I have had my brows done twice by Britt- once three years ago and once a few weeks ago. I was so nervous to have it done- but she made me feel at ease. She suggested the arch and I love it. She was very careful to numb the area and I personally did not have pain. I was red for a couple days but the end result was worth the few days. Overpriced and unprofessional. Charging fees for credit card use but only telling you at point of sale is not ok. The eyebrows peeled off taking whatever hair was left with it, then charging an additional 125$ to fix the poorly done brows went against the free touch up mentioned on her website.
