The fact that EVERY review on Yelp is 5 stars has to tell you something... this place is great! I returned to try some of the enticing items that caught my eye on my first visit. I managed to grab the last Raisin Roll to go... another winner! My main goal this visit was to try their Eggcellent Sandwich... a brioche bun with tomato, scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese, bacon, and mayo. I ordered mine without the tomato. Love that they prepare each sandwich to order, so everything arrives fresh and hot. As I waited, I found myself watching customers come in, curious to see which pastries and treats caught their attention. A French newspaper is placed on each table, reminding me of sitting in cafés in Paris. Even though I can't read French... I still loved the touch. The sandwich was served, and it looked amazing. The brioche roll was incredibly light, and the eggs were hot and delicious. I wasn't completely sold on the style of bacon they use, but I still enjoyed the sandwich overall. When you arrive, you're greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Elise. Her French accent somehow completes the experience... one more authentic touch that makes you feel transported, if only for a little while. This place continues to impress me. I used to go to a chain bakery just around the corner. It's good, but then Brioche opened. This is a family-owned French bakery. I've been there four times since they opened. I always get the large Americano (4 shots of espresso) and some kind of sweet treat. Not only have I not been disappointed by anything I've tried, but I've been thrilled. The coffee usually, but not always, comes with a miniature sugar Brioche. The owners and everyone who works there are very friendly and helpful, answering any questions, making sure I realized that I was ordering 4 shots of espresso, etc. The owners children are very well-behaved and quiet. I usually go early on Saturday, and it's pretty quiet at that time. I'm guessing inside seats around 20 people, and there are three outdoor tables. Everything has always been very clean. They do have some sandwiches for lunch, but I haven't tried any of them yet because I'm satisfied with a sweet treat, good coffee, and a book. read more

Food: Ordered Raisin Roll (aka Pain au Raisin), was well-balanced in terms of flour to sugar ratio. Not overloaded with raisins. Service: Very friendly staff. Seems like a family. Even the little one was helping. They have tap to pay, so convenient for fast travelers. Ambiance: Clean and busy cafe. The food prep areas give impression of activity. The eating areas, accommodate about 15 comfortably and is well spaced. Suggestion -- may consider updating their menus to better align with their logo and service mark. Went there for the first time today. We got the Frenchy sandwich, a croissant, and a chocolate chip viennese and an iced signature mocha. Everything was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was very welcoming and warm as well. Definitely recommended for a coffee and treat pick me up. No photos we dig in to quickly. But phoyos on website are accurate! read more

I enjoyed my visit to Brioche Bakery and Cafe! I love the European ambience and the owners were there when I visited. I love the variety of pastries they had even though I didn't have any. AMAZING food. Highly recommend the Provence & the Veggie for lunch. The brioches were so soft and absolutely delicious. I also got a latte and the espresso was high quality. Totally awesome!!! We had the cinnamon roll and raisin roll. Both were fresh and exceptional. There are many more treats we want to try on future visits. The service was friendly and efficient. Try this new French bakery and thought it was really good. Everything is cooked fresh, the bread was super soft and obviously fresh. The staff was very friendly and the ambience was casual and clean, and really felt like a café. The coffee was very tasty. The only downside is the parking lot around this place is a mess with a Trader Joe's right next-door. But it's still worth a try even if you have to park and walk a few steps. read more

I finally got to try Brioche Bakery & Café last weekend, and they didn't disappoint. I ordered a breakfast sandwich called the Eggcellent (I think?!?), which isn't on the online menu, and a cup of latte. The sandwich was only $8, which is shockingly reasonable, especially in today's market. Once you take a bite, you can just tell that everything is made fresh and in-house. And above all, the quality of their food speaks for itself. It's light and airy, unlike other breakfast sandwiches that feel heavy from all the oil and butter. Such a refreshing experience. We were immediately greeted in a genuinely friendly and welcoming way, which set the tone right away. The menu is on the smaller side, but everything feels thoughtfully curated--fresh, simple, and clearly made with intention. We tried the croque monsieur and it was absolutely delicious. Absolutely fabulous. This small family owned French bakery is the NEXT big thing bakery wise in Delray Beach . This is a new business owned and operated by a lovely French couple with some SERIOUS baking skills. The berries brioche pastry I had today was soooo good, sooo unique that after eating it ... I went right back up to the register to purchase another. The smell of French dark roast coffee and French pastries fill the air when you walk in. This bakery is right next to Trader Joe's so it was easy to find . I will definitely be back again ! Be sure to go early for the best selection as everything is baked fresh in house daily! read more
