Worst customer service I've seen in years. I made an appointment for a new windshield. The windshield didn't get to them in time, so they should have called and rescheduled. Instead they let me show up, order an Uber, and just as the Uber showed up they called to say "Your windshield didn't come in... you'll have to come back another day." No apologies, no concern. Well, the 3 series BMW needed a new windshield. I had two places in mind. I chose Alex and Brite glass after a very favorable first meeting. I was able to secure an option of OEM glass I prefer and set the appointment. I was later informed that option was not in good condition from the supplier. I asked Alex what the other options were, and he explained them very well including another OEM with an additional feature. I went with the one with the additioal feature. The glass was installed beautifully. There was a wiper issue which was adressed immediately. This was not a surprise Bimmers are great cars, but have their moments of being very needy. The work was well done and more importantly, there was communication between the shop and me. This seems to be lost in other shops that route you to an 800 number and are not very well informed. This is the shop to go to if you need good work and dialogue for your car glass needs. read more

I have a small condo that had a broken window. It had a special tint that the HOA requires. These guys came right out. The unit was vacant and I knew replacing it on the premises might be difficult, so I told them to take it to the shop where it could be repaired. 2 days later it came back and looked great. i have a 2012 F150 and had my back window shatter on me one morning, not sure why but that doesnt matter. called my insurance to find out where i can take it and they referred BriteGlass and im glad they did. they were able to get me in the next day but i waited another day so i could arrange a ride. they got me in and took care of my baby truck. These guys were awesome. I literrally had a squirrel chuck a fresh pinecone at my car and shatter the windshield. Others (Safelite, for example) were up to 2 weeks out for the repair (due to part availability), which was unworkable for me as the car was basically undrivable. Brice, a residential window tech came out to take a look at a faulty lock on a 15 year old sliding glass window. He quickly disassembled the locking mechanism and determined that the lock reequired both adjustment and lubricant. That and the door wheels needed adjustment to as it too wasn't level. Brice is knowledgeable and a courteous tech who works promptly. I am extremely satisfied with his work. Also a mention to the office people who scheduled the appointment the very next morning after I called foot service. I got a chip in my windshield on my way to work yesterday morning. Upon further inspection I noticed that it was more than just a cosmetic chip and would likely continue to grow if I didn't do something about it. I was able to call Brite Glass and schedule for the next day to have it looked at. I met with Alex, who not only inspected the chip in question, but inspected my whole front windshield! Made a trip to Texas and I got a big crack on my windshield on my 2020 BMW M340ix. While in Texas I called Brite Glass to get me an OEM windshield and they did. They got my windshield ordered from the factory and got in within couple weeks. Once in I took my car in and got the windshield replaced. My car has the heads up display and the cameras up top so they were able to get everything calibrated after replacing the windshield. The reason I chose Brite Glass over mobile installs is because they check for leaks after installing the windshield. Usually this is not something mobile installers will do. The service was fast, the car was ready within 4 hours after dropping it off. The staff was friendly and very nice. If I have another cracked windshield or chip I know where to take my car, but hopefully this is not something I have to do again for a long long time :) read more

Some car wash must have used a Brillo Pad on my windshield. Very upsetting seeing the sunlight reveal a number of areas where someone successfully scrubbed tree sap from the glass. LOL I quickly discovered that my long-time auto insurance plays a game of "how cheap can we go?" Rob Hardy took me by the hand and guided me through the labyrinth of insurance trickery. Do not use Brite Glass! They replaced a windshield in my wife's car and installed it wrong. When she turned the wipers on the windshield broke. They are trying to blame the car saying there's no way it could be their install. Funny there was no problems with the car or windshield before they touched it. I have had the pleasure of working with Mike Rodriguez twice over the last 2 years, replacing windows in my house....the job was well done and the guys who came out were courteous and worked hard. A +++ and 5 stars. I wanted to have to barn door shower doors installed on our two tub showers and set up an appointment. They called twice to see if they could come out earlier because they were " working right down the street ".I was out of town and told them that wouldn't be possible.So like any reasonable person , I thought the appointment time stood. They never showed up and when I called ,I was told it needs to be rescheduled. So my morning was wasted. I was told a reschedule was necessary....after the fact.
