Oh if you haven't guessed.... my boyfriend. lol. Anyways back to the plot of this review. We were welcomed by Homer. A happy retired man with lots of knowledge on wine and also the area. I've attached some pics I took of some maps and pages of books that Homer shared with us. We actually came the first time and got schooled on wine for 15 min. Bought a bottle. Went back to our hotel room and got a pretty good buzz. Boyfrand said "let's go get another bottle and see Homer my guy". Went back an hour before closing, and ended up staying the rest of the time there talking to good ol' homer. We had lots in common! What a small world. Staff was quite friendly and invited us in for a tasting near the end of the day. I can honestly say their wines are quite unique, likely due to soil composition and weather patterns in the area. With that said, their wine is approachable and quite affordable. We ended up walking away with a few bottles in the end as they were quite delicious! Wish we could get some of their wines up north locally, but this just means I need to return at some point!

This place definitely gets packed, so I highly recommend reserving a table in advance. We were lucky enough to get a window seat, and the outdoor patio views of the ocean are simply amazing! On top of that, the staff here has definitely become even more friendly--our server, Zach, was super efficient and attentive throughout our meal. The food was incredible from start to finish: * Mahi Mahi Fish Ceviche: We started with this alongside fresh tortilla chips, and it was honestly one of the best ceviches we've ever had. * Clam Chowder Soup: This special clam chowder came served with Parmesan cheese bread, which was absolute perfection. Again, hands down one of the best soups we've tasted! * Molcajete Surtido: For our main dish, we ordered this classic feast loaded with grilled colossal shrimp, arrachera steak, chicken breast, chorizo, spring onion, jalapeño peppers, nopalitos, avocado, pork rinds, molcajete salsa, queso fresco, and corn tortillas, served with a side of rice and beans. All the meats were so tender and flavorful, and the rice and beans were really nice. We were so full that we didn't even get to touch the tortillas!
