over my shoulder when I was looking for dresses and it was a very intense, uncomfortable situation. I was very nervous for trying dresses on and Ashley was super helpful right away. When asked to pick a few dresses I might want to try on, I didn't even know where to start and Ashley did a great job of making me feel comfortable and took into consideration what I envisioned but also didn't seem annoyed that I did not know what I was doing lol. Ashley pulled a handful of dresses and after finding a few I liked but didn't love, she found me a perfect "in between" dress. She really did all the work and I just got to enjoy the experience. She was not pushy at all and definitely prioritized my comfortability when it came to dress style, if I felt comfortable in the dress vs if my fam and friends just thought it looked good or matched my venue, etc. Not to mention the prices of dresses here are so well priced. By far my favorite bridal dress shopping experience! They have FANTASTIC prices and the dresses are very nice. They aren't "crunchy" like David's Bridal, they are truly just leftover dresses, but in a good way. I LOVED the dresses there, and the customer service was second to none. It was the very first place I went to try on dresses and I'm so glad I did. I'm from LA, but had flown to Denver, so my mom could dress shop with me. The girl who was working with me greeted me very kindly and was all about letting me try on as many dresses as I wanted. She didn't try to push any dresses on me, they were all about me finding the right one. Because the prices were so low, I could literally try on whatever I wanted. I didn't end up getting my dress from there because I didn't feel like any of them were "the one," but I had one that was a good runners up! I recommend everybody go here to try on dresses. Everything about Brilliant Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience great. Brilliant Bridal was the first place I went to try on dresses, and Sally's professional and laid-back attitude really helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Their selection and price point is a definite plus, too! Dress shopping can be stressful, and my personal stresses (all the dresses look the same on the rack! What if I look terrible in all of them!?) seemed to fade quickly. Sally was great about answering my many questions while also giving me space to hunt the racks and form my own opinions. I did not end up buying my dress here, but I tried on lots of high-quality and flattering styles that helped me decide what my "dream dress" would look like. My mom and I went to Brilliant Bridal on our search for my wedding dress. The staff was really nice and helpful. They had some very pretty dresses but none of them quite fit the style that I was looking for. As a petite bride, it can be hard to find a dress with the right proportions. Too often it looks like the dress is wearing me rather than me wearing the dress. Unfortunately I struck out at this store, but the staff was really friendly and they did have some really nice dresses so it is definitely worth checking out! Beautiful dresses and decent prices. However, we weren't a fan of the pushy salesman. It seemed as if as soon as I said I was on a reasonable budget, he was uninterested. Only interested in selling me dresses outside of my price range despite telling him many times what we do and don't want to pay. He begrudgingly showed me the sale rack but was very unhelpful. It is obvious that the sales staff relies on commission. However, pushy sales tactics isn't the way to go. We went here to get my sister-in-law's wedding dress and not only did she find the most amazing dress at a great price, the service she received was outstanding as well. I wish I remembered her name (she had tattoos on her arms if that helps? ) but the stylist was amazing and kind and completely professional. You could tell she had her bride's best interests at heart! Literally the only reason I don't want to give it 5 stars is because the music that was playing during the appointment was very off-putting to the cheerful mood of finding a wedding dress. A lot of the music was about breakups and heartache (think Taylor Swift's "You're Not Sorry"...) and it got a little depressing at times. But otherwise it was a great experience! read more

I walked in on a whim because I live close by. Although I didn't have an appointment, Hannah took the time to talk with me and get me in some dresses. After listening to my wedding vision, she picked some really great dresses. I really liked one, but it was my first place to go and I was alone, so I waited a week until my mom could come and see the dress as well. I don't suggest taking that risk if you really like a dress, because it might be gone. Luckily, mine was still there and the price was right. Def a must stop for Brides on a budget. After my second appointment here I was able to find a dress. Fell in love with 2 dresses way above my price point at another salon. Went in to find a few dresses I liked and came back a second time to find one that met my criteria that was perfect. If you have a long list of must haves, this may not be the best place to look, their dresses come and go and you purchase off the rack, so you do not order your exact size. She didn't find what she wanted but I really liked this store as it doesn't feel like your typical consignment/pre loved dress store at all. The woman helping us was really sweet, however, I don't think they had anything even close to what my friend wanted (boho-esque). We loved this shop! Dylan helped the bride and was so awesome! She took the time to really find out what the bride liked about each dress and what she didn't like or what worried the bride about each dress. Dylan really knows her stuff. She explained how dresses could be altered by the tailor, how to add accessories and how to wear the train up. She took a dress we all liked and made it into THE ONE we all loved and purchased! She also left us alone for awhile to talk and discuss. That is always appreciated. I would have given 5 stars except for the final pressure to buy that came at the end. Brillant Bridal was the 3rd shop I went to for my dress shopping. While finding a dress at another store that I loved and I showed Kayla and explained what I liked, we started pulling dresses. Brides- must read and must visit! My fiancé and I got engaged Christmas Day 2016. I went to Anna Be to see a trunk show from my favorite designer, had a wonderful experience and found my dream dress. However, my fiancé and I decided that night we wanted to get married March 17th, leaving me exactly 2 months to find a dress and have it altered. I searched online for off the rack wedding dress shops in Denver and found Brilliant Bridal. I genuinely thought it looked too good and easy to be true and was NOT hopeful. But I went because I knew I had no choice and had to try. My stylist (can't remember her name, dang it- I'm sorry!) was adorable and so sweet and we even stayed past closing. I found my dress, veil and a belt and it turned out the dress was by the same designer as the dress I had fallen in love with at Anna Be. The price was at least 50% off the original and "last season" or something (who cares or even knows what is in current bridal season- I'm not a Kardashian) but sooo beautiful. It was also 6-8 sizes too big!! Even though I loved it I had no idea what it would look like after alterations. They recommended using Donna Beth Creations- she does "rush" requests and as a preferred vendor for Brilliant Bridal there was no rush charge and my dress was done in less than two months (review coming for them next!). I genuinely thought I wouldn't find a wedding dress worthy of the look I wanted on my big day and not only fell in love with the dress, but the people who helped me and the process, too! I got SO MANY compliments on the dress and couldn't believe how easy it was overall. If you are pressed for time or want a more expensive dress on a budget (and are NOT a David's Bridal person like me- it's a good option for a lot of brides but not my style at all) you MUST come here. As someone who doesn't necessarily love shopping and didn't have any clue what type of dress I wanted, Lillia and the rest of the staff and Brilliant Bridal made dress shopping a treat instead of a chore. I showed up an hour early by accident, and the woman at the front desk was super friendly and didn't mind at all that I was going to just hang out on their couch for the entire time. I also had a VERY low budget and basically no idea what I was talking about, but I never felt self-conscious or uncomfortable at any point in the process. At other bridal shops, I felt like I didn't necessarily fit in, but I felt right at home at Brilliant. Lillia was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down choices after I started with literally every kind of dress (poofy, modern, classic, a-line, mermaid, I found something of everything in my price range!). Making such a big purchase was very anxiety-inducing for me as well, but they had no problem holding the dress for me as long as I put a deposit down. I saw my dress in the window when driving by one day and ended up purchasing it. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and the stylist was super helpful. Before I purchased, I told the stylist that I wasn't sure I should yet (even though I loved the dress) because I had two friends and my mom flying in town for me to try on dresses. The stylist reassured me that it wasn't a problem and that I could hold my current appointment and they could do a reveal or pretend I'd never been there, that they were totally flexible and this happened more than you would think. After the reassurance, I went ahead and purchased the dress. Later on, I called to confirm that we were good to hold the existing appointment and that I would want to try on a few dresses and then come out in the dress I already purchased so that I didn't ruin the experience for everyone else. The manager was very rude and told me that the stylist told me wrong. That in reality this never happens and that they can't do that type of an appointment on a Saturday. She told me that they are a business and need to save those appointment for individuals buying dresses (since I had already given them my money I wasn't included in this group). While I definitely understand they are a business, I cannot understand why she was so rude right out of the gate and unwilling to work something out. Eventually she said that they could fit me in for a 30 min appointment but had made comments that it would be difficult for the stylists to keep up an act on a Saturday etc. and made it feel like a complete inconvenience. I understand not wanting to do this appointment on a Saturday, but I had made the purchase after being informed otherwise. The manager took a moment I was so excited about and turned it completely negative. I've now altered my plans so that I won't have to go back. If I had known this was how I'd be treated once they had my money, I would never have purchased from them. If I could return my dress and buy it from someone else I would. read more

They had probably 30-40 dresses in the 20+ size and my consultant Lizzie had good options on how to modify the ones that weren't an immediate fit. Out of all of the bridal shops I went to this weekend, I had by far the best experience at Brilliant Bridal. Lauren helped my try on probably 10 or so dresses, and was helpful, listened to what I wanted, was patient with my pickiness, and respected my budget. Although I didn't end up buying my dress here, I would recommend this shop to any and all brides to be. She was the only stylist to actually help me put the dresses on in the dressing room, which ended up leaving me disappointed at each subsequent appointment I had when I was left alone to try and squeeze into layers of lace and tulle. read more

My experience with Brilliant Bridal was phenomenal! My consultant, Jenny, made my entire experience so wonderful. She was patient and truly showed that she cared throughout the entire appointment. She was considerate of my budget and did a fantastic job of understanding the characteristics of the dresses I liked, then bringing me similar dresses to ensure that the one I chose at the end was my perfect dress. One of the big features I was looking for was a backless, or open-back, dress. On every dress I tried on, Jenny made a conscious effort to show me how each dress could be altered to add this feature. What I appreciated most was the amount of time she spent and that she truly listened to me. I am so beyond happy that I found my dress at this salon.
