My backyard is finally usable again! They did a great job cleaning the turf and deodorizing the pet waste smell from it, as well as tucking in the sides that were getting pushed up by weeds. They have a fair pricing scale based on the size of the yard. We have four dogs and after all the rains I just couldn't get the turf from looking muddy. I pick up twice daily and rinse the turf each time but it needed a good cleaning. we had BriteTurf come out and they made our backyard Turk look & smell completely new! They were very quick to respond to my request & I got an appointment for them to come out within a week. I have two goldendoodles who use the turf as their bathroom spot if I can't take them out to our grass in the front so when the summer sun warms up the turf, the smell is quite nasty. They used their enzyme cleaner and it's never looked / smelled fresher. The appointment took about 2-3 hours and by the time he was finished, I knew I would want to book them again. Although the cost seems a little expensive, the end result makes it completely worth every penny. I just had my turf cleaned after about a year of my doodle doing her business and trying to manage the cleaning on my own. I didn't catch the guys name but he was super professional and really took care to work every inch of the yard. He really went above and beyond. He was early but I blame the time change he took the time to point out the problem areas and gave good recommendations for keeping our turf looking and smelling great. Five stars all the way. I highly recommend this company for all your turf needs. Jordan brushed and cleaned and sanitized my cheap quality turf. He made it look alive again! I don't think it's been cleaned since it was installed about 10-12 years ago. The amount of debris and dirt that was extracted was incredible. Jordan showed it to me. I never realized how much artificial turf could stink when your dogs use it as a bathroom. I also didn't realize that you can rinse and soap it till the cows come home, and the next time a bright sun hits, that stench will be back. Thankfully TurfClean exists. It's one of the only services west of the Mississippi that does a deep clean on pet grass as an alternative to replacing it. It's cheaper than getting new stuff, and it sucks up all the shit embedded within (similar to a carpet cleaning) to eliminate odors. After the suck, they spray a dog/child-safe enzyme that works it's way under what's beneath the rubber to kill whatever is causing odors. We could instantly tell the difference after the guys left, and even though there's still a faint smell, the owner Rob offered to come back and respray the enzyme again. I'd definitely recommend TurfClean if you have pets and artificial turf. read more
